Why we are AGAINST Star Crossed? I thought it´s a mid-season series? The only way that there will be room in the fall schedule for BATB is if all of the CWs new shows fail.

Usually. Typically less people watch tv in the summer months, so they don't show new episodes of their regular programming. They will usually air other shows like Whose Line is it Anyway, or reality type shows.

Well I really like Rookie Blue (don't know who produces it) and it is shown during late may into early July and it has been going for at least 4 seasons. As far as I know it is popular

I thought we only had to worry so to speak about Star Crossed, TTP, and 100. I don't remember where I read that, but maybe I just got it mixed up with some other show.

Should Star-Crossed fail to improve their ratings over the next few weeks, it is highly probable that the network will pull it from its schedule and air the remaining episodes online, meaning another potential schedule change. As for the “Carrie Diaries”, I believe the network has already made the decision to cancel the series or provide it with a short episode order to end the series on a good note. Regarding the “Tomorrow People”, I can see the network ordering a short season. On the other hand, the network may choose to cancel the series entirely. Again, this depends on how well “The 100” performs.

Well I really like Rookie Blue (don't know who produces it) and it is shown during late may into early July and it has been going for at least 4 seasons. As far as I know it is popular Rookie Blue aka "My Summer Addiction" started filming S05 in Jan & will have 22 episodes this season, instead of their usual 13. RB also is doing well Internationally! It's a Canadian show that is shown on ABC in USA Production Co: CanWest Global Television Network, Entertainment One, Shaw Media
It also films in Toronto as Toronto, which means they can really show off the city! Official Sites: ABC [United States] | Global [Canada] I don't know about ABC but it seems to me that Global promotes it quite a bit. www.imdb.com/title/tt1442065/?ref_=nv_sr_1
It also has a very strong International Fan Base , that loved S01 & S02 , wasn't crazy about S03 , pretty much livid over S04 but we're hoping that it'll go back to the wonderfulness P-)of S1&2!!! We are not quitters!!! Anyone interested in checking out the RB Forum, PM me.

The problem is Im not sure what the CW summer budget is for summer shows. In the past I have only seen reality fare like Breaking Pointe, ANTM, and Whose line is it. Im not even sure they play their reruns... Im not sure what the CW will do... I hope their wallet is large enough. I would love to see more interesting TV on during the summer. Maybe CW will be brave and try to tweak their show roll outs.

The CW capped off primetime with solid “Arrow” at a 2.1/ 3 in the 8 p.m. hour, followed by questionable “The Tomorrow People” at a 1.2/ 2 at 9 p.m.
so the tomorrow people got 1.2 million viewers which is the same as last time (three weeks ago, i think they had a two week hiatus) and unless they get adjusted up or down they have a demo of 0.5...i really hope them moving on monday at our death slot will get them to less than a million and a 0.3 or at least a 0.4 i am bad aren't I? i really do not want for shows to fail but...

The “Tomorrow People” actually had 1.51 viewers, yet their demo was 0.5. Your ratings are the metered market ratings, which is preliminary data based on a compilation of local samples that Nielsen uses. Always go based on the preliminary / final ratings, as these ratings are the most accurate as they are based on the Live + Same Day streams of data describing the previous night, each stream more accurate than the last.
