look alive people gina rodriguez has won over the critics and jane the virgin kinda getting some good reviews in past weeks for the show airs on mon which does not have much pr like flash is gonna depend on critics choice . its heading in a good dir . not to press the panic button here. thing is u can never predict how well a show will do we have been surprised many times in the past. besides the flash which we know will do well for a range of reasons and SN which has a very loyal fanbase and arrow which is a favourite we know we cannot make any assumptions about any other shows. jane the virgin has got some good reviews, I know and it may do well or it may flop. we just don't know. i am not panicking about this at this stage because what's the point, there is nothing i can do. i never said its gonna be a success  i strongly believe network pr and the critics hold a 60/40 ratio when it comes to the success of a show thats why i said not to press the panic button |

If he wrote it after he read my complaints in this board, he'd have mentioned the obvious of how you know who character always get the spotlight of being the centers of the show while they put Cat as secondary character with no real arc. That guy is a V fan,you guys know that!

If he wrote it after he read my complaints in this board, he'd have mentioned the obvious of how you know who character always get the spotlight of being the centers of the show while they put Cat as secondary character with no real arc. That guy is a V fan,you guys know that! You sound like a broken record (based on your commentary in the 3x02 thread); it would be nice if you could skip forward to another track, but, then again, you seem comfortable stuck exactly where you are. No worries, there soon will be another picture to keep you spinning in the same spot. Happy complaining! |

I think it's best you all realize that this shows renewal is simply contingent upon the lack of success of other new shows, presuming it hasn't already been decided that these are the final thirteen, or they want to keep it as a thirteen episode a season show. They aren't even going to start airing the episodes until filming this year is complete so ratings will have no impact for renewal for this year.

I think it's best you all realize that this shows renewal is simply contingent upon the lack of success of other new shows, presuming it hasn't already been decided that these are the final thirteen, or they want to keep it as a thirteen episode a season show. They aren't even going to start airing the episodes until filming this year is complete so ratings will have no impact for renewal for this year. thanks for the insightful information. It's interesting how we learn things we didn't know when we visit the board. It's made me a lot smarter. It seems that Saveeachotherbatb.com is not only a fun place to visit but also a learning forum for airhead like myself.

I am just a bit confused....how will the ratings not have an impact on our shows renewal? We could premiere in January, (although my gut says Marchish) upfronts dont happen til May so we have 2 1/2 months to do fairly decent in the ratings and for CW to pick up the show again. If this was the case 100 wouldn't have gotten a renewal as that premiered in March. Also if we premiere in January they will still be filming S3. S3 doesnt wrap up until sometime in February. |
