I confess I have a little bit of a problem in understanding what you want as a romantic VinCat scene... maybe each of you wants differente things... VinCat sex scenes? sorry if I burst someone's bubble but I don't think will get one VinCat passionate kissing? Maybe... but I'm not so sure about that... Maybe only if it is a dream because they are dead dead... and I don't want that VinCat talking about their reciprocate feelings? Why do they have to do that? They are married, they love each other, they care for each other well being, and both want the other to be happy... what else they have to say? From your post I gather that would be perfect for you not to have any JT&T or Heather& JT or any other scene that is not VinCat... but just because the other are not dead at the moment there will be so put your heart at peace and enjoy the last episode The only thing that I hope is that VinCat will say goodbye in a proper way to their beloved one, strong brotherhood and sisterhood feelings between Heather&Cat, Cat&Tess, Vin&JT... and that if there is a fake death for VinCat, their friends are aware of that and not that they set all up to make them think it is real so they won't try to looking for them putting all their life in danger. You're right in that everyone probably has their own view what of romance means. For me, it's not really about love making or passionate kissing, it's about the romantic interactions usually seen during the courtship period of a relationship, things like intimate discussions, the looks & expressions, selfless acts for the other, and even flirting. That kind of thing was very well done throughout all of S1. Even though VinCat are now married here in S4, they can still express and show that kind of epic love from time to time. I felt 409 did well in that department. I'm not against closure scenes for all the other main characters. In fact, I look forward to them. I just don't want those scenes to take up more time compared to VinCat. At the end of the day, Beauty and the Beast is a love story, so the finale has to focus on that. If it doesn't, it will only reaffirm how far the TPTB have fallen off course from what the story is supposed to be all about. |

Not to squelch people's hopes but the finale is not 40 mins of VinCat. And just to prepare you all, here's a clip which I'm guessing based on people's comments will be viewed with disappointment and annoyance

Annoyed YES, disappointed MAYBE, surprised NO.
Brad Kern created a BABT world where a murderer gets to have sex and a possible future with a subservant, yes-saying trophy wife for his sinister castle - including kids - with his former intended victim, approved by her former love-of-her-life whom he also intended to kill.
So, Heather forgiving Kyle is par for the course.
Again, they are trying to be funny in this scene. Does not work for me, because all she has to do is sign herself out. She is NOT a prisoner and they are NOT allowed to restrain her against her will. Unless of course, free will has been banned in the US while I was not looking.

Well Cat has forgiven quite a few people ALL time just because they matter to her, including Vincent... so why can't Heather? I think Heather is blocked in Hospital not only because she was shot but maybe DHS told nurse not to let her go... at the end she is involved in VinCat story and helped a lot I don't think that a 2 mins clip isolated from the rest of episode automatically means no VinCat. I will be annoyed by those comments not by the clip for sure |

Said that I think now I can wave you goodbye from this forum. I've never imagined to do that right the day bafore the series finale. But I started to read your post because I'm a fan of BATB and this place was full of fans of BATB. Now it isn't anymore. and I would like to enjoy the last episode without reading absurd theories of what could be and it isn't and annoying comments. Good luck, hope you will find another series to "love"

It is really sad @luna76 that you are offended by somebody NOT liking EVERY aspect of this show to the point where you want to leave the forum. Of course that is your choice and your right. I just don't understand how you can have an interesting discussion about ANYTHING if all the participants are yes-sayers and just LOVE everything that is put in front of them.
I LOVE the show as a whole and I ADORE our main couple, but I am not blind to its flaws and the plotholes and I was under the impression that it is okay to express one's opinion in here - as long as you are not offensive to anybody in particular or cross some lines.

All the sneak peeks tend to be at the beginning of the episode and do not give too much away. We knew Kyle was going to be forgiven. Neither Vincent or Cat blamed him so it was only a matter of time before Heather did. It gives him a chance to redeem himself. |
