And I think I heard that KK doesn't like doing sex scenes? Yes, sure. If I were an actress I wouldn't enjoy doing that either. I can totally understand Kristin's reasons but it's her job and "unfortunately" she has to do it because of the character she plays. Though she may be able to say no to things if she feels uncomfortable and let's not forget that this is CW. Not HBO... So she doesn't have to "suffer" I started to compare things with other shows and I can say there are million ways to do a sex scene. It can be sexy, hot, ( )- bald or shy- but it can be done in a tasteful way where we don't actually see the actors' naked bodies and the camera mostly shows their faces. A lot of things can be implied. It doesn't have to look like porn LOL.

What I mean is that I miss the looks that they give each other in those scenes, we can feel the love from the looks.

Everyone seems to think it's the writers that aren't giving us a proper sex scene...What makes you think that ? What if the actors don't want it unless it is truly needed for the script. I mean it was needed for their first time once that's been established they can just imply it without visually showing us. As much as this is a CW show this isn't your typical CW show..at least to me I don't necessarily want to see the sex scene... I would be satisfied with a scene where they are in bed, waking up next to each other or hugging, REALLY implying something happened there previously ( or about to happen ...) Like it was in 2 x 16 before they arrested V. Or like in "Insatiable" (the one when he "clarifies" a few things ...) that bed scene is hard to forget

I think it wasn't implied. He woke up happy bacause he thought this was the first day of his new life. Free, not hunted, wanted... His dream. I wish we could at least see a kiss that would have implied something... Let's not forget 2 things.. 1. When he said "Let's get used to it" When he carried her in the house. ..He wasn't talking about used to the house lol 2. Besides the whistling they didn't start bringing in their stuff until the day after...meaning they were busy cristianing the bedroom...living room ..bathroom you get the picture.. No wonder the dude was whistling he probably would have sung and danced too lol Well, maybe the writers wanted to leave that to our imagination but that's not enough for me When it comes to VinCat I want to see it. A kiss could've done it fo me to get the idea that after all those weeks of running, hiding, stolen kisses, interruptions and lack of they went for it on the first night. Ok I know of course they probably did it but there was not much hint about it so I'm not convinced. Sorry that's just me. Not enough proof. What I don't get is why teasing in the earlier ep that Vincat missed action if they didn't want to have a scene where they solve the problem

My mind always in the gutter lol all I can think of when he first appears with the new paper whistling ...He GOT some lol..A man all giddy like that in the morning wanting to make her breakfast for sure was satisfied in THAT way!! LOL The only thing about it is they implied it and didn't show it BOO I think it wasn't implied. He woke up happy bacause he thought this was the first day of his new life. Free, not hunted, wanted... His dream. I wish we could at least see a kiss that would have implied something...

Sorry bad post. can I ask an admin to remove it? Thanks. bookworm, you can delete it yourself.... use the dropdown next to the "thumbs" button and delete. You can do this for any of your own posts.. I agreed with the post that followed. There wouldn't be as much need to define Cat if she hadn't spent 8 eps being Gabe's weak kneed meat puppet. Now she's reinvented herself as the Kick-*ss confident cop in 3 eps. Good for her, the real Cat is standing up. lol Funny, watching the second time I noticed the opening scene..... Cat staring up at the bird in the tree (chirping) with a big simile on her face.......The same bird she throws the paper at in the suburbs, and tells to "shut-up" Oh I never noticed Thanks!

Okay, I didn’t like this episode…there…I said it… I didn’t hate it (like I did 2x10), but I just didn’t feel it. I loved it that they wanted to show us that no matter what, Cat would not change herself and that she would always uphold justice. I get it that their “normal” is not and never will be everybody’s normal – and believe me, that’s one of the key attractions of this show to me. But I think this plot could have been much better explored. It seems to me that they were going for a Cat-centric episode, and they blew it. Yes, there are so many other lost opportunities throughout the season, but this episode could have been the last but two in the show. I could take it as a filler episode in the first half of the season (not plot-wise specifically, but the way it was written and executed), but not as an episode that potentially serves to build up towards the series/season finale. I’m not complaining about lack of VinCat sexy time, and my problem with this episode in not necessarily VinCat-related; because it had lots of those two together. My problem with this episode is essentially how it was written. Here’s when continuity problem kicks in: Do you find it realistic for a couple that’s been put through hell for so long to spend the first day of their finally being together bickering back and forth? Don’t get me wrong, I loved how funny those kids were, and how brilliantly KK & Jay delivered the lines, and it might have made sense to me if I looked at it as a standalone episode; but then again, this was supposed to be their first day together, after oh so long! And no, I don’t mean that I wanted to see them spend the whole episode making out or whatever, no! But they could simply sit on the couch, and have one of those VinCat talks while watching TV or having dinner. Maybe if there had been a “two weeks later” caption after Vincent carried Cat into the house, I’d have understood it better. Catherine and Vincent, both individually and as a couple, are the core of this show. This episode, with them moving to suburbia and everything, could have been a golden opportunity to explore both sides of them: as independent, yet so much in love people, and also as a couple. Especially with it being the antepenultimate episode of the season (and potentially of the series). As I said to some of the lovely ladies here, i t felt like a different show, just borrowing KK & Jay for one episode. I agree with SpydancerLovesVincat on continuity problem. It seems to me that it was riding on a sine wave. Especially when it came to how the episode was written. Sorry…long rant… Oh, the highlight of this episode was JTnT to me, something I never thought I’d say Certainly not what I expected. But I guess we expect so many things based on spoilers and speculations and when they don't happen we aren't satisfied. I have to agree with some of your ideas. I think one of the problems is they made a "sitcom" episode but they probably shouldn't have. I love batb humour and sometimes - if it's used well- it can improve a dark ep so much! I feel this was not the right ep to do this. we could've had some long-awaited VinCat love moments, not only fights... Ah the continuity.... or the lack of it. It is so confusing! I get that we needed to see Catherine to realize who she is... (Finally! ) but why always at Vincent's expense? Ok some good scenes, because there were some! I really enjoyed those. The end scene- Vincent is so sweet to C. the way he uses his voice I have to say I really liked the JT-Tess interactions. JT He's so funny trying to he a hero. No comment on Gabe The good thing is VinCat are strong, together, will want to try again (maybe in another life ) and Catherine is really sure about herself. She's back.

I just seem to find the Heather character very annoying and it is going to be hard to take her for a whole season. She is just so gormless (for want of a better word to describe her). I mean I don't blame her for reacting to Vincent beasting out but it's just her interactions with Cat, (and othera actually) -they drive me nuts - kinda like you want to smack some sense into her. Onto Gabe - did anyone else get the impression that he was kind of surprised that his beast side came out, that he had actually reverted back to that side of himself. He might even have tried to fight it. Thoughts anyone? Thank you for that!

Who knows maybe Gabe really tried... but it's his inner nature, revenge and obsession make him who he really is. After a few months' trying he gave up. Soooo ... if he wasn't himself until now this season maybe he should thank Vincent for realizing who he really is! The self-discovery that they promised this season was /is the most powerful with Vincent and Gabe! Catherine should catch up

Just wanted to add: ! I want Catherine to show Vincent that its okay for him to save her once in a while. I love a hero!! She doesn't have to be this strong person all the time! It's okay to cry in front of the man she loves, to unburden herself to him, to lean on his shoulder. You see this is my problem. Imo, it is too much sometimes, the way she refuses any kind of help.. she could at least understand that it is not a bad thing but pretty normal for a guy to try to look after / protect his girl... beast or not. Would it hurt to thank him just once for trying to help? Where was this attitude with Gabe? She was like a weak little child who never dared to say no to him... Don't get me wrong, I like the fact that she is a strong, independent woman but she is overdoing it with Vincent, or at least the way I see it. And I understand that she's fed up with guys who try to control her life but V is not that man, she doesn't want to see that! He loves her (without ulterior motives) and it is a natural reaction to protect the ones we love. Edit: I may be a little old fashioned now that I think about it I admire strong female characters but what seems to be their strength can actually be a weakness sometimes... they would never admit that they are grateful for someone's help... Still, Catherine is adorable

I think everything Catherine does now is to protect and clear Vincent ..She is trying to make her promise to him...remember the rooftop scene in last episode? A future is her goal..TOGETHER with HIM how poetic is that? Yeah but I hope she's not doing it behind his back.... that would break V's heart... and mine
