I didn’t particularly like this case of the week. Didn’t catch my attention, especially after last week's case of the week. I thought the pace of this case was very slow imo.

Love though how V is actually finding cases for Cat to work on, just so he can help her and be in some kind of contact w/ her. (whether he admits it or not) He's still nervous and wary on how to take the next step forward w/ Cat w/o pressure or putting her in some kind of danger

Love how V brings the kid to the ER and rambles off a bunch of doctor observations to the orderly. I love also how it shows how much Cat being in his life has already changed him. The fact that he took the risk of someone seeing him/recognizing him as V Keller just to get the kid to the hospital says so much about how much hes changed already. He would’ve never done that before he met Cat.

Love Cat playing baseball. She definitely doesn’t look like the baseball type. Love that V stalks her out to tell her about the kid. So cute when V throws the ball in to make them think its Cat.

Love Cat’s comment towards Evan “can u tone it down w/ the enthusiasm?” Cat is legit not even paying attention in the out field. LOL

Love the scene w/ JT & V when V comes to get supplies for helping Cat. Love JT’s sarcasm. V is obviously frustrating JT, with how careless hes being but at this point JT knows there is nothing he can do about it. Yet, V still has to push him a little further and tell him how Cat makes him feel.

love how Cat defends V to Muirfield. Cat also plays the scene so well when Muirfield shows Cat the pictures of the people the beasts killed. You can tell that’s shes torn on exactly what to believe and exactly what to do at first especially when Muirfield shows Cat the picture of her mom and offers info.

I loved the fight scene when Muirfield grabs Cat. She's kicking butt until one of the goons slams her to the ground.

You can see how shaken up Cat is after Muirfield catching her. You can clearly see that shes unsure now exactly what to believe and the area that V is in is really a gray area and that shes gonna have to make a decision as to what she can live with if shes wants V in her life.
Love how V practically gets in protective mode of Cat when she tells him Muirfield grabbed her

Normally, love discussing a Season 1 eppy. But if I stay in my office any longer, I might get frozen in. So heading out. Will say this about this episode:
LOVE that this reminds me of an original BATB series episode--one of the first ones of THAT series where the subway vigilante might be Vincent. It is the only time in the beginning that Catherine actually worries if Vincent could be dangerous.
And that is the thing about this episode. Our Catherine has to FINALLY choose to REALLY listen to her heart, something that she has not been on speaking terms with for years. Her heart tells her to trust Vincent. But everything else briefly murks it up.
And Vincent is just so darn precious in this one. Yes, I said PRECIOUS (Arwenfan will love that when she reads over these comments later.) Vincent literally just goes and willingly offers up his life to Muirfield, just to protect a woman that he fears might not be able to trust him. And he just HAS to protect her, so offers his life. Right at the time when he was just starting to come back to life and WANT to be involved in cases. I mean, how many times does he risk himself to help others in this episode? He carries the boy to the hospital freaking doors to make sure he gets help.
So this episode is like that major turning point for both Catherine and Vincent. And Catherine is just willing to go all out and kill every one of those dang Muirfield guys if that is what it takes to protect Vincent back. And KK just plays that scene SO well by looking back as Vincent and JT are preparing to dispose of the bodies. She just realizes just what all she is willing to do for Vincent. And she and JT have had to work together as well. So there are so many changes that literally take place in this one episode.
REALLY sorry to leave you JEFFEREN all alone for the recap. But I really HAD better get out of this office building. Will be back tomorrow.

I DID like that the case of the week did deal with trust issues between a couple obviously in love that obviously has made serious changes for one another. Yet you see how easy it is for doubt to creep into a relationship. Which nearly gets one of them killed. Yes, I get that they are trying to make the connection obvious. But it is still beautiful in its own way. You want to hope that the kids make it, especially after all they have been through.

JT: we have to press the eject button of our lives.
I love JT’s reaction to V telling him Muirfield nabbed Cat.
