Ugh I just read about the new triangle with some new guy with Catherine. OK if you have not noticed it yet, I already am on the fence about Catherine really wanting to be with Vincent. Well, this new triangle is going to suck even more and will make it more difficult for Vincent and Cat to be together. I have to agree. Too many men on Catherine's side. It makes it too hard for Vincent to compete with all these men. It's bad enough he cannot be known or seen with Cat. Add more men trying to win her attention on top of Vincent's beast issue is just over the top! <whew> On the one hand, it could push Vincent to fight even harder for her now. Given Bridesmaid Up is supposed to be a romantic episode for VinCat, or they share a few romantic moments together, something major has to occur in episode 10, 11, or 12 to throw their relationship off course. Yet, perhaps the new A.D.A. may not be all that he seems to be. Keep in mind episode 12 is entitled “Trust No One”.I would think that the writers plan on Vincent pursuing Cat more with all these men. It is going to be tough on him. I hope Vincent does not give up at some point during the story which means less screen time between Cat and Vincent. I know the writers know what they are doing. It just seems so many characters in this show that is keeping them apart. I just want more screen time between the main characters Cat and Vincent.

after the 8th episode i think cat will become more obsessed about her mom and vincent will probably get sick of it,and realises that she is just using him to get the truth about her mom.

That spoiler SUCKS! I agree with you guys on practically every point. I am an X-Files fan, so I am the most patient shipper in the world! I don't need Vincat officially together.... ...but this is RIDICULOUS. Not only b/c it's another love triangle type thing, but because a new character that may be a series regular? ? THERE IS NO ROOM FOR ANYONE ELSE IN THIS CAST RIGHT NOW. I LOVE Tess and J.T. but with only FIVE minutes of Vincat time in the last ep, I was like shut up! Let Vincent talk! I LOVED the whole firefighter thing with Cat and Tess, but NOT when Vincat had 5 minutes. That's NOT enough screen time together, and not speaking as a shipper, but because Vincat are the leads! They should be predominantly featured in EVERY episode, especially in the first establishing arc of eps of the series! "Business turns to pleasure" - are you kidding me? Maybe this happens because Vincent goes back to his fiancee??? I am ALL for prolonging the love story. I mean, I am a Castle fan too! I can be patient, so I'm not just upset from a shipper POV, but because we don't need ANYONE else for Cat to have scenes with instead of Vincent. She's already in scenes with Heather, Evan, Tess, etc. etc. barely getting around to Vincent anymore, and now we need someone ELSE to take up her time on the procedural side? Srsly?? And this makes me mad b/c I love KK and feel protective in the sense that I do not want people to hate on Cat. And fans ALWAYS judge the females in shows MUCH more harshly than the males. Again, maybe Vincent is dealing with his old fiancee and he and Cat agree to be friends for now. Why else would "business turn to pleasure" with the new guy? But I agree that 5 minutes of Vincat an ep isn't going to do the trick. People won't come back for that. You HAVE to lock in your core cast before you frick around with it. Before I meet "charismatic" boy, I'd like to know why Cat said in the pilot that her boss hates his wife. What's up with Joe's marriage? What does Tess do in her free time? What about backstory on J.T. and Vincnet's friendship? What's Heather up to? And mostly: Vincat!! Extra cast NOT needed!

Okie Dokie people....watch this interview with one of the writer & producer Sheri Cooper...I mean she keeps talking about TIMELESS ROMANCE BUT v fans don't get to see it and then our fears come true when she talks about a Great Love Triangle....what does that mean I mean are they gonna show Cat having feelings for 2 men ...come on....V r already hungry for Vin Cat scenes and instead they wanna show us love triangle means even less of Vincent-Catherine scenes coz the new entry is supposed to be working closely with Cat on some case...Arghhhhh.....these writers need to understand that when they mention ROMEO & JULIET type romance....even tho forbidden...they hugged & kissed & enjoyed the romance...here is the interview....SORRRYYY ...if posted earlier.....

I agree, adding another actor into the mix is just a big NO, NO! Seriously, when was the last time we saw Heather?

You know, with a new ADA coming to the show, with the promise of a new triangle for Cat, maybe this is being done to prepare the show for Evan's death.
After all, we know in this week's ep that Evan decides Cat is protecting the vigilante, so maybe he runs afoul of the old Smallville maxim: anyone who learns the hero's secret dies.
Maybe Max Brown got tired of a role that was smaller than he expected and they are writing him out and replacing him. Of course, they would need to introduce his replacement a couple of eps before Evan bites the big one, so that could be why we are learning about him now.
ETA: As to points made by others, you're correct in that we don't see enough of Joe, Heather, or Evan already...which just supports my point above: if they're adding someone, they could very likely be removing someone else.

omg:( that will suck if they kill of the evan character ,but in ep 10 she was assigned to see the psychologist maybe because of evans death or maybe vincent must have accidentally killed evan, that will explain the new ada character added in a special task force,a long road ahead for vincent filled with only hurdles>>>>>>>>

I like Evan, as long as he keeps his sleazy hands off of Cat.
I'm one of the fans who believes he's not serious about her, but is instead just interested in making her another notch on his bedpost. He's never indicated deep feelings for Cat. instead, he's asked her out, took her rain check with good grace, and told her he was patient.

I agree with Vincent Keller, I find myself yelling at the TV when JT or Tess is on; telling them to shut up already so we can get back to Vincat. And then I get mad at myself for not appreciating how funny those two are. I rewatch every episode way more times than I should and I'm not watching the weekly murder case. I'm fast forwarding to the Vincat scenes!
Between the left out pajamas, and the late night hang out and the camping invite, and at the end of "All In" where KK looks like she's about to say something else and then the screen goes dark. I feel like I'm missing all the parts I'm tuning into see. Teasing involves showing me something but not giving me all I want. They keep showing me nothing and I keep hoping to see something. I guess I'm frustrated and hoping they come home to their main storyline more often and then this spoiler just sent me off by them saying no were not, in fact here's another guy to take up your time.
