I can't believe !have to wait 2 weeks for this!
But seriously watching this is a doozy like whoa! Did I really just see Tess arresting Cat? There's gotta be a twist there! Though given Teas head space lately *sigh* it was bond to happen! But I'm questioning if this is a dream...Or what's going on exactly because Tess may be freaking out bout the beast drama, but I can't imagine Tess doing it :/ And I don't like this feeling that Tess is saying we are opposite sides now! Like are the writers trying to make me despise the character!? I know Teas position is difficult BUT after all they been through...If Tess is really changing her tune then I don't feel she's really a true friend, but rather putting her profession in priority to their relationship..I thought it was enough questioning her motives when she discovered Vincent was a beast! If she can arrest Cat, she may as well do the same to JT with his illegal hacking skills! Now I'm wondering whether the writers will make Tess change her mind when Vincent helps her or JT will try to sway her...

Interesting title! Has me intrigued!
I'm guessing at this point we would know who the bounty hunter is, question is whether he is a beast himself or whether he captured someone and turned them into a beast maybe? Or something else brings on the title. Perhaps he or she, likes to use Vincent as an experiment also, compare the 2..
My imagination is going in overdrive lol but what if the bounty hunter intention is to make a real beast (not human) dunno for what reason :/ Kyle is the one experimented on and then Heather saves him? I don't think it's the case but just a thought lol.
It did cross my mind.. I recall ages ago someone speculated Evan would make a come back after he had been experimented on. Sounds extreme!
Though it looks like, could be wrong that vincat got those guns for the beast..
Another crazy idea of mine, but it doesn't make sense to the title or the storyline not really a speculation but what if there was a beast captured...someone from the experiment where it had gone really wrong and somehow the bounty hunter knows of a beast being out there who is controlled...so then wants to capture Vincent to see what it is about him that makes him controlled lol. I just really like to see a interesting twist to this bounty hunter storyline, not just another baddie hunting a beast!
Or maybe this baddie is really twisted and mental...He wants the special abilities that comes with being a beast. He threatens Vincent to turn him into a beast or tell how or he'll kill Cat. Not sure how he'd pull that off exactly as Vincent would be stronger likely lol but because V wants to save Cat..He does it and so hence comes the title meet the new beast! And now they try to stop him lol my imagination is running wild. It would surprise me if any these happened!

Argh the cliffhanger and ending is killing me! I think this is actually the first time that the guys going against vincat are actually a step ahead right?! Remind me if I forgotten...Cat's dad perhaps but this seems different as these guys are not related to their background or anything...
I admit that was strange that Vincat had decided to confide in the reporter! What the heck!? Given the way she was portrayed last episode and how nosy like she was :/ I mean I get Vincat are desperate now and it seems there's no other option but I don't know, it was a strange twist for me lol. Even though they made it out she was ok..still got a weird vibe from her lol
I hope the reveal with the bounty will be a surprise...rather than some random we never seen. I don't want it to be Kyle but hard to guess who else that they know; Tess new guy perhaps :/ ?
I also agree on Cat covering Tess for once...I'm not sure what to say regarding Teas behavior:/ It makes sense but what JT said makes more sense lol but I guess being in Tess position...The constant coverup is hard. The writers set it up like she should just leave the group. Well to have no involvement with beasts whatsoever, it means breaking all contact from Vincat & JT. So move to LA, do the cop stuff there lol sounds drastic but I felt like that's where they could be heading!
The lake and surroundings were beautiful! More vincat scenes more than I expected which was great, but so eager for a heart to heart scene without the worry talk in between! Lol.
I really wonder what's gonna happen next episode :/ I'm wondering what the bounty Hunter got in store for Vincent...It would be good if it were a twist. I dunno the bounty hunter wants to help the beast lol :/ probably not! Or maybe the hunter thinks V is bad but V can convince him. I'm kinda hoping they'll have a happily ever after in the end! But I get the inkling maybe it's a roswell ending..Lol Vincat saying bye to Tess, not sure on JT but they'll always be on the run...

Wow we are really reading into the bed scene lol. I think it is unlikely they'd be really nude lol haha maybe Jay without a top and Speedos haha probably boxers! Anyhow, I recall a season 1 scene and it looked to me Kristin was topless on that scene. I recall the camera showing her back and it didn't appear anything was underneath but it could've been the camera angle. If so, they pulled it off smartly. But I know Cat was slightly higher than Vincent. I haven't watched smallville for awhile but it seems the scenes Kristin does with Jay are more rancy than Tom? So I dunno if the way they film the vincat scenes are different to what Kristin is used to. Well at least we know Jay and Kristin get along well in real life. The cast talk about how he makes her laugh. And I think in interviews you can see the chemistry too, at the same time you know they are friends.

Good point! So Jay should be an expert then lol!? I don't like to think it has much to do with the actors choice or preference given their experience...Yes it's awkward and probably one of those things that always would be but I like to think we could give them credit for knowing how to be professional about it and deal with it. I mean I could be wrong but at least from Jays side, I didn't get that vibe hearing him in interviews talk about beasties liking the vincat romance. He seems to vouch for the romantic element. I think it's good to have a mix of romantic scenes though...I mean given how tense vincats situation can be, it makes sense to have a light headed romantic scene but it's like the writers are making it light but it's not at the same time because the dialogue goes back to their situation. Personally, it was cute to see once but I think it's more effective to go fully one way or the other in a scene. Lol we so need that scene where Vincent says shut up and kiss me The dialogue about how difficult their life is driving me crazy. Of course it makes sense given their situation they'd do that but still...Lol maybe even Jay is like omg this dialogue again because you can sense the way Vincent reacts it's like come on lol

youtu.be/vft4Ayr9Os4Omg I missed this scene! Haven't watched it for awhile! But you can see the difference, I guess why Vincat chemistry doesn't feel the same. But it's hard to compare as their situation is different back then. And I think this was their 1st time, so the writers made a point to make it extra special. But I think there were elements, they could take. Main one being Cat doesn't talk while they are kissing but rather before they make out. But what made this scene so epic was the music, camera angle and how they looked at eachother. I guess for them it would be awkward but I think Jay is used to it from other shows? At least go girls? I guess the difference is he is used to the romance being more light headed, comedy like rather than intense perhaps. And probably it's easier to act out a romantic scene more light hearted than intense. But I hope we can get a scene somewhat like this. I know this scene is hard to beat but before batb ends!

The ending scene it's totally KK's laugh not Catherine . Made you wonder what actually happened after the off screen... Now, how many times intimate moments they did after the off screen ... Looks like the writers and our Vincat love to tease the beasties... Well we do know for sure that Jay likes to make KK laugh as that's been said by a couple different people. Lol I can totally imagine him mocking the scene I'm guessing he knew what the writers were implying...and that it was put on script! Perhaps we will see it on the gag reel how he mocked it behind the scenes lol

So after watching the episode for the 1st time, I can see what you guys mean in being hard to review. I can definitely say it's getting more dramatic, actiony and complicated! I agree not my favourite episode but watchable nonetheless! Not sure what's up with the increased Heather and JT scenes lately though I like seeing them together. They compliment eachother well, Heather in her bubblyness and JT in his humor but being serious at the same time lol. I can't really see them as a couple though, despite the age difference they seem to have the bro/sis vibe going on for me. My goodness what a twist in the end! I'm still not getting that part where Vincent knocked the guy out and poured alcohol on him, well looked like alcohol lol...hence need to rewatch. The plot is getting more complicated! I know that was part of his job but then it was strange how Vincent mentions a few times in the ep this is my last job unless you give me more information and trust me. I just thought they'd be like fine, let you go then lol but I know they half explained in the episode he was valuable to them...I just dunno if it justified the reason enough. I thought that was a risky thing to say on his part, given how desperate he wanted the info! Also interesting when Vincent went to the party, the blond is like no need to worry about anyone finding you because everyone in the party has their own problems/in trouble lol or along those lines :/ I'm like huh, really? That convienent? Am I missing something here lol? Probably... But back to the biggest twist of them all, Vincent kills the security guard then brings him back to life! That was smart writing! I was sure Vincent wouldn't kill him...at least in his normal form, but when I saw the blond check his pulse I thought seriously!? I thought he'd knock the guy out. But that was a risky move! How would Vincent know he could bring him back to life? Anyway that scene was just whoa...the whole situation bananas as Cat would say! I can see what you guys mean by the end scene in terms of too much talking lol. And that kiss earlier in the epi when Cat holds back and cringes beforehand, not cool! I get that they were running out of time and needed to talk and were under pressure but still is their situation getting that ridiculous they can't even kiss properly lol! Then after Vincent said he kissed because it could be the last one...I'm like aww Anyway back to the bed scene...you know I miss the vincat scenes such as back to season 1 when they danced together. I think the writers should've set the scene more like...they have their talking scene seperately not whilst they are making out lol.

I have watched it, I have my ways. LOL. So how I felt about this episode, let me just quote what Catherine says in the ep... "This is BANANAS!" There's lots of crazy stuff that happened. This episode is another caper/heist type of story, very similar to Ancestors - an episode that I personally liked, but I know most others hated. There aren't that many VinCat moments in this one, but the ending scene alone probably makes the rest of the episode worthwhile. It was fun to watch. But for me, it wasn't as good as the last 3 eps, kind of so so. But I'm trying to get the most out out of every ep, since it's the last season. I'll be interested to know what others think. Ok @beastieboy what about some more infos for this ep. I am dying here and I think some more Beasties too. Do us girls a favor! The suspense is torture! Especially since I'm so close to accessing it but it's not working! Gah...*cough* tunnel bear * I know I should be good & wait for it...though I'm from Australia, if we wait for TV the proper way...well, let's just say it probably means waiting til the DVD release which is likely after US! Given season 3 DVD was recently release, it wouldn't surprise me if it were early next year! lol. Actually anyone from Aus, know if it's on netflix or any of the streaming services?

This season is going too quick for my liking!
Got to give it to Kristin, she knows how to put on the jealousy face!
It surprises me from the fight, it looks like Vincent isn't nearing beast mode...Even though we know Vincent got it better under control but fighting would put the adrenaline up. I would think that distasteful feeling of having to pretend to be a hubby to the blond, may bring it too! I got the feeling they'll kiss...even though it's forced still annoying to see!
It would be interesting, don't think it'll happen but it would shock me if it turned out Kyle was a beast but in the same way as Vincent and the bounty hunter may aim for him! It'll make a suspenseful twist! Particularly if the writers set it up so Kyle was up to something...But he's a good beast. Haha not expecting that!

So three things I just wanted to say besides the fact that this was another amazing episode and they really are going all out finally for this show. 2. Kyle, I'm on the fence about if we should trust him or not. He seems innocent enough, but I just got this nagging feeling like why are they wasting so much screen time and bringing him back for continuous episodes if he wasn't important or if he was just gonna be Heathers boyfriend? There is more to him. I almost feel like he's either the big bad bounty hunter or the one right under him. Does anyone know how many episodes he's in? And what is his last episode? I agree with you about Kyle He seems innocent enough but i don't know .... That's a really good point! I hope it's the case the writers are trying to trick us! I don't think the writers should set it up so every person who gets close to Tess/JT/Vincent/Cat/Heather should have some ulterior motive...it's enough Vincat put the trust in Hill and that backfired. But you do have a point, they'd probably have a reason for putting him in. I have a feeling someway he'll be involved..maybe it'll be a case where he'll have to make a decision whether to trust Heather about Vincent. It'll be interesting if it played out in a way when Tess found out about Vincent. Or it could be the case he accidentally stumbles on some info regarding Vincent and comes to conclusions without the full story..Anyway we shall see. It's hard to imagine him being fully bad a, I'd like to think if he were someway involved he'd be redeemable, hopefully!Or some twist

Good episode - not as good as the two previous ones - but fun to watch and most importantly it moved the plot forward quite a bit. 1. As we suspected Catherine ratted out Vincent ONLY to prove her sincerity to want to continue to work for DHS and to help bring Vincent in alive. The twist is that Vincent was NOT in on the plan. She counted on him getting away and on him being able to tell by her heartbeat that she was not really giving him up. A bit complicated, but it worked - he trusted her and came back later to meet her in the dungeon. Love that the dungeon is back in play. 2. Vincent is becoming more pro-active in this episode and he has plans and ideas of his own. He is infiltrating a black ops organization named Graydal by luring out and taking out and interrogating one of their goons. Then he takes the unconscious goon back to Graydal headquarters and demands to see the boss. He offers his services to them and apparently they take him in. We do not really get to see them agreeing, but it is implied that he is in. 3. DHS is taking JT in for questioning and is confiscating all of his computers. Luckily, he wiped everything clean before they picked them up. At DHS he meets Heather who was also taken in for questioning. We do not see how they were questioned, but they are both out later and JT is ordering more computers to continue to help Vincent. 4. Heather is meeting with Kyle who is VERY insistent that she finally tells him what the big secret is. For once, Heather impresses me by deftly lying to Kyle. The look on his face puts him on my 'suspicious' list. THAT may be intentional by the writers and he may be just really concerned for Heather, but I am not sure about him. 5. I know that Tess is supposed to be 'the voice of reason', but I think she could have been a bit more supportive of Catherine and Vincent and JT. She is constantly reiterating how dangerous it is for Catherine to help Vincent - to the point where she paints a picture of Catherine maybe going to prison. Not a fan of Tess in this episode. 6. JT is always on Vincent's side, although he did have a hard time here when Vincent wanted certain drugs/medication from him to inject the tied up goon in order to get information about who put out the bounty on beasts. He grumbled a bit about Vincent 'crossing the line', but he got on board. There were some VinCat moments, but due to this being more action packed and rather dark and dangerous, they were fewer than before, although quite intense. Good episode. Y'all make good points here! I'm not sure about Kyle...Honestly haven't picked up any dodgy vibes until this episode. I have to rewatch the scene on his expression but he was quite persistent in wanting to know, which got me wondering. On the other hand, his response makes sense...he can't help her if he doesn't know and the fact that people were asking questions regarding Vincent would have me worried too. I can see at the start Kyle would respect the decision, trust there's a good reason why she is keeping the secret but now that the situation is escalating hmm...But this could be the case where the writers are setting it up this way to make us think that! I really hope Kyle has no dodgy involvement they seem like a great couple and he is a charming guy! I'm trying to figure out where I've seen the actor before, he looks familiar too. It's just if Kyle turns out decent and Heather lied to him...it's gonna blow up! I don't think Kyle will take it well, particularly when he said thanks for being honest eek... This whole plot with DHS, Cat and Vincent, who's working for who is getting complicated! So thanks to those in the thread who clarified it! They are definitely in dangerous territory now. I can't see this plan sticking out for long. But I wonder how they'll end the series now. I would think DHS would realize Vincent was set up and not a threat. But the self defense explanation :/ to be honest, the way the scene was set up last episode doesn't look the most effective way from the director/writers pov to make it look that way. I mean Vincent wasn't at his most vulnerable physically (as in he was physically hurt) when he killed Hill..Vincent even paused. I'm not saying it's not self defense at all...Hill was shooting at him and he was filled with adrenaline so he was out of control BUT it wasn't like Vincent was shot with a gun and then there was a big struggle to make it obviously look like self defense. THOUGH I know that Hill was trying to make the situation that Vincent was the attacker not him..so the writers didn't set up that way. I think there could've been more struggle/action use in that scene though. I wouldve thought Hill may have tried to fight more but it makes sense seeing the beast the first time I wonder how Cat would take the Condor Vincent that JT saw. I admit it was thrilling to watch...seeing Jay bad a and hot! Without beasting out BUT I can see this dwifting vincat apart. Then again this really does bring the issue of TRUST and crossing the line. How far will Vincent and Catherine go with covering up? To the point where they are forced to separate anyway when in fact the objective is to be together which makes them stronger. And when they are apart will one of them or should I say more likely Vincent will go further and sacrifice more..crossing the line to the point that it breaks them apart? I have a feeling this issue will be addressed more in later episodes. Both of them may end up so preoccupied in covering up that they begin to lose sight in the relationship.
