Just to give everyone an update...the link isn't available anywhere yet. Not even on showcase. I've looked everywhere and I know quite a few other people having the same issue. Don't know when it'll be available. It's almost like a gag order has happened. I haven't seen any screen caps other than what's in the promos of the episode. One would think that all the Canadian beasties on this forum have a gag order, too.

It's really frustrating because I don't get why this season is any different to the previous seasons other than being the last one so why not put any links up Exactly! I don't get it. Plus now, it's a cancelled show so who cares about ratings? Maybe if they did it this way from the beginning our show wouldn't have been canceled

Have u seen it yet?

OK, I have watched it off of Showcase's website. Yes I caved in, couldn't resist.
It's S3 like, but in a good way. I enjoyed it! Do folks want details?

It starts with their honeymoon. Cat just wants to stay in bed. But after an apparent night of love making, V wants to go out and see Paris (party pooper!). Cat keeps him in bed for another round...
BTW Cat can speak French, Vincent tries to, but is bad at it, very bad. LOL.

In some ways, the ep reminded me a lot of 301. It's different, but the story unfolds the same way, with the characters trying to adjust to a new life without threats. That is until they discover there is a new threat after all.

It goes against my personal principals. But I thought "what the heck, it's the final season, I'm going to enjoy every moment of it". And to enjoy every moment, it meant being able to discuss the episode while it's fresh on everyone's minds. The first time I tried to watch, it was unbearably slow. I closed out the window and tried it again, then it was fine. You really want step by step details? I'll give 'em if folks want 'em. But it probably won't be long until the link folks are waiting for appears, now that Showcase has it up on their website. I will say that the episode is also quite comicbook/superhero-ish. Even Cat's fighting skills are taken to a new level.

I watched it too, finally, after some nice soul gave us the link. I used up my free Tunnelbear quota for the month probably, but hey, it was worth it. Only watched it once, so my memory might be sketchy and maybe you will beat me but here goes: We open to VinCat in bed in their honeymoon hotel. Vincent wants to see Paris, but Catherine is not having any of that. SHE wants to stay in bed and do what honeymooners do. LOL. At one point he gets out and puts on a robe - a white one - and when he comes back to the bed she grabs him and pulls him back in. Swoonworthy. They are so light and easy with each other. Gone is the sometimes awkward conversations and distance - they are so much better with each other than in S3. Back in NY JT hears about a blogger who is blogging about knowing all about beasts, cover-ups, etc. He rushes to Tess who does not want to hear about it and blows him off - friendly, but still she wants to concentrate on them moving in together and not beast stuff. So, he calls Heather and together they decide to break into the apartment of the blogger to put false information on his computer to discredit him. When they get there they find the blogger dead and the assassin still there. He attacks them. Heather flees through the window and falls 2 storeys and is unconscious. JT lands on the fire escape and the murderer just wants to kill him when he sees people in the street below and changes his mind. Tess tears JT a new ...hole and Heather is okay and is flirting with the EMT who brought her in. His name is Kyle. More cuteness in Paris as VinCat cycle through some vinyards, but Vincent sees an accident up the road and he starts to cycle so hard that Catherine falls off the bike and lands on her behind with a thud. LOL. Vincent rushes to the car and finds a couple trapped under the turned over car. He uses his beast power to tear off the door and saves both lives, but the man saw his glowing eyes and tells the police about it. Catherine - who speaks French - deflects it and says that the guy got a hard knock and was halucinating. (I am sure that is coming back to haunt us later on.) Then we see VinCat dining in a fancy restaurant and KK looking amazing in a light red dress and her hair up and Vincent in a nice shirt. Catherine worries about that guy having seen Vincent and Vincent is trying to calm her down. Then they get a phone call from JT, telling them about the blogger, his death, the assassin, Heather's fall, etc. Vincent says 'let me guess - the honeymoon is over. They fly home immediately. At the precinct Tess tells JT that the blogger was tortured probably for information and that she will handle it and not to tell VinCat. JT tells her: too late. So, Tess sends him to the airport to intercept them and to send them right back to Paris. Well, we all can see THAT one coming - there is no way VinCat are going back to Paris. Vincent goes with JT (forgot where to) and Catherine is rushing to see Tess. They deduct that the blogger knew about Agent Russo and that he is now in danger. When they get to DHS, it is too late. Russo is dead and the assassin gets away through the window. On the computer we can see that all the data have been called up and compromised: the ADA-from-hell, Liam and a photo of Catherine. Now, they know that the guy knows about Catherine and where she lives, which makes VinCat rush home, because Heather has been released from the hospital and is staying at the apartment. VinCat rush into the apartment and hear Heather screaming (sorta) in the bedroom. They run in and open the bedroom door only to find Heather and Kyle in bed together. Yeah, that was a bit awkward. LOL. Okay, I am going to post this now and then try to get to more. I only watched it once, so it might be little jumbled.

VinCat decide to lay a trap for the assassin using Catherine as bait. She mingles with a crowd of bloggers (?) (I had to deal with some pesky ads at that point and missed about half of that scene). Anyway, Vincent is watching her like a hawk, but the assassin manages to kidnap Catherine anyway without Vincent seeing it.
Not to complain about that again, but that was a bit of a plothole, because he could have scanned for her heartbeat and followed them, but I will let that slide.
Vincent runs to JT and Tess and tells him that he lost Catherine and cannot find her and do they have anything on the murderer. I did not quite follow how they come up with the guy's whereabouts and exactly why - I think Vincent was able to identify his knife as a hunting tool - but how they made the jump to his address I did not get.
Catherine wakes up and she is tied to a beam in the ceiling - arms outstretched. Her kidnapper is unpacking all kinds of nasty torture tools and even puts on a rubber apron. Now that was creepy and full of tension, because it really looked like he would seriously hurt her. He asks her about beasts and tells her that there is a 5 million dollar reward out there to bring on in. Then he advances on her with a pair of pliers, but, of course our little ninja fighter knocks him out with her legs as he gets close enough. Then she does an amazing - and totally surprising - sort of upswing and lands on top of the beam. The guy is slowly recovering from having hit his head on a table, while Catherine is untying herself. When assassin guy looks up, she is gone. She then attacks him and he grabs his gun, but never fear Vincent is here by then and he kills the guy.
There is some more talk between Tess and Catherine to tie up the case and between Tess and JT - relationship talk and the episode ends with a candlelight dinner on the roof top. Really nice.

bbatb - I thought about you as a I watched, because as I predicted, it was very S3 like. And I know how you feel about Brad Kern. So did you like it? I did. Oh, and for folks that are wondering about that shower scene from the trailer, it's not in this episode! See why I hate spoilers?

Finally managed to stream this on showcase. Yes it does have some season 3 feel I think combined with some season 1 feel. I like how the chemistry between Cat and Vincent seemed to flow effortless. JT seems to be back to his old funny self. I especially liked his scene at the airport with cat and Vincent when he was trying to convince them to turn back and return to their honeymoon. I also think that JT and Heather have evolved into a cute fun tag team. I enjoyed the scenes they had together. It seems Heather has become the one person who has time to listen to JT and take him seriously without dismissing him first. I also like that Cat and Vincent are back to their old loving selves that worry about each other and try to make time for each other while fighting off crime and beast hunters.
Overall I think it was a great first episode and if it continues like this I think we will have a great season 4 which makes me sad all over again that this will be the final series. I forgot to mention that so far I like Heather's new love interest. He promises to be a good addition to the group that is if he doesn't turn out to be a bad guy.

bbatb - I thought about you as a I watched, because as I predicted, it was very S3 like. And I know how you feel about Brad Kern. So did you like it? I did. Oh, and for folks that are wondering about that shower scene from the trailer, it's not in this episode! See why I hate spoilers? You know what: I thought it was NOT very S3-like. There was no fighting between VinCat - well a bit, but it was rather cute and not the almost antagonistic, one-up-manship, I-am-going-to-prove-that-I-am-right-and-you-are-wrong kind of fighting and bickering that drove me crazy in S3. But most of all: their CHEMISTRY is back, they are kissing with FEELING behind it not just a perfunctory peck here and there. There was real suspense and some surprise twists. I honestly loved the whole episde. It was paced a little bit slower, Catherine was NOT in a tripple espresso high-octane mode, it introduced a new threat, a new guy in Heather's life, and the scenes between JT and Tess were good. I am not a big fan of THAT pairing, because I think they do not really have chemistry (I liked JT with Sara much better), but here it actually worked - much to my surprise. No, as I said before: credit where credit is due! This episode was well-written, beautifully executed and overall a joy to watch.
