Yes somebody please clarify this because I don't know what it means I'm not 100% sure but imo it doesn't have anything to do with a closed set. I think it refers to something else. btw, interesting ep title! Ok, thanks.

So I go MIA for one week and "Beast" IS NOW THE NEW BLACK??? Well, obviously those who came up with the title were not diehard Beasties, cause WE, Beasties, have known that for a while now!!! Seriously, this title really promises!!! I guess that song playing while Vincent was working out at the beginning of ep 14 was a prelude of what's to come! Welcome back

On a more serious note, is this title telling us that it is only in episode 17...the one AFTER th very long break, that Catherine will officially choose Vincent over Gabe? I am looking for some reassurance here. The title implies that it is only at this point that Vincent becomes more popular and desirable that Gabe: the new IN colour/flavour (Vincent) replacing the more conventional and accepted colour/flavour (Gabe). Well, at least I think Gabe wasn't even the flavour of the month for a month. How could he be?...but he has certainly lasted longer that I would have liked to see him as the boyfriend. My reaction to seeing her merely sampling that flavour has always and will always be !!!!!!! We all knew that puke green was only going to last about a minute.

Welcome back, Savanita!!! Come on, katiebeast S3 <3, you know we all love it when Miss B. Haven is around and doing her "thing"!!! LOL Off course I love it! That's why it's an Austin Powers gif, and not a 'disapproving grandma's' gif . The more Miss B. Haven, the better!

So someone on twitter asked Fred Gerber the director of 217 what 'full' and 'locked' means and he replied in this tweet: Essentially, 'full' means a completed script. 'Locked' means that the number of scenes are not going to change even if the actual scenes are revised. Hope that helps!

Not to rain on everyone's parade - but do you think the title could also be a play off of orange is the new black which takes place in prison?? Perhaps, this episode follows Reynolds in prison, or maybe V is arrested for some of his crimes. This might be low of me to think but do you think that Gabe retaliates against Cat choosing Vincent by turning in some of the evidence against him and that is why V now becomes in trouble with the FBI?
But, I do hope you are all correct that it is going to be Vincat heavy. I cannot wait until Catherine & Vincent return to each other.

But, I do hope you are all correct that it is going to be Vincat heavy. I cannot wait until Catherine & Vincent return to each other. That's a possibility. I really don't think Gabe will take Cat going back to Vincent lightly. Even if she doesn't do that on episode 16 as we all expect, she'll be definitely on her way to do it. Remember, up until the moment Cat showed that she was starting to feel positive things about Vincent again, Gabe was all suportive and understanding as a way to show her that he was a better option than Vincent. The manipulative passive-aggressive side of his nature manifested the minute Cat showed regret for putting Vincent in a situation where he had to embrace his beast to help her, thus the ultimatum. Again, it's a parallel. Tori was all mighty and high when she thought she had absolut control over Vincent and it was all suportive and falsely sweet. Her change occured exactly when Vincent looked at Cat with appreciative eyes again. And that happened at the bar with Patrick, not at the hostage situation. She only tried to help JT because the "me or them" approach didn't work. But first, she abandoned Cat to her own luck to face the criminals that were heavily armed. Meaning that she didn't care if Cat - and the others - died, as long as she was out of her way. I'm convinced Gabe will do something similar, only he won't use Tori's naive approach of trying to help to prove herself worthy. He'll do something to prove Vincent is the one not worthy or, the very least, completely unavailable i.e. prison, destruction of his human side or even death. We have to have in mind that Gabe and Tori don't love Catherine and Vincent. Therefore, their best interests are/were never their gold. Tori didn't care about the fact that Vincent deeply loved Catherine, she cared about the fact that she beat Catherine over his bed. Gabe don't care about the fact that Catherine is emotionally vulnerable and susceptible to co-dependence, he cares about the fact that he has a woman that'll easily bow to his will. If you think about it, Catherine is his new Tyler. His ex-girlfriend also did only what he wanted and was totally devoted to him.
