IMO the Jacob & V beast on beast fight was a pretty good beast fight, especially when you compare it to other beast fights this season.

WTF Gabe, it wasn't just Cat that saved you. Without V, you'd be dead and so would Cat. You should be thanking Vincent that you aren't a beast!

Hate the ultimatum Gabe gave Catherine about V. Gabe goes from saying that V's in their life, to later they need him out of their lives

V: You know what I think about that? Screw Gabe V: You aren't supposed to be with Gabe. You are supposed to be with me. V: Come on, I love you.
I watched this episode 10x before I saw the tear that was in V's eye after Cat "killed" him

I don't understand what purpose it was in revealing to Sam that Dana is still alive? How does that benefit Cat or the investigation? I don't think Sam would hurt Dana now that he knows shes alive, but I still don't get the point of that reveal? I think that Cat does it just to explain why she has her pone, I don't see any other reason Cat needed what she called a "hail mary", because all the other parts of her plan were going wrong. That was her reason, to shake Sam up. I liked this episode, it's not a favorite, but there's lots that I like. Vincent's dream in the beginning starts his quest to redeem himself. I liked that he got a chance to be a doctor again. But poor Vincent got slammed when Cat makes the comment "leave it to the real doctors". Ouch! That's gotta hurt. Cat's dream at the end signals her true feelings. It's also a great prelude and premonition to almost the exact same scene that will play out at the end of the next episode in Catch Me If You Can. I really like how the two dreams book end this episode and set the stage for the next episode.

Gabe is unconsistent, first he says they have to admit that Vincent is in their lives and then (after using him of course) he wants him out of their way. It makes so clear that he is not the good guy he tries to show

I really like how the two dreams book end this episode and set the stage for the next episode. Interesting, I never looked at the reveal of Dana's alive like that. I hated that comment as well about the real doctors, especially because of her tone and how cold she was this entire episode towards V and how much empathy she lacked for V. Cat more than knows what V's capabilities and talents are as a doctor, yet this episode she just dismisses everything V wants because she thinks her way is better. I agree w/ alwayscrazedbatb that her mind frame this episode and who she was seeing as her mentor caused her to be more cold & callous towards V.
But I loved certain parts of this episode, like both dream sequences, V doctoring up in the hospital & taking care of that kid. The smile Cat gave him after he took care of the kid "It's nice seeing the old you" the conversation between Dr. Markus & VinCat, the bromance talk between V& JT and how V just decides he wants to quit bc he wants his life back. V's look of worry when he realizes Cat has been attacked by Jacob. The moments made the episode bearable. The pace imo was off and I know the episode was needed to tell the story but I felt like I could dealt with all that action not happening and moving on to 215. Although I totally get why we needed the episode and what the point of it was.

I am sill awake too dear and i wish i could keep you accompany here but unfortunately it maybe the worst and one of the most painful eps of the whole serie ! as it wasn't bad enough to ruin our fairytale and destroy vincat's epic love and burn our eyes with the sight of Cat in bed with Gabe ?! No ! we also had to watch him control and manipulate her like a Muppet ! and to make it even worse we had to watch her acts like a heartless hypocrite! and all of that in a romantic show about epic love based on a fairytale ?! sorry its just too much is too much ! LOL! I agree with you, but sorry, the thought of my eyes being burned due to sight of Cat in bed with Gabe is just so funny!

One of my favorite lines in this episode was JT saying "It's hard to be Dr. Jekyll when everybody keeps wanting Mr. Hyde."
I just love this series and can watch any episode over and over. I always find stuff that I like to make it enjoyable. The painful stuff doesn't bother me, since I know in the next episode VinCat are back.
