I loved the scene between Catherine and her 'real' father! There are a few things I still don't understand regarding Catherine's real father and mother and Muirfield/FBI. But I guess these will be explained later on. When he tells her your father was very proud of you it's easy to see that HE meant it as well. I think he is a great addition to the show and will be the one trying to rip apart our beloved VinCat Also I LOVE Vincent's new superpower! And I agree with what another poster mentioned before about Vincent losing his healing ability. I'm afraid Catherine's dad might use that to get to Catherine later on Or else why get rid of that superpower?

(Also, no smart phone, iPad or the like, so I cannot even catch up on the news! And I know there will be so much news and gossip, and fun, and tie bits today....it's like I'm already going through withdrawal!) Enjoy the show! Looking forward to be able to chat about it with everyone. (It was so much better than I hoped!) Cheers!

Jay and Kristin overload I know how you feel! I am sooooo happy! Not to mention the episode was above my expectations. I love that the beast is changing in front of our eyes and not with edited scenes. Amazing job! When is the next ep airing? Is it Sunday already?

Vincent thinking JT and Catherine were married was just Then Vincent thinking that he and JT were a couple was also I actually liked Gabe in this episode Haha! Poor Gabe! He is trying so hard... but I love him!! That crackedd me up when Vince thoughg JT and cat were married and then made me smile when he called Cat smoking hot even though he had no memories if them being a couple she made a impression that's for sure. Then when JT told Gabe to not touch his stuff. Fir me thd heattbreaking oart wasn't si much when she furst found Vincent but when Cat broje down crying and Vince just held her while she told him she couldn't lose him again and then Vince just closed hus eyes like he was y to remembef.

We understood every single word you said except those you misspelled! But I guess you were talking about the episode... Sorry, just kidding... We are all addicted. If the ratings would count the number we re-watch an episode I sure the numbers would be in the skies....

i thought both him and Kristin were brilliant Haha! Sorry, for me it's an understatement that Kristin is brilliant... following her carrier for 8 years now... commenting on Jay since I only know him for a year. just rewatched it and what i really liked about jay's acting is those moments were he was conveying the conflict within. not sure i can describe it in words, but at times (say when hugging catherine) his eye conveyed both blankness and love/hope, lol really not sure how to put this in words, i am probably making no sense

Whatever scene he does the emotions he preforms with his eyes are... wow... just watched the JT - Vincent scene again and after that smile as he becomes serious I was really afraid he is gonna hurt JT!! I am going to have to agree with you 100% Nelly, if you think about it Jay has had to play two characters, in both season one and season two. First in season one, he plays Vincent who is this tortured, gentle soul who has remorse for the terrible things he has done, then in the same episode he has had to switch to the Beast, who has his humanity removed but still managed to always do the right thing. Remember Catherine said in season one, " Even when you kill people, you are doing it to protecting someone!" Now compare that to season two, Jay is very believable in showing us the Beast is no longer in touch with the human side of himself and is basically following orders with no remorse for what he is doing. And yet when he is with Catherine Jay/Vincent shows us the cracks that we all believe will lead him down the road for finding his inner Vincent. It takes great skill to show multiple sides of a complex character. Yes he is supported by a great cast of amazing actors but the show could only work if the actor who plays the Beast makes himself venerable to us. We needed to feel empathy for a character who does indeed maul people to death! Jay is truly a great actor to take us on this journey with him and as such, I understand why the show runners are quick to tell us what an outstanding screen presence he has. I loved our season one Vincent but season two Vincent is more in command and us such is stepping out the shadows to become a leading man. He was the first on to go in for the kiss last night with Catherine. If I get more of that .... I am a happy bunny indeed!
