I will wait and see A lot of information to analyze another beast??!!!! The only beast of all other beast that I like is Liam.. I hope if there is.. be good as was he You know REWATCH!! I have to dissect a secene DayaBEASTS4 , I really think Kyle is the other beast or is related somehow to the the situation involving the other beast. The major rewatch! Could it be Vincent just out of the shower???

The most amazing thing about this episode was it finally moved the story.I was thinking introducing the big bad in e10 is little too late,so obviously they had showed us the villan already but we didn't knew.Hope we get a happy ending.

Wonder who actually came up with that tongue-in-cheek Jay Ryan moment? Sounds like Jay himself, then, with "help." That was ABSOLUTELY a great moment, although Cat should have still be in there. . . . Sigh. Sounds like my little Beastie self REMAINS in the BATB gutter permanently.
Glad to FINALLY see this episode, after having hear everyone else talk about AND actually SEE the episode!! (My CW network decided to PULL the episode in favor of Panthers FOOTBALL. You had to simply GUESS when the episode MIGHT air--I just tuned in nightly at 9 p.m., and the episode finally aired, without warning, late SATURDAY night!!!)
So I am no longer wondering WHY the ratings LOOK so low when Beasties seem to be seeing the episodes---the CW maybe PULLING or airing the episodes later in places with NO WARNING if they find something else that they think will be more lucrative in the time slot. I am BEYOND mad at this desrespect. Sigh. At least I FINALLY got to see the episode! But I am still angry that it was without notice, as the CW still was airing the commercial that the show was returning on Thursday until it DIDN'T.
And Kyle is either the stupidest idiot in the world, or there is more to him. And HOW Heather can float a relationship right now is beyond me. And HOW could DHS just "take over" Cat's office. I mean, isn't that HER personal space and funds? And WHY would DHS set up THERE? You would think that they would want some super-secret underground locale or super-secure niche somewhere closer to other government agencies. I guess this IS where budgeting truly determines everything, as I guess there were no more funds to create some other DHS office space. But taking Cat's space really makes no sense to me, especially since she was at least out on bail.
(By the by, do we know if they DROPPED Cat's charges at the end or if they are still pending? And that "confession" about the Triad guy really shouldn't be "evidence," especially since the guy is now dead. And implicated HIMSELF. So Cat technically SHOULD still be on the line for stealing evidence. WOW. Did NOT think Cat would go there. That really IS criminal conduct of hers with no real promise to help Vincent. Yeah Cat, time to get into a new line of work if you can get that badly compromised. Didn't AT ALL like Vincent's reasoning behind this decision either.)
The plotholes in this one were rather astronomical I'm afraid. But still enjoyed the episode. Just don't see how they can pull off a reveal and an ending with only THREE episodes left. But I felt that way at this point last season as well. Still loving the ride, although currently wanting to run over Kyle with a bulldozer. Oh Heather, your boyfriend material may be even worse than Cat's used to be, and that is saying A LOT!!!!!!

Late for my impressions of the episode but I wasn't able to write down comments in my holidays time... but I was able to watch the episode with all you american beasties coz I was in Florida great time and my last chance to do that, so happy even if my view doesn't count on ratings I think the storyline is more complicated than it was in other season and that is a good thing: previously was all pretty much obvious what was going on, this time even with info from sensitive spoiler section i was able to get some OMG moments. About the new beast thing: yes it could sounds like a repetition but it fits the story and brings us back to the main focus (that is not exposure) of the show i.e. Vincent humanity and possibly a definite "cure" for him. Looking back on superhuman serum, we saw that an overuse of superhuman power caused a regression to normality (like in JT), and superhuman serum had beast dna in ... what if pushing Vincent to his limits could not put him on the edge of his humanity but just free him from his beast? I mean: humanity issues were linked not only to a overuse of his power but mixed with anger and revenge. All of them are using their "zen" part so maybe Vincent will be caught in the fight of the new beast with a new state of mind. And the only thing that can push Vincent to that limits is another beast. but that is just my opinion or idea of what I would like to see Kyle... my dear don't you know that who makes his own business live forever? I can see you near the end of your life... so sorry for Heather, hope it doesn't mean an end for her too I was surprised how Cat was able to shift Tess's attention to a bigger fish... she knows so well her friend and still the way Tess acted was in line with her character. Cat's openly telling JT that she loves him: it is probably the first time Cat reveals to JT how much she is grateful to him, just with simple words but coming from heart... and she is not the type of girl that let her feelings out How cute and embarassing JT and Heather were at Graydal? poor things! so different from the badgirl Cat pointing a gun to Braxton head and then caging him in his own beast cage... Vincent didn't need to intervene And now... last but not least (I hope)... Jay's waka waka ahahha I was sure from the beginning that was Jay's adlib it is impossible to write down that part... at least for BATB writers thinking on the CW standard. When I first saw Hitower twitt, I thought about some Jay's skill (not Vincent's skill) and I remembered: Jay is able to fake a female voice in a pretty good way (like he did in his one man show) Jay is able to swing hips and shake his belly I voted for the first that could be use to simulate someone else speaking at a phone for example... The second was way better for me ahhahah so funny and good that they decided to leave it in the show (and not maybe only in the bloopers) At first place I thought that the entire scene of the ripped towel was a joke KK did to Jay: just before, she has that look on her face like someone who was thinking about something "bad" to do and then she did it very quickly running away just after that (I would have stayed there admiring my husband back...)

Here I though the main focus of the show was suppose to be Catherine's aka The Beauty storylines first and THEN Vincent's since this show was named BEAUTY and then the Beast, you know. But obviously I was proven wrong and you were right.

Dan,
I freely admit that Cat basically allowing the set-up for extortion and completely throwing away her career and morals in this episode set ill with me. As if love is supposed to justify just anything. To me, Cat is NOT this person and WOULD have insisted that Vincent stop and come up with an alternative plan instead of blithely going along with Vincent and incriminating herself in criminal activity. There was NO saving grace in that for me. To me, Vincent thinking his possible exoneration warrants doing anything, rather wrong or not, completely crosses the line that he AND CAT had vowed never to do.
But it is at the end of the series, and I get that the writers are making the set-up that VinCat can't stay in New York after what all has happened, assuming they both live through to the end of the series. I DON'T like what this episode said about Catherine (or Vincent for that matter).
STILL, I do like what it DOES show about Cat--she is smart on her feet and is able to convince Tess to give her time. Time which she uses to come up with what TO ME was clearly HER plan that actually WORKED. And I LOVED that it really took Cat to coordinate the best result for the WHOLE team. So there ARE still positive aspects left for Cat's character and decisions. Small consolation I know. But it is still there.

Sorry but I prefer to focus on good lines and scenes that touch my heart rather than mistakes, changes in the plot or what I would like to see but I won't get the chance to see. And in this episode my focus is on Vincent caged and then made free from Grydal... This screenshot made me feel so sorry for him, he is like a beaten animal. And later when Cat asks "Did they hurt you?" YES THEY DID but he is a good man and prefers to change the subject like he did when Raynolds has tryed to erase memory from Liam, but his eyes tell us another story

Yes, are we supposed to think VinCat are some heroic couple because they actually draw the line at blowing up a building full of people. LOL And these lines they keep saying "nothing else matters as long as we're together" "we said we'd do whatever it takes" don't help their cause. If they are supposed to be heroes, they should be going after the bad guys because they are bad and to save other people not just because someone is after them or threatening exposure or to be exonerated. This started in S1 with the whole, we wouldn't have to be vulnerable if Muirfield was out of the way line as if that was the main motivation for going after Muirfield rather than the fact that they were an evil corporation that illegally experimented on people and murdered Cat's mom and Evan and a unit of soldiers to cover up their mistake. I thought the back half of season 2 was better in that area in that they were trying to stop Sam and save the people he was injecting, even the room full of evildoers and Sam himself, but then S3 Vincent in particular is like, what are we doing?, oh now they know about me!, ok now I'm on board.
