Okay folks now that we know the show is back on Thursdays at 8PM I've changed the rewatch date and time. Figured we can count the weeks this way. Starting with this episode.

Well we begin suffering Alex story. At the beginning I remember I feel bad for her, but then she began to bothring me and at the end I was so tired of her!

It always surprises me when I see that Vincent is not the beast when he shoots the bad guy, I don't remember he turning back so quicly to normal in other episode.

Last scene is so touching both of them think that it is the other who is not sure about the love they feel.

Yes soon I found Alex annoying too.
But what was interesting in that arc was to get a glimpse at Vincent's pre-beast life.
It was certainly hard for Catherine to realize he had loved Alex, he had wanted a life with her, and now that she's back in the picture, doubts appear full force.
But it was also touching to think about Vincent and how he had been a normal guy once...

ah one of my fav episodes ever !!! with one of my top scenes ever (last scene) - so moving and beautiful
adored this episode and i think this time round i will write a mini review if i have time, maybe this evening

The only thing I loved about this episode was the beginning and the end scene. It is touhg sitting through the middle LOL...Until this day I still cringe and twitch when I see this and On Thin Ice LOL I admit the ending is one of the most angsty moments in BATB history to me.

Been a while since I saw this episode. I never like love triangles, but I understand Alex arc in history, and why did it show up, remind us that Vincent had a past, a life before being a Beast.
The writers should have used Alex's story to make us feel Vincent's love for Catherine is so important to him that although he yearn much to be a doctor and his former life, it doesn't matter now because he has her. But ...
As usual, when we speak about triangles in BATB, the idea is good but it is not well written, imo.
