Something I've been thinking about, is their any reason that BATB hasn't got any official tie-in media or merchandise? Reign is getting some official novels which makes me wonder why BATB hasn't gotten anything. The merchandise/novels target a different audience which could pull in new people.
As for what other current CW shows have (I'm counting spin-offs with their main title since the stuff overlaps):
Arrow/The Flash - Tie-in comics and toys The Vampire Diaries/The Originals - Tie-in novels and new editions of the books mention the TV shows (on the covers) Supernatural - Tie-in comics, novels, toys and other merchandise (even an anime series) Reign - A prequel short story and an upcoming tie-in novel The 100 - New editions of the book mention the TV show (on the cover) iZombie - Figurines with the comic designs are being released to draw attention to the show
As for some past CW shows (not gonna go into them all cause theirs so many): The Carrie Diaries - New editions of the books mention the TV show. (A version of 'Material Girl' was also used for promotion. Not sure if it was recorded specifically for the show though.) Gossip Girl - Makeup line and new editions of the books mention the TV shows (on the cover). Smallville - Tie-in comics, toys, motion comics and other stuff. The Secret Circle - New editions of the books mention the TV show (on the cover).
Some detective novels following Cat before she formally met Vincent I think would be interesting (her early career, meeting Tess and Evan, ect). It might attract some detective fans to the show while allowing them to flesh out other area's of the story.

I think the answer is obvious, with the exception of maybe Reign ( which I don't know anything about) and Supernatural, all of those titles you listed either came from books or comics, so having a new edition of an existing book property featuring the TV show isn't a big deal or expense. Supernatural is on its 9th season or something so spin-off stuff by this time I guess makes sense, but other than the show's fans, I'm not sure who even knows these things exist or cares. I certainly don't. The DC sprung titles already have all of the comic stuff and toy junk and all of those shows also come from Warner Brothers Studio except Reign. Maybe Reign is CBS's attempt to join the spin off market. Unlike Beauty, the show is more geared to teens so they have the kind of audience that might be tempted to seek out and buy some quick, cheap YA knock off "novel" and they might be less discriminating in what they read.

I know she's not everyone's favorite but it would be sweet if Tori were brought back from that abyss of TV history. Just to start up some drama again now that Gabe is gone.
If you're not convinced, just saw that Tori, well the actress who played her Amber Skye, has a kickstarter project! The music actually sounds really good. Very talented singer. some of the prizes you get have awesome show memorabilia and autographed prizes from Nina Lisandrello and Austin Basis...might jump on that autographed script!

If you can still find it, there were some buttons and a poster (maybe more, the experts will have to tell us) that were released officially at the 2012 Comic-Con in promotion for the show.
I was able to get the official buttons through an ebay auction. So they are still available and fun things to have!
(And we DEFINITELY need an official cd. However, until that comes out, I have burned my own "unofficial" BATB cds and used the coverart from one of the books for the cover of said cd.)
