raniamahd, Gabe didn't kill the officer protecting the witness. It seems that he merely shot him with a tranq gun to knock him out. I don't think Cat is really naive when it's comes to Gabe. I think she keeps saying 'to protect' me almost in a sarcastic way because we can all see that nothing he is doing is actually for Cat's benefit. I also think she was shocked that he went as far as putting Heather in harm's way, just so he could have Vincent killed. Even though Gabe didn't want her to get hurt, he was dealing with a criminal and he should have known that somehow they might want Heather dead to cover their tracks. I think that was another part where we saw Gabe struggle with how far he will go to end Vincent (agree that I wished we saw his internal struggles more) because he was adamant that Heather not get hurt BUT he still used her anyway. So at this point, we can see that vengeance is more important to him but when all things are said and done, he will hold a lot of guilt and regrets. anapi -season3baby :), I won't quote your entire post but I have to say I agree 100% (no surprises there) I need to rewatch the ep to see whether the like it more than 218 or not. But it was still good. And can I just say that I love that gummy worms are pretty much characters themselves in the show? Every scene with gummy worms is fantastic and quite hilarious omg so true gummy worms are an entity of their own, they have acquired symbolic status, they stand for pure hotness lol

Another thing I liked the reference to lack of 'sleeping with each other' or 'being intimate' so glad it was mentioned LOL obviously they know what they lack and we lack lol
That scene by far is the sexiest of the entire season 2 ..even beats IMO catch me if you can end scene.Maybe cause of the thought of them getting on on a roof top and if it wasnt cause of the damn holicopter they would have cristianed the roof or maybe it wasnt there first time doing it on the roof ?? lol...there was desperation and wanting the kisses...so hot lol

Ok you guys have all nailed it in terms of your comments/thoughts about the episode so I thought I’d keep it brief – let’s see how that one goes I loved this episode –there were so many good things about it and there is little that I was not keen on. No, sorry there was nothing that I did not like – other than the fact that I hate helicopters and I wish they vanish from the skyline of Toronto/NYC. Oh and the fact that some scenes (including the crucial make out scene) were badly lit. I know the word loved is as overused in my recent vocabulary as the word epic by the writers but here is what I loved about the episode (in no particular order lol): - The pace. It was just right. I did not feel it was too fast or too slow – it was very exciting to watch the whole thing and very entertaining but I did not feel the pace was detrimental to other aspects of the show - The music – loved the music choices, from start to finish. The car chase music choice was spot on and so was the final rooftop song choice. I knew they would use it for that scene so damn sexy! - Heather coming back. Heather adds“lightness” to the episodes and I think Nicole and KK have great chemistry as sisters. Plus Heather is Cat’s only family so I am so happy she is back. I am really curious to see what they will do with her character. A few of you find her annoying and I totally get that, her role is that of the often annoying little sister, but she is adorable and she is wiser I think than she appears to be. I am sure she will cause some sort of trouble in the future (obviously with no malicious intent) but hey a bit of trouble is always welcome! - The interactions between Heather and Cat - ALLof them but especially the one when Cat first reveals her secret. That was hilarious, sweet and heartfelt at the same time. Cat was explaining this whole absurd seeming story in the sweetest/most genuine way (a bit like a child) and you could feel how much she loves Vincent from how she described things to Heather. Also I have to say I know people find Heather annoying but how would you react if your sister was so out of character, erratic, avoiding you etc etc. I mean, I personally think she is a great sister and understanding. But then again I don’t have any siblings so my expectations may be low lol - Gabe. Oh, finally Gabe is who he was in season 1 but even better. He is a complicated, multi layered character again. I am not saying he is the best baddy in the history of baddies but he was really good. And what a waste of talent for Sendhil having him play the unconvincing, poker face robot for a good part of this season. I reckon even if he had this poker face look to cat and Tess, we should have seen his struggle throughout the season. Gabe is not pure evil, he does want to be good and he even believed he was good and reformed but really he was not and as I am sure he also realised his beastliness has nothing to do with his physical DNA alterations. I do feel for the character now and I am loving the character now, just from this episode and I will be kind of sad he will be gone (cause I do think he will be gone after this season). Great performance by Sendhil and I am sure he enjoyed playing these episodes more . - The beast theme and how they demonstrated/defined beastliness as something not external, but lying within. - Some great shots – including the one of Gabe looking at himself in the mirror following the murder - Great acting by everyone and interesting side characters, like the murdered witness. He was good - Very good fights and action sequences, really enjoyed watching them - The car chase scene was pretty exciting too - The Vincent/Heather interaction in the cell which was both funny and sweet! Vincent is such a hero - Vincent as a hero, saving Heather and the whole team working together to frame Gabe. And what a good friend Tess is. I would like to see some more of Tess (outside the whole Vincat ally thing) but it may be unrealistic to ask for that this season. Maybe in season 3? - The Vincat scenes, all of them. I like them working together as a team and not doubting each other, no questions asked, together forever type of thing regardless of the circumstances. I like the fact that they were relaxed and sure of themselves despite all the s..t that was going on around them, including Cat being suspended etc. The first Vincat scene was very funny – how sexy is it when Vincent jumps from the rooftop lol. It was so sweet and sexy when Vincent told Cat “don’t get caught. I don’t want you to get in trouble too” . The last Vincat scene. OMG, the whole interaction and conversation and action was just too damn sexy! What I love about vincat is that they are so good at doing everything. They can do sweet, they can do sexy, they can do all loved up and romantic, they can do sexy/loving/sweet combined (shower scene), they can do pure hot/sexy like this latest scene. Never seen anything like that before. And you could tell how passionately they were kissing also from looking at Cat’s lips right after they are interrupted by the helicopters lol . My only complaint and yes call me demanding, call me spoilt, call me greedy – I needed more. It lasted for what, 10 secs max? Give me 30 secs , a bit more! I don’t need to see any flesh, I do not need to see full on sex, but please give me some more time of them making out so passionately. They are interrupted every single time so I am really hoping one time this season we will see a bit more of them together like this here’s me hoping – and i would not be complaining if the b...y hiatus was not soo long! - The lightness of the episode. I really like drama and intensity and angst etc but i was very happy that this episode was light in tone despite all the stuff that was happening. I know we will be emotional wrecks by the end of 222 lol (and i am looking forward to it) so really enjoyed the lightness in 19 - The links between season 1 and season 2. Finally they linked back to season 1 and gabe’s murders. Very much enjoyed that part. - The fact that Cat mentioned a few times that she is in love (as a passing comment) and that she is sleeping with a fugitive - now considering that, as per Vincent, they have been pretty quiet on that front for a while, i think cat was mentioning it cause she was missing it lol - Vincent tracking people and being confident and determined and knowing exactly what he was doing. And reassuring Cat that “I WILL find Heather”. - Cat’s relief when she saw Vincent coming back after the explosion and the look on her face. I know most people did not liek that part and wanted more at that moment, but to me Cat’s face said it all. Don’t forget Vincat are used to these types of things happening and Heather was there. I just think Cat’s face was so emotionally intense, such relief written all over her face that to me that was Perfect and needed no more. i finally watched the episode…. and u basically summed up everything i had to say about it, plus some. Esp the bold. {loooooong siiiiiigh} i just can't say enough about them. i'm really really hoping that you are right about all these interrupted romantic moments will build up to one big explosive one; enough to keep us content thru the loooooong dreaded hiatus. God knows they need one proper uninterrupted moment …. as so do us

what is there a poll between the last scene in ep 15 and ep 19 ? where i can vote ? lol if there is one i will agree with Ana and vote for ep15 scene ! because the desperation in it was in its high degree , yes in ep19 in every moment they share there is a fear to be their last one but at lest now everything is settled and said , they know exactly where they stand , how they feel for each others and most important what exactly they want ! but in ep15 everything was unknown , each one of them didn't know how the other think or feel , how he/she will react to this after it finishes ? all they knew is that could be the last time they even saw each others again and of course they were not ready for this , i think their unconscious were telling them it maybe the last time you see him/her ever , so seize the moment , stop thinking and just feel and live those moments with all your feeling and senses , leave thinking and dealing with consequences for later ! therefore yes the desperation was the most here + the longing was too , in ep15 it had been months since their last time together but in ep19 it almost one week !

Explosive and HOT.

Love all your comments/posts and reviews, pretty much agree with everything. Love ALL Vincat moments the funny and romantic ones and especially them together working to get Gabe and saving Heather. Love the sisters finally back together and no more secrets between them, their bond is so much stronger now. Gabe you're finally spiraling down and revealing your true beast. Intrigued to see how far he's willing to go to capture (destroy) Vincent. Tess you're the best partner ever!!! Missed JT though. Now the rooftop scene, what can I say that hasn't been said already!!! :yay:Writers PLEASE can our Vincat catch a break we are in DESPERATE NEED of some un-interupted SERIOUS LOVEMAKING!!!! It's one of my favourite positions, she straddles him DEAD, DEAD!!! Reminds me of this scene Please can we have a NO FLY ZONE

is it weird that i find pissed-off Cat, one sexy Cat. When she told Gabe at the precinct "..the hell you are" Heather at the coffee house with Tess, and later on with Cat at the same place... But in all seriousness, i AM happy Heather's back. Cat needs a family around. Adore the sisters scene in the kitchen, when they finally talk pass the lies... Tess is rather frumpy in this episode. Must be missing his man The rooftop scene in the end…. BUT…. LIGHTING LIGHTING LIGHTING!!!
I know its the ambiance but damn i can't see very well. God knows how many times i've rewind the scenes… still sooo many details that i can't see!! Looks like they are going for it there n then, if it wasn't for the damn helicopters. of course they'll be interrupted…. And Captain Ward for "inviting" Gabe to the line up what goes around comes around….

I just think Cat’s face was so emotionally intense, such relief written all over her face that to me that was Perfect and needed no more. Total word to everything you said. I also forgot to mention that I loved that last song. Often times those sneak peak songs aren't that big of a deal (For me at least) until I see the VinCat scene that they pertain to, and this was no exception. I think it was nice too that the episode was "light." I also love having Heather there, loved the "reveal" scene when Catherine was talking a mile a minute with her heart on her sleeve, and how Heather reacted to the whole thing. And you are right, Heather's character is meant to be the "annoying" little sister, but in all reality she is just reacting to what she sees/hears from her sister, and she is always getting the short end of the stick, in terms of Catherine's time, focus and energy. Although I often yearn for the VinCat scenes, I'm never bored when Heather is in a scene, I just love Nicole, and I feel like she has great chemistry with, and rather belongs with the rest of the cast, particularly love the Heather/Catherine scenes always. The scene in the cell with Heather and Vincent was too cute, and it was so perfect that she screamed, so HER, and it was cute the way he told her not to freak out... yeah right, V., have you met her? Hilarious. Anyway, so many good things. I think the make-out scene should have been longer too, but for the record, I'm not going to complain about it since they were at odds with each other and/or sleeping with other people for 2/3 of S2. Also the fact that they leave us yearning for more, is kind of the point, don't you think? They aren't so much spoiling us with sweetness as much as teasing us with the heat. I like the fact that I'm left with that desperate need for more, as opposed to the sticky sweet feeling, and as much as I love BOTH, I feel like the first option is more desirable to the average viewer... Plus who can say no to VinCat heat? Not me... No complaints about the explosion scene and Catherine's reaction to it on my end, either. In many ways this was a perfect episode, with very few quibbles. This was a solid 9/10 for me too. A 10/10 has to include something like Tough Love, AMP, Insatiable, or the famous Shower scene...

Yes to all and yes u are right about the most desirable option lol
