Okay here's what we know so far about Season 3!

Season 3 synopsis

As season three begins, Cat and Vincent are able to focus on their love, finally free from Muirfield, manhunts and beasts, However, that love will be tested as new and more dangerous threats await. When they learn that innocent victims are being used to test the boundaries of the impossible, Cat and Vincent will uncover a deeper conspiracy, one which Vincent can fight only by turning to the beast he carries within. But unleashing the beast will risk Vincent’s life – along with his and Cat's love – as they struggle to build a normal life together.

What we know so far:

Show renewed on May 8th. We have yet to know when it will begin to air.

so today i was delivering training on stereotyping etc and the first thing I thought when i saw the picture of the writers u posted in the now locked thread was..hmm, they don't loook like they would deliver many romantic lines how our brain works

LOL!  These two guys, right?  I was thinking the same thing.  Hopefully, they will be more focused on the action or sci-fi aspects of the writing.  But now I'm stereotyping.  Who knows, maybe they're just as good at romance as Nicholas Sparks!

This is great. I was just going to do something like this. So out are Norris, Tuchman, Rupa, and Cooper/Levin. Basically 4 out and 2 in, since Raab and Hughes appear to be a writing team based on their past credits. So last year they had basically 11 writers or writing teams for 22 episodes and this season they have 8 for 13. I thought Norris and Tuchman did a good job on Cold Case. After Beast is the New Black, that was my second favorite out of the last 6, I think. Raab and Hughes wrote several episodes of Warehouse 13 and also another sci-fi show called Afterworld.

Although I can't say that I watched any of the shows she wrote for or consulted on (Primeval, Sanctuary, Painkiller Jane) Gillian Horvath seems to be a fairly seasoned sci-fi writer and I'm hoping she will be a strong advocate for the female characters based on what she wrote here. athenatv.blogspot.com/2013/08/primeval-new-worlds-mid-season.html

Wonderful write-up on Season 3 VinCat❤Destined. I was wondering if there were any female writers for Season 3. I guess Sherri and Jennifer are gone? Not even as consultants?

I noticed that this show has so many "Exec. Producers" ............watching DejaVu, after the Opening scene, the next scene with KK and Ted listed all the names for several minutes. Is that normal for a show?

Yes it seems it is. I just looked up some shows on imdb and they list quite a few people as EPs.



Speaking of producers/EPs, I know when this was first released people were unhappy that it was just men listed (understandable) but apart from two names (Paul J. Witt and Tony Thomas) the rest have been EPs this season.

FYI from the list of EP Witt ...Thomas and Koslow were the producers and show runners for the original 80's show. Koslow created it back in the 80's.
