Vincent, I missed you! Tess hugs! Gabe, you're so pretty! Tori cracked me up! Cat, you are the queen of my universe! Um...I hate to say it, but JT, I didn't miss you! Friends! What. My emotions.

Best episode this season and the last 1/3 of season 1. IMO So infuriated on how long it took them to get here. Perfectly good waste of screen time on some crap prior to this ep. Sooo much was unnecessary. Do not like that Gabe will still be waiting off in the wings for Cat though. I finally can stomach Tess this season, Yay!!! Didn't like that Vincat was OK with being friendly. Liked Vincent as the hero and think Cat did too. It means a lot more that people can see him and know him as one instead of him being in total hiding. I liked how they covered and manipulated the She beast. It actually seemed plausible and transitioned smoothly. I kinda wish he did hear Cats rant though and I love when he teases her. I think her comment about coming to help on his own was suppose to reference him coming around to himself sooner that later. So I hope that happens. Still not getting this whole primal thing but did Cat actually admit to Tori that she was jealous before she realized how it was affecting her. I gotta rewatch that again. It kinda seems that Cat really believes something is going on with Tori and Vincent in some way but then knows he is using her too. Confused by that. I hate to admit it but this will be the 1st episode this season I will watch a 2nd time. Overall I'm in a better state than yesterday when it comes to The possibility of getting some romance back. Looking more promising.

I just finished watching the episode. It is 6 am here now, and I have to get ready for work, so I haven't yet read anything in this thread, but I just had to come in and say: Iiiiiiieeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!! I literally squeeled like a little girl the whole last what was it? 15 minutes? The beginning was tough, and a lot of times I roled my eyes, but the ending... Wauw. No words. None. Just some very high-pitched squeeling. VinCat's back!!!! Don't know if anyone here agrees, but I definitly saw VinCat again. Fi-na-lly. Is it next week already? ?

One more thing I kinda saw Tori as a spoiled little girl in this episode more than ever and I think that is what the writers wanted to do. kinda felt Cat in a way was motherly to her in that interrogation room when Tori was trying to explain she couldn't control herself. They should've had this tone the whole time IMO. Instead of letting us flounder out there speculating what they are doing and not doing and obviously where they originally wanted to go. But I must admit the she beast lacks luster. She needs some skills. She was a little too vampirish acting for me.
My 1 problem is out of all the promotional clips they could of put out there they put this dull ass precinct clip. Why? Do they do this on purpose? Showing a hyped up scene gets me hyped to see it. I wish they would make better promotional decisions or get a strategy. Prob a $ thing. Oh well.

Finally! After months of heartbreak, anger and insecurity, one good episode! An episode that I actually want to see again. The first one in the entire season that made me believe that Tess is indeed a person and not a broken record that says "Gabe loves Cat, Gabe loves Cat" I still don't see why Gabe is a necessary character. Don't get me wrong, I love Sendhil and want him on the cast forever, but I don't see a point on Gabe. Loved that Vincent was the hero. I was really afraid that it would be Tori and that would make Vincent consider to be with her. I specially loved that he went to save the others by his own. My Vincent is back! I've missed him so much! Somebody really needs to slap Tori! She's petty, brat and rude. She keeps trying to put a claim on Vincent, no matter how uninterested on her he is. Don't like the gem thing. Pretty unimaginative. I didn't understand if Cat thinks Vincent is with Tori or not. At first, I thought she really believes that he moved on and Tori is his girlfriend. But in the precinct she said to Tori that she doesn't have any chance with him. But I simply don't understand why those pics of Vincent kissing Tori were released. They obviously changed their mind about making her Vincent's girlfriend when they saw the fans outrage so why show them and push even more people away?

Well, this is the first time I cried about one of KK's TV shows without her showing one single tear because her crying always makes me cry I'm going to tell you why I cried but for that I need to be honest with you. I don't ship VinCat. There I said it. You have no idea how much I wanted to ship VinCat As you already know I built this forum for KK because before being fan of any ship or any character, I'm a Kristin Kreuk fan first. I wanted this show so bad to do awesome so I really wanted to ship VinCat. I was shipping VinCat after Bridesmaid Up. Seriously I did. That was the perfect episode for me. It didn't have any kisses or sex but it was pure perfection. An episode doesn't need to have sex or tons of kisses to be awesome. Then they made Vincent into monster that I couldn't even like. I can't ship VinCat like that. That's why it makes me so mad because I had this high expectations for this show and for VinCat. Why writers? Why did you have to make Vincent into someone I cannot even look at? Anyways while watching Vincent in this episode it made me mad because he wasn't a monster in the episode at least not in half of the episode. He was actually nice and I couldn't hate him. I actually like and it makes me cry . I remember when I did ship VinCat and how bad I wanted and it hurts So for the rest of the episode this is how I felt. Cat and Gabe: Noooo, please noooo. That was my reaction. Sorry like I've said before on Twitter. I love Sendhil, He's awesome, funny, cute and has awesome hair. PLUS and this is a big plus for me. He is a Roger Federer fan . I love youuuu, Roger!! ... back to topic. Even though I love Sendhil, I can't ship Cat with Gabe. It's just wrong. Gabe doesn't deserve her. Gabe might have changed but I can't just forgive him in that case I should forgive Vincent too so noo, Catoss (Cat and Boss) doesn't work for me. Cat, Tess and Gabe: I love the whole scene with the cop that died when they were talking about the cake Boat house: I don't know what to think about that. It was ok I guess. Cat looked cute Cat, Tess and Tori: LOVE that scene. Cat and Tori: Ok, here it goes....I love Cat and Tori's scenes. There I said it. Sorry guys, but I thought they were hilarious. When Cat was trying to make her angry telling she was jealous. This was me the entire time: . I like Tori with Cat A LOT. Throw me tomatoes I don't care Tess and FBI agent: love the scenes!! I loveeeee Tess. Tess, you're so awesome Cat kicking Tori was funny and her trying to explain to Vincent how it happened even more funny Cat and Vincent: ok, first I was mad at Vincent because he didn't want to help Cat. I was like...sigh here we go again. Honestly I didn't understand why Cat needed to apologize to Vincent. What for? What is the reason she said sorry? She hasn't done anything wrong? As far as I know. Maybe I forget something. Anyways I didn't like that. After that everything was awesome. There I started crying for the reason I explained at the beginning. I liked Vincent in this episode and it hurts. Anyways Tess hugging Vincent was sooo cute Cat looking at Vincent when he was looking for the necklace and her saying: "Are you looking for Tori?" I was like Now one of the best parts of the episode and I literally screamed: YEEEEES, CAT, I LOVE YOU!! YOU'RE MY STAR!! was when Cat told Gabe that she needed to be on her own. She needs time for herself. Yes!! I love Cat. I actually like everyone in this episode and I didn't want to. You writers, why did you make me cry for this??

You know, having watched the episode, I really think Tori was trying to convince herself of that primal connection (like seriously, get over yourself already) and what not and I believe she was trying to make herself feel better by goading Cat about what she didn't have with Vin. I might have felt a little sorry for her, but like tiny insy winsy "little drop of water in the Pacific" sorry for her...she still needs to go

Is this bolded part really true? Is it believable? Cause this will determine if I can watch tomorrow night or not . . . Yup!! There's wasn't even the faintest hint of anything even remotely hinted at or insinuated that Vincent and Tori were/are/had ever/maybe/possibly been intimate. JadedJulz I really think and hope you will come to love this episode.. or at least I hope you will. Honestly.. and some may want to throw tomatoes at me for what I'm about to say.. BUT.. I think Vincent 2.0 or 2.5 (whatever version you want to call him), will be EVEN BETTER than Vincent 1.0!! Ok.. now I'll duck!! Actually, I think there was an insinuation that there's NOTHING going on between V and Tori! When Tori and Cat have that convo, after Cat wakes her up from tranq, and she apologies to Tori and confess to her that actually she's jealous because of the dates she's having with V, etc.. Tori gets VERY angry, and the way I see it, it is because there is nothing going on despite what she said to Cat before, and she would LOVE that! Maybe I should review that scene but in that moment I felt like Tori's beast came out because she was angry for not having anything with V! oh, btw! Did I say I LOVED THE EPISODE? !!! Vincent is slowly coming back (I so saw him today!) Catherine is finally figuring out what she needs, Tess hugged V! And Gabe, so far, is a gentleman but we'll see! he shot the only guy who could tell V something... mmm... still suspicious... too shady? we'll see! I'll probably make my review later, now I have to get ready to work!!! Oh gosh!!! it feels so good to feel like this!! Yay!!! Thanks anapi -season3baby :), for the "happy dance"

Well, then watch this episode like... RIGHT NOW!!!

As long as the new V has the old one's heart and soul, that is what is important to me. Confidence is good, arrogance is not. I want V to care about life - everyone's, not just his own. Wow! Everyone is so excited. I'm glad you all are finally getting what you hoped for. I wish I can share that with you but I am so not feeling it. As I said earlier, too much has happened, too many things were done and can't be undone. I'm not a forgiving person so I guess that's why I can't look past what happened in earlier episodes.
To be quite frank, I can't stand Vincent!! Sorry, but Vincent 1.0 was a real hero. I do NOT like arrogance; I've always found it a turn off. I am drawn to humility and nobility and V 1.0 possessed those traits.
Cat and Vincent behaved like strangers, even acquaintances - not like 2 people who shared a once-in-a-lifetime love. We can't expect them to come back to themselves in 30 minutes (literally!) weren't we all afraid that they would rush the reconciliation? that after all happened there should be a slow coming back? I'm more than satisfied with the way they are addressing it. First deciding not to compete, to work as a team, then becoming friends, allies, and confidents and finally recovering their love story again! That is amazing for me!

I did not post feelings here for a long time, for......some obvious reasons.......but I love this epi so much!!!! Especially all the scenes with Cat, Vincent and Gabe!
THe first scene Cat with Gabe was cute but she was being silly (sorry). Like she revealed in the end, she could not believe she used to be in love with such as jerk like Vincent 2.0, in the first scene she was sort of in a hurry to prove she was able to get over the "Jerk Vincent" and started a possibly nice relationship with "the good guy" Gabe. No matter whether it was true, obviously she was still mad and angry at herself on "loving such an unrecognizable bad guy", she was trying to prove to herself that she doesnt suck at it, at least not any more. What a cute girl! Well, .......silly though......
Vincent now is more determined and confident, but still lost. He has no idea what or where is his future or what he exactly wants, let alone a future with Cat. he keeps reminding himself what Cat's mother and father did to him, by holding this as a victim, he can justify whatever he does to get the truth and the "justice" he wants. I am still confused about what triggered Vincent's such impatience (TOri? Maybe, but not convincing enough for me, the writing there disappointed me a lot because I do not understand what really triggered his such impatience and violence to throw away all he used to have with Cat by trying killing Reynolds). Fortunately, now he seems to get his patience back again after everything between them was ruined. Hopefully it is a good start.
The last scene where Cat with a blanket, Gabe and Vincent outside the precinct is my favorite!!!! THe way Cat looked at Gabe was both from a coworker and "a girl" who trusts him and potentially may start a relationship with him. Obviously, VIncent sensed the subtle and awkward atmosphere between Cat and Gabe with knowing "Cat is waiting for Gabe". So VIncent left for the necklace, can the atmosphere be weirder and more awkward? Especially, when he finally said no to Tess' invitation to the party, he finally realized that even though he was fine to work with Cat just as a job partner, he was still not ready to witness she already moved on and started a new relationship with another guy (which is not necessarily true but he did not know that).
And Cat, finally got a relief this epi by realizing VIncent 2.0 was not purly evil and unhuman, he still tries to save people with his humanity so her judgement on guys was not that terrible any way, she can stop beating herself now. With Gabe, friend or a date? She does not really care. What she really cares now, is just Vincent seems finally behaves and speaks normally again with her, even he is not hers any more. It shows that true love is not necessarily trying to "own someone", but only wishing him the best no matter what. That is how she does to him, and I believe it is also how he will do to her.

oh and the episode was more reminiscent of season 1 andnot because of vincat many funny lines too by vincent this time round. vincent: because i dont trust any of you gabe: i just saved your life vincent: yes but you also tried to kill me gabe: long time ago vincent: well not so long ago caterine shot me gabe: tess did not do anything vincent oh no she shot me too found tha tpart so funny, the way Jay delivered it anyway off to rewatch. so excited! oh and i loved what cat and vincent said about each other to others and to each other I loved that scene! Laughed my head off & re-watched several times! So vintage Vincent!! God, I've missed him so! And when Tess gave him the hug at the end, Perfect!
I love this episode!! For me it's the best in S02!! I am one very Happy Puppy!!! Sunshine & rainbows! [cue: unicorn!]

Vincent hasn't set Tori straight yet; that will come next episode. VinCat will start as working partners, but they have both recognized that they have unresolved feelings and that starting a relationship with someone else would be unfair to the other person. Gabe has taken it well, we'll see about Tori next week...she won't be as understanding, No JT this episode, but I loved Tess. Especially when she hugs Vincent at the end. They removed any insinuation that there was anything intimate between Vincent and Tori (although I know that wasn't there plan originally, but I can live with it).
Oh, and Cat kicked Tori to stop her from getting out of control. No cat fight. Sorry, quoting the same thing again, but . . . If their original intention was to have the V/T together, together . . . and now that has all been removed . . . do I dare to say, maybe the writers have finally started their own "learning curve?!?!" Has the tone-deafness stopped?!? The tone-deafness should have stopped with the Alex arc. There was plenty to learn from and they didn't . I would have rooted for this show till the end, but too much damage was done (for me) because of all the bad decisions they made. And, as a result, I don't feel the same way about the characters, especially Vincent.

Sometimes I swear I'm the only one that sees things like I do. What some people like, I don't - and vice versa.
