YEah he does!! I think he does it to get attention to the site..basically cause he knows the show for us BEASTIES is a big deal and he is playing with that to get our reaction...BEST thing to do in cases like this IGNORE them..IMO Oh and I have my shotgun ready!

I agree - the CW is has the lowest ratings of the 5 networks yet it ends up in lots of their headlines. They know the CW has cult fans and they will discuss (which gives them page views). If we stop answering maybe they will stop with the negative headlines. It is not an effective way to recruit new viewers imo. There are better ways to spend our precious beastie energy.

Beasties,
Don't waste your time on the negative.
Go on over to CW and spend your time there.

Is there any game or event which could affect ratings this time?

Is there any game or event which could affect ratings this time? Well its baseball season now so it is possible that some areas maybe affected for the rest of the season but I don't know exactly where or when. Luckily for me I get both the NYC and Philadelphia CW affiliates so if one is preempted I can watch the other.

And when you look at your programming guide for tomorrow, is BatB listed for both those affiliates?

Not sure where it would be most effective to post this, but we need to get our TVGuide numbers up for the next episode - tomorrow finally. If you could go here TVGuideWatchList and click on the I'm watching box, it would help. We are up against some repeats tomorrow so there will be an opportunity to grab those viewers attention if they are looking for an alternative. It is so important for them to see BATB is at the top of the what people are watching list. Thank you. [/span]

Yea I checked and both NYC&Philly have BATB listed for tomorrow, I don't know about else where in the country. I just brought it up because I know during baseball season sometimes the CW affiliates by me show baseball games.

Fast affiliates look like it will be 0.6/1.6 Half hours are CW - Beauty and the Beast Viewers: 1.58 million (#5), A18-49: 0.6/ 2 (#5) CW - Beauty and the Beast Viewers: 1.61 million (#5), A18-49: 0.6/ 2 (#5)
So unfortunately not the 0.7 we were hoping for however, it is interesting to see that Vampire Diaries ratings came in at only 0.9/2.19 which is down 0.3 from their last original while Beauty's rating held
Also for comparison TSC returned from its Spring hiatus with a 0.5 / 1.14 so if these ratings hold, Beauty did better there.

Looking at the CW for the week I think we did great. So far, if it holds we held the demo and increased the viewership. TVD dropped in both as did the HOD with their returning new episodes. It has to send a message of serious devotion to the network (if they didn't get that already). Given the week CW had and if these ratings hold I am calling this a small victory. The .6 held. TVD was adjust up to a 1 but that is still down from the last new episode. I am glad TVD got adjusted up to a 1, I don't wish any series ill, I just want that season 2 for BATB. Even the people that are most negative on the boards toward BATB on the ratings boards seem to be backing off. Goal next week, hold that .6 and build it from there. The eonline poll to save one show is a good opportunity for PR. I will be voting more on that as we get closer to the end. First round we just need to be in the top 10. Voting for the first round ends Sunday at 9pm eastern time.

Voted! We are in second place behind Smash. They will let the top 10 move on to the next round.
