i won't write a proper review now, i need to rewatch at least once more the "sex" scene did not bother me at all - i knew as i had pointed out before they were having sex, and sex is all it is, though i am not happy that vincent had sex with somebody who had feelings for him knowingly meaning he took advantage. though he did mention the beast power in this episode again, but still in fact i liked this robe scene because vincent's true feelings for catherine (and non feelings for tori) became very apparent i absolutely loved the last scene, one of my favourite scenes ever in BATB and nwo i can say the bromance is back. what brilliant acting by Jay as well, just loved it i liked tha t vincents feelings towards catherine were vocalised even if indirectly and that he made some realisations about himself gabe reallly annoyed me he was clearly pissed because of the rejection and was indirectly putting huge pressure on catherine to get together with him - hsi true colours are coming out. and in the end catherine did, which i do not understand, especially after that scene with vincent and especia12lly since she has no feelings for him. anyway, we shall see how this maps out, but not bothered at this stage a bit of a waste with colm feore (he was used for like 6 seconds lol) because so many things happened in the episode and we had so many character revelations, i dont know usually these things happen slower and more gradually. having an episode with so much action and things happenign and also character development streches the ability to really feel that character development, it was a bit rushed in that respect, though I did think jay made it convincing what did bother me about 12 but i need to rewatch is that i wanted after 11 to start feeling the vincat magic again, but i did not see that much. i saw his feelings for her but them together they did not do magic i thought. i need to rewatch, imay be very wrong. but if i am right, i would like to see a bit more magic please, hopefully 13 onwards? i need some build up before they get together in 15 i liked the episode first time round and i absolutely loved the final scene but i just liked the episode - this is my first time watching so may change my mind

No matter what type of relationship Tori may have had with Vincent, I really feel that she knew how he felt about Catherine. I think all 3 of them (Vincent, Catherine and Tori) have been deluding themselves into thinking anything else. As for Gabe... he KNOWS Catherine is still in love with Vincent and that Vincent is still in love with Catherine. I say it's time to buckle up... cause now that he's "cleaned up Joe's mess" and is no longer the interim Chief... the real Gabe is going to be coming out. He doesn't care about Catherine... I think he's in up to his eyeballs in the gem mess...... Now others may completely see this differently from me and that's OK. I love that everyone is free to express their opinions here AND that sometimes others may point out the flaws in our theories. I can't wait till you see the episode, to see what you think.

The way I see it, from reading the comments here. V doesn't love Cat. Because if he did, he wouldn't have gone there. And of course the writers made him the way he is today. I don't believe there is any love shared between V and C this season. It is all over. No turning back. I actually don't care if they get back together at this point. Both characters are unrecognizable and I don't like either one of them this season. But I do like Jay Ryan, I hope to see him in other films as his acting is wonderful.
No, I haven't see this episode yet, I usually don't read spoilers after an episode is aired until after I have seen it myself, but some information was already leaked for me on another forum, that I wasn't planning on reading but did, so, I already found out what happened. I have been really struggling to continue to really watch the episodes this season, I had a small bit of hope, I guess for the show. But I was in denial, I guess. Because I knew deep down, the epic love is completely destroyed and the whole reason why I want to watch this show is for the epic love that doesn't die in spite of drama. But there isn't an epic love, when you bring love triangles into the show, (and the main leads becomes unfaithful to their supposedly loves one) because it just degrades the relationship. This is one of the reasons, (among other reasons) why I don't watch daytime soaps anymore, because, love triangles gotta go.
They just don't make that many good shows anymore like they used to in the 70's and early 80's.

I think you're absolutely right! Gabe's true colors were definitely starting to show in this episode. I mean really.. he was trying to be all smooth with his.. moving on nonsense!! I gotta watch this one again, cause he was really subtle in pressuring Catherine at the end with asking about if she wanted to be alone. He KNOWS she's still in love with Vincent and that Vincent is still in love with Catherine!! Now that he's free to roam around.. all I got to say is get back Jack.... cause Mama didn't raise no fool and I smell one GIANT rat... or should that be beast??!!

I did not like it!!! Why? as the title says "Recipe For Disaster'' left me a bad taste that not allowed me to enjoy some scenes from the episode Cat and tess cooking JT and Sam in the Lab Final scene JT and V They cut all the scenes of T and V to finally throw in the face to us I will deal my emotions and try to understand where was the game changer .... if someone sees it .... please tell me!! Ans also purpose of tori's caracter.. Maybe that does not!! for what??!! Hocus-pocus..... the magic is gone!!! I know that is just an episode!!!

If this is true, then what does it say about the two of them (T and V)? That's a good question. I think they hooked up mostly cause Vincent felt some sort of pity for Tori and Tori just wanted to be feel like someone cared for her. I KNOW she knew that Vincent still loved Catherine and that he was never going to love her(Tori), BUT I think that since she's lived in a closed off society where $$ can buy you whatever you want.. well I think she really thought that $$ could buy her happiness with Vincent, even though in her heart of hearts she knew differently. She really thought that for once she could have happily ever after. I think in the end... nothing was going to change her outcome. I don't think they should have even thought they were in any sort of relationship at all, because really all that was happening, is that their basic needs were being met.

I am holding so much inside that it needs to find expression: Vincent's feelings were clear? It seems his feelings were he would rather have easy, emotionless sex that wait for or fight for the one he truly loves.

i did feel sorry for tori overall as a character, what a sad life she has had little love from anyone, lived on her own all her life had money but nothing else all she ever wanted was love i think but could not get it from anyone was different cause of her beast side but for most of her life she did not even know why she fet like that i know people hate tori but what cards life handled her from birth...
