I also LOVED the restaurant scene, even when they were throwing food at one another! Was cute and obvious that the cast got to ad-lib in that scene. I loved the comfort-level displayed between them. And the fact that they all loved a laugh, clearly! (And actually teasing Cat about having to be the one to previously shoot Vincent! I agree that that was the perfect time for KK to throw food!)
I get WHY there is so much editing in the wedding scene--you have to have individual cameras film the individual actors' close-ups and then one filming them both, etc. And obviously, they didn't want to risk the wedding dress with that beautiful flowing back to it. But if you are also going to use an aerial shot, I again think it was rather stupid to show us that KK's dress had been clearly bolted/nailed to the floor. I get it was to limit movement and keep the others from stepping on it or getting it wrinkled so that editing would have shown more. But kind of ruined the spontaneity that the ending was going for. But since the rest of the wedding part was so perfect, it was easy to ignore that part. But WAS funny when KK seemed to forget herself that she couldn't move much, as she almost got pulled back at one point when throwing the bouquet due to being lost in the moment! But they still left it in the scene! Too cute.
I also get why they had Vincent kill Liam right when he did. Having done as much as he did, you would have the quarrel about whether or not he deserved redemption having done all that he had done. That was certainly a valid argument for a lot of us last year when discussing Gabe's transformation in early Season 2 and how he could possibly get forgiveness for all he had done, particularly as so much of his planning took place in his human form. Cat truly seemed to be getting somewhere with Liam, but it would have taken more than one day to see if she actually reached the VERY dark place Liam had been for SO long. So I get why the death had to take place at the exact moment it did. But Liam has JUST that bit of time when vIncent rips out his heart to realize the feeling of a final betrayal. And that LOOK of Jason's in that scene--almost as if Liam is RELIEVED to have it all be over, before he has to decide if life has meaning outside of suffering and murder.

QUESTION I had at the ending of this season---is Heather living at VinCat's apartment now? I figure that they probably had her staying with them once Liam was coming after them.
And will Season 4 start with a time jump or right after the events of 313?

and MAJOR THANKS to Catherine Chandler for the tweets from KK!
And I will say, that was noble of her to subtlely defend Catherine Ashton as far as the wardrobe choices for Cat. She points out that Cat is "not shallow" and wears what is functional. Valid point. THe "Beauty" part in the title DOES denote inner beauty and strength of character that Cat displays to me as well as outward appearance. STILL, just HOW MANY SCENES do we all talk and re-discuss and re-hash due to the way Vincent's mouth drops open when Cat enters a room all dressed up! (think AMP, the "Pilot"--he can't even just be satisfied with seeing her all guzzied-up at the warehouse, he HAS to go and follow her to watch her at teh party, too!)
I also liked the subtle way KK defended Cat's sticking determindly to something. Too many people see that as a failing of Cat rather than a strength. But I LIKE that Cat doesn't waiver from something when she thinks she is right, as Vincent points out regarding destiny in the restaurant scene in 313.
So much to think on from the tweets, even though short. (Also shows KK's devotion to the show in just tweeting live unannounced, so clearly not being directed to do it BUT choosing to do so. LOVE this!)

And will Season 4 start with a time jump or right after the events of 313? Considering she was unemployed and how expensive NYC is, she should have been staying with them. Personally, I thought it was kind of rude that they made her stay at a hotel in 301, but unless, she just passed out in Cat's bed, since she and Cat were sharing one in Shotgun Wedding, I'm not sure what happened to her former bedroom.

I am slowly warming to Heather being on the show permanently, but there is no way I will get used to her treating VinCat's apartment like her own - coming and going at will. She mentioned that she is staying with a friend, so let her stay there! Vincent and Catherine - according to the writers - have enough problems to deal with this getting used to living together and they do not need a nosy little sister around who knows no bounderies and does not know when it is time to LEAVE. I could not believe that VinCat had to go for a walk in the cold to be able to talk alone.
So, in S4 I am all for her getting a job and her own apartment and her own LIFE.

I Think in shotgun wedding Heather stayed with Cat to make sure she didn't leave or answer phone call. Heather MUST learn when it is time to go off for a long walk or Cat has to make a long talk with her. Vincent hasn't got any voice in it

Last year we Europeans got lucky and the DVD was released almost a month before it was available in the US. But that was bitter-sweet, because it contained some cut-out scenes that were very hard to watch.

Maybe you should better go to the thread where the DVD of S2 was discussed at length. I am not sure that this is the right place for it. If you cannot find it, I'll try later to post a link (have to learn how to do this. LOL) Just this much: I was so disgusted that I cannot watch that anymore and I am glad that they were cut out.

My pippin, I kinda think perhaps with the inclusion of Vincent's belonging as well as his avid video playing, Cat declared her need for a quiet place after living alone for so long maybe Heather's old room is now Vincent's man cave as a compromise!

I assumed Heather stayed in Cat's bed before the ultimately aborted wedding to 1) keep her from accessing her phone and 2) to keep Vincent from getting weak in the middle of the night and seeking out his bride-to-be by coming in through her window!
And Biafin, the Season 2 objectionable stuff (for me) were seeing Vincent kiss Tori and him in robe and her in sheets in 212 at beginning of episode and the like. Seeing how those scenes scarred me for life made me realize just WHY we didn't get any potential Liam attracted to Cat scenes. Even though we KNOW Cat would NOT have reciprocated, would probably cause the same type of fan reactions as happened in Season 2. Plus, if you humanize Liam too much, you feel bad when Vincent rips out his heart. As it was, I was vastly unsettled and appreciated how Cat played that horrified look, even knowing that Liam had to die. You can't ever forget how close to the surface the possibility of beast/primal instincts overcoming sense and rationality can be (which, of course, we saw too much of in Season 2. So I argue that stuff IS relevant here, believe it or not.). We HAVE to see a difference between Vincent and characters like Liam and Tori, so the primal stuff has more relevance and is more of a threat.
