JR: I think we have to be aware of our audience and know what they want, and from what I’m sort of getting is they want something to happen soon not later. And you know it is a slow burn, kind of romantic kind of genre about Beauty and Beast. But I think the kiss is pretty nigh. I think it’s pretty sure it will happen in the next four episodes through number seven. By episode seven I’m pretty sure they’ll come back together and have that magical kiss that everyone is waiting for but I could be totally wrong.

Why does the article sound a bit outdated? It's already episode 8, and obviously there wasn't a kiss. At this point, VinCat barely touch each other. There is a possibility for a kiss during next week's episode, but I'm not going to get my hopes up. I will be happy for a hug or hand holding at this point!!

I thought the same thing (we definitely are on the same BaTB wavelength )......it sounded like it was an old interview but the date was from today. Plus, in one interview, Jay said that Kristin and he were trying to convince the writers to throw in a kiss here or there but they keep knocking it down. Maybe they remove any kisses for the BIG moment!! (I hope I live long enough!!  ) So, we will see if we get a kiss before the Winter Hiatus. i heard some interview, it might be old that jay said that he literally flips to the entire script once he gets it to see if they kiss in that episode but that the writers keep through things every time they are close to move their relationship to the next level!

I tried to combine a few things.
Someone said that February 14th, is Thursday, this year. In this date we will watch episode 13 (the one with the new entries). One of the producers said that they wrote a script and she even said KISS HER (which apparently won't happen)... so we might see a first attempt on episode 13!
I'm pretty convinced that we won't see a kiss soon, although that makes us have higher expectations about THE moment...
Will it be a romantic kiss or a passionate one? I mean, I'm kinda confused about what I want to see!

On the other hand I want it to be a passionate one because after waiting so long they both know how they feel so the kiss might be a combination of two things show their love and also confirm their love- it might come after something come between them...is that after or during the episode Cold Turkey then I want it to be I can't stay away from you.....kinda of passionate kiss! |

I think it should start off romantic and then turn passionate. Like I would not mind if it was all romantic and they kissed and then they went to kiss again and got momentarily a little carried away.

I read an interview this past week and I"m trying to find it again to show its legit that one of the ex promised we'll see a kiss before the end of season one and how things are going to heat up romantically for Vincat after 1x09. I promise this is true because and I'm remeber it right because it me giddy for new episodes even though the ex is making an appearance. I promise as soon as I find it I'll post it

FOUND IT!! or some of it I'm still hunting down the interview where she talks about the kiss before end of season one but here's the one where Sherri Cooper e.p. talks about romance for Vincat
