Support system is exactly right. I used to think I was a sane person, but this show has me a little "Loca", as my husband lovingly calls me.

Yup!! There's wasn't even the faintest hint of anything even remotely hinted at or insinuated that Vincent and Tori were/are/had ever/maybe/possibly been intimate. JadedJulz I really think and hope you will come to love this episode.. or at least I hope you will. Honestly.. and some may want to throw tomatoes at me for what I'm about to say.. BUT.. I think Vincent 2.0 or 2.5 (whatever version you want to call him), will be EVEN BETTER than Vincent 1.0!! Ok.. now I'll duck!! As long as the new V has the old one's heart and soul, that is what is important to me. Confidence is good, arrogance is not. I want V to care about life - everyone's, not just his own. Wow! Everyone is so excited. I'm glad you all are finally getting what you hoped for. I wish I can share that with you but I am so not feeling it. As I said earlier, too much has happened, too many things were done and can't be undone. I'm not a forgiving person so I guess that's why I can't look past what happened in earlier episodes.
To be quite frank, I can't stand Vincent!! Sorry, but Vincent 1.0 was a real hero. I do NOT like arrogance; I've always found it a turn off. I am drawn to humility and nobility and V 1.0 possessed those traits.
Cat and Vincent behaved like strangers, even acquaintances - not like 2 people who shared a once-in-a-lifetime love.

OK, before I doze off, something trivial:
Did you notice Cat's tote? The same one she put all those pics of Vincent and Alex in, right?

That's it? That's not setting her straight!
Reyna, you said that Vincent told Tori that he feels more than friendship for Catherine??? When did THIS happen??? I must have been really out of it to have missed that! I clarified my post in another post. Yet, let me clarify here as well. Did not state Vincent told Tori that he feels more than friendship for Cat. My other post only reads as “That he feels more than friendship for Cat”. Referencing the VinCat conversation at the end of the episode here. When I stated, “Vincent sets Tori straight, it is through his actions. Vincent, during the beginning of the episode, clearly is using Tori as bait, obviously caring more about the necklace, disregarding her feelings.
Quoting my other post:Hope that clarifies my other post for you.

Ok.. now I'll duck!! totally with u what did u think about the episode besides the vincat stuff? Loved, Loved, LOVED it!! I love how Tess tried to help protect Vincent. LOVED it when Tess told the bad guys that "you reallllly don't want to make him mad!!" ( one of her best lines to date!!); didn't get why Dana made such a big deal about Tess remembering her (Tess') bday and saying, "People only remember their birthdays up till they are 12, then they try to forget about it after that" ; Dana asking Tess if she was recanting her statement about "what you think is true"... (can't remember the exact phrase... but obviously Dana KNOWS now that there is more to Vincent than meets the eye!!) ; I loved the use of the drunk guy.. sooooo didn't see that one coming!! Pretty clever I thought. I could be totally wrong.. but somehow I still think Gabe is involved in this mess some kind of way. Loved that Vincent does remember that Gabe tried to kill him before; there was just so much to this episode!! However something else just occurred to me and I may be waaaaayyy off base, BUT.. what if Dana is not as innocent as she seems?? What if she is involved in some kind of way in the whole jewel mess?? I mean she seems just a little too obsessed with it- but that could just be me. I'm not the best at guessing these things. I really need to watch this again tomorrow.. there's just sooooo much to this episode!! I thought it was very well written. I think the whole Gabe/Catherine she FINALLY wakes up and smells the Gabe coffee that's been brewing for quite some time now, but he isn't ready for her to have a drink of Gabe brand coffee when it's CLEAR that she will ONLY drink Vincent brand coffee no matter what she says.. was handled really tactfully and gracefully. That's just a couple of my thoughts.. I probably won't be able to shut up tomorrow after watching this episode a zillion times!!

Vincent has no romantic feelings for Tori. Completely platonic. During the beginning of the episode, Vincent cares more about the necklace and uses Tori as bait. wasnt it great when gabe told vincent that cat was in the precinct he stormed off without even hearing gabe say anything about tori? vincent has NO FEELINGS for tori AT ALL but we knew that anyway I absolutely loved that part.

Okay, um... Um. Okay, except for the few characters I want to slap here and there, I really liked that ep. That was some quality television right there.

So 20 minutes in and I was seriously hating this episode. Vincent was a tool and the only laughs that I was seeing was Catherine and Tess. Gabe- gag me! I wish he and Tori would take a long walk off a very short pier and disappear. Tori- wanted to strangle her most of the episode! Swear her <edited>iness is just getting worse as each episode progresses. And then lo and behold we get the last 10 minutes of the episode, and for once I was actually feeling the VINCAT vibe that has been missing for oh so long! At the beginning I thought to myself, "there is no effing way they are going to get back together within the next four episodes." But then the last 10 minutes happen- and I am filled with a small bit of hope. I saw a Vincent that I have not seen since the first season, and I was so happy to see him I wanted to cry. Vincent saving Catherine made my day, and the hug that Tess gave him made me laugh. Now about that necklace- it makes a beast subservient so that they cannot control their powers and then revert back to human. That was an interesting twist. And the fact that Vincent now realizes that he and Catherine really need to work together just makes my insides warm right up. And it just figures that the drunk guy was a plant!!! Overall it was a very interesting episode and it gives me hope that perhaps we may see the Vincent that we've missed seeing or oh so long!

I loved the writing and the flow of this episode!! I really thought it portrayed Vincent, Catherine and Gabe's feelings pretty honestly.
