With all the rejection this season is having, do you guys think they'll release it on DVD? I heard that they don't bother to do it if they don't expect a certain amount of return.

I think you have an interesting point; will they release a DVD of Season 2? Actually, I think they will; especially if it is the last season. As to high hopes for VinCat....yes, I believe that we WILL believe in their love again. I am the first one to complain about missing the "magic" and "Vincent 1.0" and "VinCat." But as hard as it has been, I saw more of Vincent (as in when he was discussing the case with Cat at the embassy) in the last episode than I have in a long time. (Don't throw tomatoes, please!). Catherine kissing Gabe was a "thank you" peck in my eyes. I have high hopes! |

Hmm we can say every beastie feels the same way!!!!!! We all miss VinCat.... Don't worry we 'll be   again soon! Are you sure we will be there again? They will definitely be together, but will we be able to recognize them as VinCat? Wii we BELIEVE the love...I'm not sure, but hopeful. Hmm we can say every beastie feels the same way!!!!!! I would be happy if they are together and starting to built the old flame. Good question.... I believe people have certain characteristics which make them unique and that's their personality. - We identify Vincent and Catherine (and also VinCat as a couple) according to these personality features which we got to know in S1. Now based on everything that happened in S1(finale) and S2 so far we can say that they are both different from who they were before ...... hit the fans. So if they are both going through a rough time and show no signs of their real self it is due to the present circumstances which are temporary. Once those circumstances disappear i believe they will go back to their normal self. Or at least Catherine. Vincent is a different case because his memory was wiped, they brainwashed him. He doesn't really know who he is, or more importantly, who he used to be.... this is why he's so desperate to find out about his past! He basically has nothing to rely on about himself only Cat whom he tried to work things out with but not really succeeded because in S2 as this "new improved beast" he didn't have the experience and feelings and moral code of S2 Vincent. So he became out of control thanks to Tori's added bad influence on him. Oh my he's so lost.... I don't know how they are going to bring him back from the dark side. a, He may simply change back into V 1.0 who we fell in love with. b, He may never be the same man because these past months can leave a permanent change in his personality.... So he will be a new V, someone with the moral code of V1.0 but now richer with these experiences. Don't forget this: Vincent 1.0 was vulnerable, heroic, gentle.... But he wasn't perfect! He had fears(he was hiding for 10 long years!!!), he felt guilty all the time, he wanted to leave Cat every time he thought it would be better for her...... So maybe it sn't so good if that man returns again!! I want to see all the good qualities in V back but now he has to become stronger in his heart and mind to really earn and deserve Cat's love!!!! That's why I think a new V will be born...... which means maybe new VinCat but better than the old one!!!!!    |

I know that the old Vincent is gone forever and that feeling too. I've missed him but I don't think he will come back, I'm hoping. With Cat in his side I'm hoping to see in him more good moments and his dark side being hidden.

Hey, guys!  Really brokenhearted beastie here! Never posted anything, but I wanted to share my pain. I need to talk about it because I don't know anyone else that watch the show. I think tonight's episode will seal the show's end. It sounds absurd to me that the writers think they can convince us that VinCat's love is real after everything Vincent did in only 4 episodes. I just can't believe in his love anymore. He was with Tori even before breaking up officially with Cat. I can't believe that he didn't take any time to replace Cat like that. And I think the producers killed the show when they decided to do what they did. I simply can't understand. It pains me to see how little consideration they had for their own fandom. |

I told you! when he's with JT, he showed concern and his voice was very similar to the one he had last season. Also in that convo with the "beast up" thingy and how he replies to JT "beast up?" it reminded me of the "fugued out"? from ep 5 s1 (I think...) During the interview at The Talk he was insecure and he was SO like s1. When he tells later to Tori he's not what they try to sell, I saw him again... There were moments, I certainly saw him.. more difficult to talk about the "harder" conversations with Cat becuase he didn't use to have those with her last season but during ep 11-12 s1 he had some moments when he was with Alex where the V we saw in ep 10 s2 showed up too. Well, that's my POV but, of course, others may not agree |
