Season four for us is definitely looking more and more probable, as we grow closer to 2015. Especially since “The CW” only has four series currently in development, none that the network have ordered to pilot, yet a couple do seem to have potential. Not to mention the upcoming release of our two novels coming out as well. A third novel is expected.
Beauty & the Beast: Vendetta by Nancy Holder – (November 25, 2014)
Beauty & the Beast: Some Gave All by Nancy Holder – (March 31, 2015)
Beauty & the Beast Novel No. 3 Paperback by Nancy Holder – (August 28, 2015)
Given “iZombie” and “The Messengers” will both commence with 13 episodes and based on the reviews I have seen so far, personally, it appears “The Messengers” has the upper hand as of right now.
The CW has more then 4 series in development. The Phoenix Project | Misfits: deadline.com/2014/10/l-a-complex-martin-gero-phoenix-project-cw-849644/Bone House: www.hollywoodreporter.com/live-feed/cw-buys-mystery-dramedy-bone-737091First Lady: deadline.com/2014/10/first-lady-show-cw-jennifer-garner-chilean-telenovela-adaptation-845382/Cheerleader Death Squad: deadline.com/2014/10/marc-cherry-neal-baer-spy-drama-cw-851272/The Illusionist: deadline.com/2014/10/the-illusionist-tv-series-cw-851451/The Town: deadline.com/2014/10/the-town-oliver-goldstick-drama-cw-850798/Shakespeare's Sisters: www.hollywoodreporter.com/live-feed/mark-harmon-developing-young-william-743826Unnatural Selection: www.hollywoodreporter.com/live-feed/cw-prepping-charles-darwin-drama-740473Untitled 3rd Superhero Show: www.buzzfeed.com/kateaurthur/how-arrow-finally-got-superhero-television-right#1mo6ie1(Mark Pedowitz mentions discussions are going on) They've also mentioned wanting to give another Supernatural spinoff a try. I assume we might hear about that soon. In regards to people discussing midseason shows, Cycle 22 of America's Next Top Model appears to be taking over from Hart of Dixie if the eligibility document is correct: www.cwtv.com/thecw/topmodel-cycle22-CastingPoint 3 mentions that the contestants will have to live in the house from late March to Mid May 2015. Late March is coincidentally when Hart of Dixie should finish provided it takes no breaks, so it looks like BATB wont take over from Hart of Dixie. Does ANTM air live? Bc even though it says contestants have to live together from March-may iit doesn't necessarily mean that ANTM will air live in March-May that could just be filming for a later date?

ANTM is on as we speak it wont finish before December - does not make sense for it to start again in March. it never does so soon after it ends... edit: i read the eligibility requirmeents - filming will be from end of march to may the shwo will be broadcast after that date for sure . it is not live The CW used to air 2 series of ANTM each year. It looks like they are going back to that. From Cycle 3 to Cycle 19, 2 series were aired every year. The first started in Feb/March and ran till April/May (same time period the document mentions). The second starts in August/September and ran till November/December. 2013 (Cycle 20) and 2014 (Cycle 21) were the exceptions. Wikipedia pageI do believe their is a live element to the show. I don't watch it properly but I believe Social Media has been treated as the '4th Judge' for the past few Cycles. They seem to average the scores from fans voting each week and those scores are added into who stays and who goes. I could be completely wrong there though, I've only seen an episode here and there when my TV was on. Unless they release the images for each week months in advance for people to vote on (which would also give away who was evicted). I can only assume that the eviction element is live. (I also believe I remember seeing that people could send in video's to critique contestants too).

Not at home but will do a bit if research as to how thus social media score worls . I watch the show sometimes so I got curious now too lol.

I actually found some people talking about it here: www.reddit.com/r/ANTM/comments/1ptzs5/questioning_this_seasons_social_media_scoring/Apparently they do release the images early after all. However to prevent people figuring out who was evicted they sequester the evicted models elsewhere and still have them do the photoshoots. So they pretty much get to build up their portfolio's with extra images even though they don't get to win in the end.

I'm failed to see how does some fan fiction selling novel(s) has something to do with enchanced batb chances for renewal.
Let's say the ratings will miraculously bigger, it still has to do with whether the actors want to do another season or not to which I personally think KK might Don wanna do.

Might I just say not even winning PCA or being put on Netflix did anything for the US ratings, so yeah a fan fiction novel might. It's too bad Reign and Jane the virgin are tanking, they both are entertaining shows and especially Jane can teach writers from shows like TVD or BATB how to write an interesting lady lead and give a Complex storyline that's not all about the guys she shacked up with. Bravo Jane. Catherine Chandler take a note!

However, go ahead and carry on!

New normal won PCA the same year as batb ,still cancelled.A lot of shows with online cult following got cancelled.
On Netflix you can find Bunch of cancelled shows. Shows that got cancelled on their first or second season.
The only saving grace that bring them money to cover production cost is from international sales to which I heard not doing so good anymore.
But yeah,you too, carry on...

Bravo Jane. Catherine Chandler take a note! i beg to differ jane is an average show - nothing special. the lead character is not written particularly well. what is it about the lead character that you think is all that great?? reign is (IMO) a bad show..not even average I dont think the BATB writing is great btw but lets not compare it to shows like reign and virgin as exemplars of good writing or good shows! come on!

Therefore your argument is irrelevant!

Bravo Jane. Catherine Chandler take a note! Have you watched Jane the Virgin? I've watched the first episode , and as a woman, I'd rather be portrayed as Catherine Chandler, than a girl who's been told her entire life she's "valuable" so long as she's a virgin. If you like the show, that's absolutely okay, obviously. But please don't go on saying Jane is a strong female character. Dear Dan, you claimed a while ago to be the only one who advocates women's rights on this forum, but believe me, as a woman, I find some of your opinions offensive to women.
