The ratings will not go that far. My bet is we stay at 0.3. We have a loyal fan base that will follow the show. I hope u are right but the hiatus has been very long. And yes I don't think it will be 0.1 but I do think we could premiere with 0.2. Unless the cw decides to promote which I somehow doubt Well like always we beasties have to just do more work in getting the word out on the premiere of BATB and what the date is it will actually return. Nothing new. Beasties doing more promotion then the CW. I will b really ticked off though if they decide to announce its return the week before the premiere |

I will never give up BATB, but it would be great to win the PCA cause it would be like new oxygen for the fans and the show. You know, I am really getting tired of all this situation...  And getting worried too... |

The CW has released a new 2015 midseason sizzle yesterday: www.youtube.com/watch?v=dnC9t3h2F4YThis time even HOD is included; + the new shows to start in March (iZombie, The Messenger). No BATB. I’m beginning to lose hope that we will air in spring. yeah i saw that this mornign adn it does not look good...but...they did nto include whose line is it anyway or ANTP and if these dont air there will be three free slots come april (latest mid april). i really dont know what to think i am disappointed either way: if we do air midseason (march-april) then why were we not included here??? how disgusting is that of the cw? could they not spend a little bit of money to come on set and put some new batb footage as they did with other shows including dixie which is allegedly in its final season? if we do air in summer i just cannot think of any way (and i knwo i am being negative) that we coudl be renewed at all. they would probably announce this as our final season...my understanding is they decie on budget and slots etc for all shwos in may time no? so if we air after that time what are our chances? would they even risk renewing us before we even air? i dunno sorry dont know the business and may be talking bull but these are my random thoughts on the PCA front it would be a miracle if we attended but also it has been confirmed that none from supernatural is attending. also we know nina dobrev wont attend and not sure about ian somerhalder. that does not mean they did not win anything, ti just means that probably their categories wont even be menioned (like ours were not last year). so why attend if u wont even be mentioned. my prediction for cw shows is: virgin wins new show (that is for sure..i have checked twitter patterns and it is so obvious, their competition is too weak). and i bet u gina will present and she will probably be on stage to accept the prize... ian will again win best actor either nina or kk will win actress (despite goodwin being there) our show will win best show nina and ian will win best duo our categories (best show and actress) wont be announced (so no publicity) and neither will any other cw ones besides the virgin. I am not a revengeful person. I just said that because I am very mad with CW's behavior at the moment!  But I also don't like their other shows too... Despite it doesn't make any diference, cause I don' t live in USA.. |

What about that TV guy posted that article on Twitter that it wouldn't be a bad thing if batb is going to get a summer show? Do you read that article anapi -season3baby :)? What do you think about it? Please check out the comments on the old poll witch Cw show should get cancelled. What about that talking of syndication between Cw and cbs and that they won't cancell all cbs shows on the Cw? I'm very confused about that all. Would love if someone who knows more about this issues could explain. I want to believe that the decision for renewing batb is already made in a possible way, but maybe it's just wishful thinking. Another thought that just popped up in my mind: if they where to cancel batb, shouldn't the cast and crew knew about that. They have to plan their further career, don't they? I cannot imagine that the stay on call for a long time. Shouldn't we hear something about new projects of the actors then. There was this article of that other NZ actor who mentioned to be on a movie with Jay later last year, but I never heard something about it again. Same with Kristin. very very confused  |

Same with Kristin. very very confused i just spoke to somebody on twitter who knows the business better as tehy have studied it and she does still think we have a chance. she thinks that they will hold on to the decision and they do not have enough to decide yet - for example what if both midseason shows tank or what if they do extremely well, that would make a difference. also they woudl consider online/international deals or lack of. she also thinks it si more about episode coutn at this point and if they did want to get rid of it b4 getting syndication money they woudl have cancelled it last year . she says u can get syndication with fewer episodes nowadays u wont need 88 which used to be the norm. they have already invested in 57 episodes so why not get it to over 70 which woudl then give them a chance for syndication. she is not sure yet whether we will air midseason or summer but she did mention that other shows like hannibal were in similar situation and ended up being renewed in july... that's it really... these are just her thoughts basically bottom line is we need to wait and i will try to be as positive as possible |

It’s just being realistic. And I’m pissed at the CW for neglecting our show. Maybe they haven’t decided yet if to air Who’s line is it or BATB in March/April, but like you said, they act like BATB doesn’t exist, how do they think they will people get interested to tune in when it finally airs? They completely stopped promoting after season 1, and I found it especially unfair compared to Reign, which had lower ratings at the end of its first season and it still got so much more new season 2 promo. Although by now its season 2 ratings are nothing to brag about either, given it is airing on a Thursday after TVD. Concerning PCA’s I guess we should be thankful they flew in KK and JR the first time, although they weren’t on stage either, but that was back then when they still spent some money on promotion. Of course Golden Globe nominated JTV is their new favorite child and they want to get it all the attention this year. My predictions for PCA’s are the same as yours, with the vote splitting Ian should again have the better end, but thats also the reason I can hardly see TVD win 3 PCAs(Ian, Delena, Nina), so I'd say either Delena or Nina won't make it- we’ll see tomorrow night.  Also, it could be that BATB ratings aren’t of great interest anymore for the CW, and it’s only about episodes for syndication, international sales etc. What I’ve read the episode count isn’t that import anymore nowadays for this syndication thing, so I wouldn’t set my hopes for renewal on that. And although cheaper than some other CW shows, I think BATB is still too expensive to produce to remain as a mere summer show. But as long we’re not officially canceled, there’s still hope- we’re not dead yet! |
