Okay people, Let's put this to rest here and now.... It is okay to talk about any aspect of this show...even if you like it or don't but it should be done in a respectful way..I'm all for talking about the dislikes of season 1. Nothing against that. But please take personal problems to private message (PM) rather than hashing out those issues on the board. No personal attacks. Respect opinions, even if you disagree. This is meant to be a friendly board..Let's keep it that way. Thanks

^ I happen to be one of those people who have tweeted my dislike of the Alex arc and recently the sloppy editing of NTB and I was ignored both times. I am the type of person that I tell it like it is..I dint sugar coat anything. I've never had a response from them but that doesn't stop me from expressing how I feel. .it's just that I and a few others can't make a difference...I've suggested already on the board for more to join twitter and express how you feel You were not the only one. But as you pointed, the writers simply ignored us or gave us a lame answer talking nonsense. It was like reading those articles were shrinks answer to people in magazines. I also talked about little - and big - inconsistences that compromise the show's quality during the season, like when VinCat fought those two criminals in her apartment. I find it hard to believe that in real life the criminals wouldn't mention Vincent and Cat wouldn't have to explain why her boyfriend wasn't making a statement, too. I get a little scared about the show's future if the production continue to ignore those things. I just hope that, in 2nd season, the production will be more attentive to details and the scripts try to follow the fans expectations. As Dan pointed out, I'm a "hardcore shipper" of the show and I really want to have lots of seasons. I just hope the production have the same vision that I have.

I also did send some critism through twitter twice - first time I got a reply back that made me feel treated like a stupid fangirl by one of the writers and second time I didn't hear anything back - don't know if they missed it or actually didn't want to see it. anyways my experience with giving them criticism via twitter is not a positive one unfortunately...

If season 1 taught me anything, it was that the producers are really bad at picking adjectives to describe the episodes. I'm looking forward to watching season 2, but I'll try not to be impressed by what the producers tell us.
Guys, I'm feeling so grumpy this week without our show, how are you holding up??

I sure hope they don't do that, Cassy09. Vincent being taken - and we don't really know if it was even Muirfield, as far as I know - was a good and emotional plot that can have so good fruits if handled well. And that can't happen in just one episode. At least, I don't think so. That's the kind of thing I think we have to make the writers and producers know we don't want. We want consistent storylines and plots. It's like BatB producers have amazing plans for the show in their minds, but the writers simply can't deliver it. In first season, they introduced so much plots that could last like 3 seasons. Alex's arc could be amazing and it was poorly handled in just 4 eps. Darius' arc was great, but the guy was out of the scene in just two eps. Heather's intervention on VinCat's romance began with only one look and ended abruptly. All those plots could last a long time and could have brought so much good things, good action and drama to the show, but they were hurried and finished without a real profundity. Let's hope - and possibly tell the producers on Twitter - that they stick with a storyline and dwell on it properly. This show has an amazing potential and I want to see it fulfilled.

I THINK too much stuff in finale to have it all tie in on one episode alone...too many plot holes to fill in one episode...but then again look at the finale..editing better improve too

I'm so with you! and just think about the pregancy scare that lasted like 5 minutes xD or her mother that might not be dead.. they keep throwing these things at us but don't really explore them properly. there are a ton of more examples. that's one thing again that bothered me about the finale - they didn't really have anything to tie up except the Gabe storyline because they have abandoned all other potential the stories in the episodes before, just to create more and more drama. that so bothered me, starting at like episode 20...

If the 2nd epi is "juicy" it has to be about the action, risks, and intensity of the rescue. I have high hopes for this one! The truly "juicy" stuff comes later!
