Okay, I don't know anything about this old fiancée, but I already hate her. Another obstacle to VinCat. As if they didn't have enough of them... This makes me laugh for some reason! But yes, I'm kinda dreading seeing the fiance as well. Hopefully it will be limited to flashbacks only. We've speculated quite a bit if the fiance is going to be privy to knowing Vincent is still alive and right now I'm still conflicted about it. On one hand, the fiance being back may bring Cat's feelings out which she'll express to Vincent...I still want to see some Cat jealousy. On the other, there are enough obstacles for VinCat on this show already and it will break my shipper heart if Vincent still has feelings for his ex and wants to rekindle something with her.

Conflict, Conflict, Conflict.
I remember in creative writing classes (years ago) the teacher didn't think I had conflict in my stories. I was writing everything so nice and sweet. I had no conflict. And that's what these folks love to do. Conflict. One after the other.

Vincent is already in love with Cat just by the way he looks at her and what he does for her. Cat on the other hand I still have doubts about her. The last episode where she put Vincent in danger to save Evan left a sour taste in my mouth. I did not like that at all and I am doubting whether she is really into him. Maybe it is written that way or perhaps better acting on Kristin Kreuk part. Jay Ryan is a phenomenal actor!

No, no, no. I am no writer. I am very lazy about it. That was a long time ago. Folks keep asking and it's like "No". You know with all the stuff now. The global cyber web. That keeps me occupied. I only do a little technical writing for work. That's it. Love to read fan fiction though. ~Milo

She's been pretty straightforward with her feelings for him so far. Just as it's obvious to you that Vincent has strong feelings about Cat just by the way he looks at her, I see the same from not only Vincent but from Cat as well. The way they look at each other...tells me all I need to know about how they feel about each other. As for putting Vincent in danger, I don't think that's due to her not being into Vincent. I think it's her still being a bit naive to how dangerous it is to be involved with him. She did act a bit selfishly there in asking Vincent to save Evan's life without thinking about the consequences. That seems to be more bad judgment on her part than how she feels about Vincent.

I have to save that judgement. I am not sure where Cat is at this point. Maybe I am just mad because she put Vincent in danger and of course JT too. She cannot be having poor judgement when it comes to them. Cat has to protect Vincent not use him. Cat's loyalty for me at this point is questionable. She has to redeem herself and prove herself to JT and Vincent. Vincent will forgive her easily because he loves her, but not me!...lol

Vincent will forgive her easily because he loves her, but not me!...lol Why would you question Catherine's loyalty after all the times she has covered for Vincent, even when she had zero to do with the reason he got caught doing something! Clearly after this ordeal she'll have to cover for him even more so then before... so it doesn't only fall on Vincent/JT shoulders, but hers as well. More so since now she has to deal with Evan asking questions and knowing she was there as well!

She is a cop, that is what she does for a living. Using Vincent is definitely a no no to me. He is not a novelty.

I was also not too happy with Catherine's decision to use Vincent like that, but in my mind what's done is done. What will be crucial to their relationship going forward is how they move on from this point. It's kind of ironic that earlier in the episode she told Vincent to "trust her", while in the same episode she took advantage of that trust...

Cat used some poor judgment in that situation, but I'm not sure that mistake is so huge that I'm questioning her true feelings or intentions in regards to Vincent. I'm going to stick with the notion that she didn't think things out thoroughly before asking Vincent to help save Evan. Clearly, she wasn't thinking about all the consequences of that decision. The good thing is, she now knows she made a mistake and there is plenty of time for her to make amends for that.
