curly, they weren't arguing... The conversation had a very usual VinCat tone... You know, regular Vincent's raspy voice, and Cat's mellow tone... Both spoke slowly and calmly... I assume it's one of those scenes that will make us cry :-( Vincent's being such a child!! It's like a little kid who makes a new friend and is so excited about it that he forgets about his long time best friend... I wish Cat would slap him too!!

Very cool info from Austin!
I need to see more of what's going down to have bad feelings toward Vincent. Well, at least extremely bad feelings. Last week's ep did not disappoint me and I can't wait for tonight!!

K---38. Right...but he is willing to go tell her the truth, in fact he intends on it. I understand he can have unresolved feelings but to be courting Catherine's feelings at the same time is just off putting. Afraid to be alone or not to say "I'll be with you if that's what you really want otherwise I have Alex which seems like a better option at this point, she's ready and willing" What is this the bachelor? He's got 2 women on his mind and let's size them up to see which is better. What difference does it make what Catherine says if Alex is still a viable option. Just saying selfish Vincent...check. I just think that Cat had just begun to fight to right things in her life and he is ready to give up i.e. a cure, Cat. I suppose he could be settling I just don't like Catherine being so invested only to have to deal with ex drama and Vincent implying that she could end his 2 women drama at anytime. Its kind of obnoxious. IMO but still good drama.

Thanks Lina. That sounds about right. She's too nice and obviously cares for him. Not sure she is willing to admit she loves him. Like Catherine say's I don't think she wants to come off as a "<edited>" but I hope at some point she will only be able to take so much. He seems like he will be having his cake and eating it too and not matter what that always makes the third party look weak from a character perspective. So i hope she ends that tract soon. Let him go explore his BS with JT not the other girl she is pretty playing in much of the next few episodes.

So if Alex rejects Vincent when she hears he is a beast does it mean Vincent automatically jumps on the Catherine bandwagon. Is Catherine his plan B. Catherine just becomes sloppy seconds and who wants to be that. I say get rid of him Cat and be with Evan. At least he really cares for you!

Thanks Lina for the snippet. Even though it put me in a bad mood at least it helps me prepare for tonight's episode. I can't figure out what the writers are thinking? They are really destroying both Vincent's character and the epic love part of this love story. The ultimatum is so unfair given that the ex knows nothing about the beast.

They are really destroying both Vincent's character and the epic love part of this love story. The ultimatum is so unfair given that the ex knows nothing about the beast. Absolutely!! Vincent: Alex is willing to give up her life to be with me... Will you? Cat: If Alex knew the truth, would she? ; An ultimatum never really bodes well for anyone. The only thing I can think of is that Vincent does not react well to Catherine's revelation that Alex is stealing drugs/supplies. Vincent defends Alex naturally,.........but, for Vincent to offer some ultimatum to Cat, it taints the "soulmate" aspect for me. Those two sentences just don't sit well. Catherine should not even have to point that out to Vincent. If he is that "lovestruck" with Alex and he can't remember all the danger of the last 10 years, and Cat has to remind him? Catherine should not be some plan B or default. I hope to heck that the writers do not go down that path or even imply it. We shall see.......

Heard a BATB commercial on the radio today as I drove to class... They played a snippet of a dialogue between VinCat. It put me on a bad mood: Vincent: Alex is willing to give up her life to be with me... Will you? Cat: If Alex knew the truth, would she? So THAT'S the ultimatum? F you, Vincent! Oh, goodness. I totally forgot about this "ultimatum business"...I remember we were all a little ticked off with that comment when Jay mentioned it in his interview. Now I see that it really is going to happen and I'm getting prepared for me to be pissed off at Vincent once again! WTF dude? Seems like his jackass and selfish behavior is going to continue again in this episode. Sounds like Vincent is putting the onus on Catherine to help him make his decision on who to choose, just like he started pointing out her faults on why their relationship wasn't moving forward in "Seeing Red"....he's conveniently forgetting his part in all of this. SELFISH VINCENT!!!!! I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case...he's once again taking the EASY way out by running away from making a decision because Catherine will probably make it easy for him. WHAT?! So if she ends up saying "no, I can't do that"...he's like, "well, okay..I'll just go back with my Ex since she will do it for me"...sounds like total a-hole behavior and he's just moving on to the next best thing because he can't get what he wants. Have you forgotten everything that Catherine has done for you so far?? She has risked her life, career, and relationships with friends/family constantly to protect your ass..and you have the nerve to give her this ultimatum?? Is there really a hard choice to make when Catherine already told you "who you are makes everything worth it"..and that she "accepts all of what you are" versus an Ex who knew you 10 freakin years ago and knows NOTHING of what you are today?? REALLY!? Now I really can't wait for VinCat conversation when Catherine talks about cutting ties with him...I REALLY hope for a strong Catherine this time around. We see that she struggles with her emotions throughout this episode feeling she "can't compete with Alex"...I hope by the end of it, she knows exactly who she is and that is a STRONG woman who won't sit here and take anyone's BS. She needs to tear selfish Vincent a new one...

Just thinking...but not for nothing Vincent!!!!...she technically already gave up her life for you. At least the one she used to have. So really its about time you reciprocate and move on from what should have been with the ex. I suppose the only silver lining to this playbook is that Vincent, if in fact this is the actual dialogue says "Will you?" it then sounds more like an invitation than "would you?" Her response is then more defensive and reflexive and would coincide with what her DR is asking about "who she is really protecting". I can deal with all that, its the fact that he goes to find out if the ex can deal with that. Cat must be like WHAT??? I suppose her "risking everything" to save him in the next episode would answer both these questions. I think I have too much time on my hands today.lol Can't wait for Chandler the Handler to hand Vincent back his crap sandwich full of drama. Someone should tweet the writers when they ask what we are looking for tonight that we "Don't want to see Chandler as the Handler but rather the Ex Exiting would be nice"

LOL, that is why this storyline makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. For Vincent to go there and have the audacity to ask her that is beyond ridiculous. The boy clearly has lost his damn mind.

Well a few hrs ago Jay tweeted about tonights episode asking "How far will Vincent go with Alex?" Im pretty sure that I do not even want to go there and speculate. It would be sooo over. But I suppose that would be one way to see who he used to be, whats changed and the man that he has become....yada,yada lol

I have to hope that he does not go far!! ;D \o/ See the problem with that Dayabeast, if Valex do end up sleeping together, not only would all hell break loose, not certain how many of us would continue watching the series. Regardless of how Alex winds up leaving in “Trust No One”, Cat will be Vincent’s second option, which would leave a bad taste in our mouths. I am really hoping this is not the case.

Since yesterday I am thinking and wondering what took Vincent to be weak with Alex, they had a 10 years history and 10 years are finally dawned on me that as 10 years Vincent had no physical contact with a human, we think for a moment, the hug that occurred in the previous episode represent something like a dream to Vincent, a hug, a kiss, maybe he would have never guess that again, perhaps with Cat but Alex took the opportunity, now we'll see if the common sense returns to Vincent and sorry for Alex but in 10 years she should get a life and move on... What do you think of this??? My mind it`s like spinning, i just need more BATB!!!
