BTW, if I wanted to see Jay in other things, what should I see first? For KK, I'd obviously say Smallville, but if that's not your thing, I'd suggest her adorable arc on Chuck or her film Partition. Just FYI. Partition is a movie?? Yep. I loved it. www.imdb.com/title/tt0213985/

It's kinda sad that this thing is going on knowing that 2 episodes left and ratings still not good, there's a possibility also that S3 can be the last not unless S3 starts with a Big Bang ratings wise...some new fans are just finding out about this show. Some bad writings on S2 and fans unhappy can be one of the demise of the show. Some fans are already leaving before they can even posts, just sad... How can this show be successful with all these internal conflict.

Partition is her best movie I would say. Jays biggest gigs were neighbours and go girls but I have not watched him in either so I cannot tell u whether good or not.

I'm a fan of KK first cause of SV and her neutrogena commercial first time I noticed her lovely face ...I have no clue about JR until I clicked on Enews link on BATB preview thats when I fell in love with BATB/VINCAT, I love them both KK & JR, both good actors in my opinion both gorgeous of course. ^ This is an interesting point that's had me thinking. See, previous Kristin fans already loved her, and then so many of them opened their hearts to a new show, a new character (which is normal when an actor you love is in a new project, I know this, obviously), and a new ship. And you'll find several of those KK fans being like, I really began to love Jay! Or Vincent. Or Vincat, or all of the above. I mean, I was one of those people, as was Suzieq ❤️ Beastie and others. And it seemed that Jay/Vincent, not to mention JT, Tess, Joe, Heather were accepted without question. That doesn't mean there aren't ever complaints or wishes or whatever. But I even remember before Pilot being like, "Hm, is this random dude going to be KK's equal?" And guess what, Jay won me over in the pilot, 100%. But it seems sometimes that some of the fans who met Kristin along with Jay, at the start of BATB, seem to get upset if a Kristin fan wants to see more Kristin. How does that make sense?? I mean, the Sendhil fans have behaved admirably. They stepped into the fandom and, of course they want to see more Gabe - they're Sendhil fans from the get-go! Yet they handled Gabe's odd arc with grace, IMHO, just from what I've seen. Yet it seems that Kristin fans can't want more Cat? When it would make perfect sense for Sendhil fans to want more Gabe? I don't think anyone has ever said: no we don't want more Cat! Especially from all the posts I've read (and if I'm mistaken, I apologize) In previous posts discussing this issue, someone mentioned that they would love to see how Cat became a cop, how she met Tess, some more on her and Heather and various other things. I would like to see that too. More Backstory on Catherine is always welcomed and from everyone. I don't mind watching a story about Catherine that has nothing to do with Vincent in that sense. What I think the issue is, at least for me is that there seems to be this false dichotomy in that beast stories only evolve around Vincent or that Vincent is the major player. I don't agree with that. I feel beast stuff affect them BOTH and is more a Catherine story than anything because of her heritage. So when people say those stories are all about V, I'm sorry but I don't see it that way. I see Catherine as important (and with her heritage if not more) in those circumstances.

I read in the other thread that she was studying law, so how did she become a cop? I always thought the pilot showed that night, seeing her mother murdered and the beast saving her put her on that detective path...right?

Just to be clear and to avoid misunderstandings. I'm NOT deleting the forum. Like I said I'm not like that and deleting the forum would be a stupidity. This forum will continue to exist as long as Proboards keeps working and as long as I live. Good thing I'm 26 . Bad thing is that this country is too dangerous and I could die tomorrow. Yea, I tend to joke with death....... . Don't worry, continue posting and enjoying the show!

I hope the BATB fandom doesn't become divided over the two main characters or actors because this show really does not have anywhere near the numbers to survive that. To put things in perspective, last Monday there were some 43,000 tweets for #BATB while that same day, there were over 200,000 for TeenWolf. Last Monday's episode got a 0.25 rating, so the show is teetering on getting a 0.2 and the season finale airs here in the US on July 7, which means a lot of people may take advantage of the fact that the July 4th holiday falls on a Friday, take Monday off as well, and head out of town. Unless fans of KK and JR want them to be the leads on a show with a 0.2 rating and half a million viewers, I would encourage people to be as supportive as possible of all the actors on the show, especially on Twitter and comments on the entertainment websites. Maybe I'm wrong, but it looks to me like Sendhil isn't supporting the show anymore, and I hope that isn't because of some Beasties' tweets or what has been posted on here. I'll start. This part of this post caught my attention: That's why Kristin Kreuk fans like me feel uncomfortable posting here. ^ It makes me so sad that some fans don't feel comfortable posting here. If Kristin fans want to see more Kristin or more Catherine-centric eps, shouldn't they be able to say as much? Thoughts? I would never have watched this show if KK wasn't in it and she's the reason I keep watching, but I don't feel uncomfortable posting here nor do I feel like Catherine is secondary to Vincent or that we know any less about her than we do Vincent. This season's stories may be more beast-centric, just like last season's were more police-centric, but I feel like it's still more about the impact it has on Cat, her life, her family, and her career cuz when we met Vincent, he didn't have any of that. Sure Vincent has been given more to do but I think that was at the expense of Tess and I don't think it had anything to do with TPTB thinking JR had more appeal. And as a KK fan, I wouldn't want her and JR trading their character's situations. I think in this version, Vincent is more the damsel in distress most of the time and that the writers have made the biggest mistakes with Vincent's character which cost them viewers. And since this forum isn't anything like TWOP or some other Sville forum where you will be mocked or bashed for praising KK or the character she is playing, I don't think people should feel shy about gushing over KK as much as others gush over JR. If all anyone enjoys about the show is KK's acting or the Catherine character, why not post just about that.
