Since Stu Gillard seems to be pretty responsive and is a co-executive producer on the show, could someone who's active on Twitter please ask him: (1) to give us more in the romance/lovemaking dept. in ep. 22 than he gave us in About Last Night? Enough of this morning-after nonsense---we haven't had a love scene since Season 1, Episode 16! (2) to talk to the PTB about streaming uncensored episodes online a la Reign? I'd suggested that someone ask Sherri and Jennifer about it (on the Ratings thread) a few days ago, but don't know if anyone ever did. Thanks! cali i think u will get this sex/love scene in 17 the reason there was none in 16 in my view is because they wanted to show the love rather than desire/lust and to me anyway that made complete sense - thought it was perfect i don't think they could have many such scenes in each season because they then kind of lose their meaning a bit, but yes i would love one at least now and hopefully we will get it in 17 Very good point. Episode 16 was about love and romance and acceptance.

Vincent's nightmare was more about lust but that one never really happened! I don't need full-blown love scenes in every episode but in 38 episodes we've only had two, and that's just not enough in my book. I remember being particularly disappointed that we didn't get to see what happened when Catherine and Vincent hung out in her apartment after swimming in the hotel pool. I loved that particular morning-after scene because Jay Ryan was so fantastic in it, but I would have loved a glimpse of their "normal" evening in, whether it involved lovemaking, cooking, watching TV or cuddling in front of the fireplace. Their "happy times"---when they're not being chased, threatened or interrupted by Heather---have been so far and few between that I felt cheated to have missed out on one of them.

If they do get a season 3 please no more red heads two is more than enough the story need's to go forward not backwards and I know it's only talk but I don't see why she would need to be brought back let alone as a regular Don't worry, this "Alex" in the tweet is a Banshee char played by Anthony Ruivivar. The tweet is about wanting him to play in batb too. Personally, I wouldn't mind Tori coming back, not as a love interest but as a 'student' for Vincent. I think her story had great potential but it was mishandled. Instead of making her part of love triangle, they should have concentrated on what she could add to the Scooby gang. She is a rich girl with great connections, they could have gone anyway with that. So if there is a S3, then I wouldn't mind her coming back and her story handled better.

Maybe Tori was too badly handled, everything about her and V was not clear, and when we knew for sure what was going on, it was a "robe time" and IMO it felt like "Oh, you hoped this two were not having sex, did you? Well... guess what...?". It is the only-single-particular thing I did not like AT ALL in S2. The rest, I can kind of like, respect or accept (memory loss, killingness, jerkness and Gabeness) but Tori... no .

I have a question regarding Windsord's death and consequent Vincent's arrest. At the end of the day, that death happened because bio-dad Reynolds ordered it, and is not that the reason why he is in jail? He was accused of Zach's death, right? So I am thinking that maybe Reynolds will not have any interest on Vincent being taken to jail for Windsord's death, because it could revert on his own penalty, wouldn't it? (what is really the concrete reason why Reynolds is in jail, anyway? ) Also, do you think that Gabe is probably aware of this mythology stuff that involves Catherine? Maybe he wanted to keep her around as a tool for keeping beasts controlled or something, as other powerful people seem to be doing. Speaking of, I thought that in 2x16 there was going to be a huge discovery that showed that Vincent and Cat's connection was deeper and myth related. I didn't see any of that. Did I miss anything...??

So if there is a S3, then I wouldn't mind her coming back and her story handled better. I understand Sayuri's point as well about maybe Tori's character has too much baggage to bring her back. It would be hard to see her at times... But her $$ & connections could come in handy... Another perk to Tori coming back is maybe she can take care of Gabe. They can mend their broken hearts together. They seemed to have more in common, social climbing, parties, $$, & control/power issues. Could take care of 2 birds with 1 stone, esp if they plan on not killing Gabe. Tori would be a fun character to reveal as alive in like the last 45secs of a show. Maybe like is a tank somewhere being experimented on by the superbaddies. Im not sure I want to see her alive & walking about until S3. If they did bring her back they would have to make significant amount of effort to not mishandle her character/plot line again. Maybe they can introduce another beast character (this is probably what I would prefer) female or male character with similar $$ & connections like Tori. Thus giving Vincent ability to help train/work with them but without all the baggage of Tori. One of the reasons, I was bummed when Xavier reverted back to being just a human. Vincent needs a beast buddy or at least a beast ally. I do think it would be better to have someone like Dana come back. This might be possible since they plan on having Catherine interact with the FBI again & the whole Sam thing. I liked her character, and Elizabeth Rohm is a gr8 actress. I think if Joe comes back he would be after Vincent, and i wouldnt want that. Plus Joe was always awkward once he started his affair w/ Tess. I kinda lost respect for his character. So Joe can stay away too. Evan would have been my first choice to return, but he recently booked a pilot for FOX, so I dont see him having the time to commit to anything beyond maybe an episode. Wouldnt it be funny though if Heather was marrying Evan. She could have nursed him back to health and everything. That will not happen, thats only in my box of wishes. But really, I do wish Evan could come back. Alex needs to just not come back. I dont see any role for her on the show. Unless of course she helped nurse Evan back to health in the Muirfield facility. But then I would want her released from the show & off in Africa working with clinics there. No need to keep her around. I do think that in S3, they should maybe bring in new blood & characters. Give the show a breath of fresh air and clean slate to write new storylines on. We all love the Fab 4. But it wouldnt be horrible to introduce someone that gets to play off of them well, not try to crash their party like Gabe did. Or overstayed their welcome like Tori did. To parallel s1, I think Gabe will be killed in the finale. I do not guarantee that he will stay dead for S3. But I say that they kill him in the finale. And when the show gets renewed they can bring back Sendhil, but this time as part of the secret Baddie organization. The twist would be that everyone thinks Gabe is dead. And he is truly 100% bad at that point. Plotting stuff in high tower corporate or dark secret lairs. Similar to Slade in Arrow now. I imagine Dr. Evil from Austin Powers, well actually more like the sidekick that Rob Lowe & Roger Hart (?) played in those movies (was his name 1 or 2?). This way we get to keep Sendhil & he gets to be BAD, which is far more believable & fun for him to play than Angelic Gabe. But my major desire for any and all future episodes & seasons is that VinCat get to have happy fulfilled lives together. No other romantic entanglements. I understand needing to put up obstacles to their romance to provide drama, but please do not make them anymore romantic triangles/temptations/trysts. Keep the obstacles purely professional, beast, myth, distance, etc.

Roger Allen Grant @batbroger Mar 14 @angela_MG @eonline @cw_network Agreed! I'm thinking good thoughts while we break the last two episodes of S2. Awesome stuff. #BatB I do not agree that this means the season finale will be in two parts. They always use the term "break" when they talk about writing any episode. I always assumed it meant to arrange in segments before each break (commercial). Its probably just about the last step.

However, the "breaking" of an episode is actually one of the earlier steps of the writing process where the writers sit around in a room and figure out what's going to happen in that episode. They put together a scene-by-scene breakdown which that particular episode's designated writer then uses to write his/her first draft.

Just in case we have any confusion regarding the last two episodes (finale episodes), I believe Roger will be directing episode 221 and Stuart already confirmed that he would be directing 222, as he confirmed on Twitter yesterday.

But Roger is a writer not a director.

But Roger is a writer not a director. There are actually two Rogers. However, one is a writer and the other one is a motion picture camera operator and photographer. Yet, the tweet is from the writer.
