Okay: Plot Hole Time Let's have some fun. BeastieBoy you can probably find some more. LOL. 1. Let us start with Nathanson. He gets arrested for drunken and disorderly and taken to the 125th. Practically seconds later the 'all-knowing' DHS - who apparently are NOT stupid and inept THIS week and have a clairvoyant moment and just KNOW that this particular drunk - out of the maybe 50 drunks per night who get arrested in NYC on any given night - works for Graydal. So they hoof it over there and grab him, break him down within another few minutes and get the location of the caper that involves Vincent and Diane. This guy is pretty high up in the Graydal goon brigade and he KNOWS that Braxton will kill him for talking to DHS, but it seems that he just happily and quickly signed his death warrant and spilled the beans about the heist. Sure he does! 2. So, Vincent and Diane steal these super-duper high-tech (=SDHT) wrist watches which allows this SDHT-oriented millionaire couple named Lewis to even enter their SDHT fancy-schmanzy home. So far so good. Now, after the party the Lewis' go home accompanied by their battalion of security guards and they cannot get into their home because the watches to not work anymore. Okay, since the Lewis's are as stupid as our writers normally portray federal agencies, they think nothing of it. They maybe ask their head of security - who might have a back-up SDHT wrist watch - to open the door for them. Then they calmly go to bed and next morning they pack their bags and leave for a vacation, because this writer gave them a frontal lobotomy and they AND their head of security have already forgotten that their SDHT entry system to their fancy mansion is completely and unexplainably COMPROMISED. They never think of changing the code and to get new SDHT working wrist watches, they do not remember that there was a commotion during their party and that DHS tried to arrest the woman who introduced herself to them as being one of THE Vanderbilts AND they blithely leave a flash drive with apparently very valuable information in this joke of a safe within this joke of a SDHT-protected mansion, which of course is no longer protected AT ALL. Sure they do! 3. This is just a minor thing: Catherine says that everybody is whispering behind her back - DHS, NYPD, IL Cantuccio. How do they know? DHS is clear, but NYPD? According to Tess they are NOT involved, no police, no press, nada. So why would they be whispering about Catherine at the NYPD? I suppose there is a mole in there who keeps DHS informed, so the mole knows about Vincent being on the run and it was probably the mole who told DHS about Nathanson. LOL. And why IL Cantuccio? Who is whispering there? They are civilians and THEY should defintely NOT know ANYTHNG. The owners might not like our Scooby Gang so much as guests anymore, since a few episodes ago, they trespassed at 3 am, made coffee and got the place shot and trashed beyond recognition, but that was all of them and should be no reason to whisper behind Catherine's back. Just saying.

The ending (including KK's laugh), is still my favorite part of this ep. Credit to @stoiceyez for the montage. You know I had to make memes so here's a couple of mine, on this scene..... Love this scene. Love her laugh.

During the ending scene I've notice that KK flinched or a little bit surprised. Did she thought Jay kissed her boob. LOL.😉..

But on your point 2, I just assumed that the Lewis's never returned home from the party, that they went straight to their trip after that party event. About the safe, Vincent used his beast powers to crack the code. But what was a joke to me was how Blondie, not knowing he was a beast, just assumed V could open it.

It might have been her arm that he was kissing, but the angle made it look like it was her boob. KK's reaction to me was kind of like "where is your mouth going Jay?". We need a zelly309 meme for that boob kiss!

My thought about Kristin's surprised look when Jay started kissing her again was that knowing the joker Jay apparently is that maybe that but was'nt meant to happen as it's been said by KK and other's that Jay improvises in scene's at times and did things that were his own idea like when he used the measuring spoons at JT when eating cereal after Cat and Vincent made Iove in his houseboat and she bolted, so for me the look on Kristin's face was more ' ok wasn't expecting that' but not in a annoyed way as she starts smiling after.Jay I feel has a very playful side.
Loved the ending and when you see just Cat's hand sliding down the bed showing her rings was just so lovely.
Did'nt like Blondie and she didn't come across to me as very smart at all.
Loved the meeting between Cat and Vincent in the greenhouse you could really see their love shining through and how much they missed each other.
Agree about the coffee shop why would anyone care in there what Cat and Vincent get up too legal or not.
I really don't want to upset any JT and T shippers but I really hope they don't put them back together for me they just don't click and for me in season 3 it just felt really pushed down our throats. I love watching Austin he has JT so right and I love Nina as Tess but together not so much.

Yes, of course BeastieBoy, as usual you should check your logical thinking - or any kind of thinking for that matter - at the living room door before watching and just FEEL the episodes. And I do just that when I watch it for the first time or even the second time, but by the 5th or 6th time, I just cannot help but noticing. But - as I said before - I enjoyed the episode. It was Ancestor-ish, but luckily Vincent treated blondie chick to his cold shoulder and NOT Catherine. Again, I was just having fun.

Am I the only one who didn't find the blondie THAT believable as a killer? I'm not sure if it was because of the actress but I thought they could have chosen somebody a bit less doll-like? I'm very happy though she wasn't even believable as a threat to Vincat;)

LOL.

About the safe, Vincent used his beast powers to crack the code. But what was a joke to me was how Blondie, not knowing he was a beast, just assumed V could open it. Yes, Heather says something about them still being at the beach club and since they are supposed to be ultra wealthy, it's not like they couldn't have several residences -- penthouse apartment in Manhattan, estate outside the city, beachfront property. Even one of my friend's family has four residences within a 90 minute drive of each other. The weirder thing might be that these ultra wealthy people don't recognize the touted, back from the dead war hero who paraded around town getting his picture taken with the ultra wealthy Tori Windsor, appeared on The Talk, and then was a much publicized fugitive wanted for the murder of his girlfriend's Trump-type tycoon father and who eventually turned himself in at a very public press conference. bbatb as for your number 1, as I recall, some time would have passed between Vincent's call to JT about picking up Nathanson and Cat's arrival at the precinct since Cat has time to get to the greenhouse, run away from DHS, get back to JTs, go home and change her clothes, and then go to the precinct. It was probably supposed to be the next morning unless Cat can navigate the city like the characters in 24. And if Graydal was already on DHS's radar then we might be able to go with them having a list some of their operatives and then using their enhanced interrogation techniques to get what they want or maybe they just offered him immunity for all of the crimes he probably had committed. #3 is where the script wasn't in sync. The first scene would lead you to believe that after Morgan failed to capture V, that DHS went public with Vincent being wanted for at least the explosion on the base and that's why everyone, even regular folk at Il Cantuccio's would be talking, but then Heather makes a comment about the "secret manhunt" in her first scene with JT but then Tess says something about all agencies looking for V but then she also says that NYPD doesn't know anything but that was a police chopper being shown.

Ok, so I know we've discussed this already, but I'm really struggling with Vincent killing that security guard. I get that he is driven and desperate right now, but Vincent used to save random strangers at the risk of getting exposed, because he just couldn't help himself! He had no idea that Cat was coming to the house, and he can't have known he'd have a chance to save the guard later. There are definitely tons of plot holes in this ep., which I mostly try to ignore, because I love seeing VibCat on my screen (loved how desperate V was to see C) and I'm willing to forgive quite a bit, but this is just so hugely against character it really bothers me

You are right pippin about the Lewis' maybe - and probably - having more than one residence, but why are they wearing these wrist watches that get them into the very abode that they are NOT returning to that very night and not the ones for the home they ARE going to spend the night/vacation? They should have different ones for different homes to maximize security - it is a bit like having different passwords for different internet sites. And if they have these wrist watches for every one of their residences - being VERY security conscious and all - how does Graydal KNOW that at the charity event they are wearing the ones they are after, especially if it is not logical if they are not returning to the matching home. No matter - it was a good caper. Great point about Vincent not getting recognized.

It's not completely against character if compared to the Vincent at the start of S2. Maybe a part of his FBI brainwashing/Condor training is kicking back in for some reason? (I hope the writers have something clever planned, but again, I've set my expectation bar low. So we'll see...)
