I guess Vincent was so upset from her because she lied to him and wanted to really discover why she has done all this.. Here we get the beast scene, they again tried to work together but not like before I mean season 1.. while Vincent trying to save her he got the flashbacks, for a few sec he was lost like she call his name in order to make him realize what's happening. After getting home, Catherine finds Heather there sitting on the couch, this scene i liked it so much because they really connected again and decided that nothing is gonna separate them and Catherine encouraged her to accept the job So that I am clear..........Heather and Cat have the same Mom right? Different Fathers? SO .......somehow Cat' mom had Catherine before she married Thomas or do we know yet? they didn't go into the details about how and when she had Catherine, they left it vague so I guess they wanted to leave this thread open

the last scene was so heartbreaking, we see Vincent on the fire escape and then Catherine comes & opens the window & asks him if it's JT who told him about the fire escape.. he said no he simply remembered and that he really remembers her but Catherine was so distant, she told him like she's so fed up with all the lies in her life, how her parents lied to her and that she cannot do it anymore, he tried to convince her and I guess I can understand her reactions, because she told him we are lying to each other, where in their relation before they never did.. And I guess the hardest thing is when she closes the window & he was still on the fire escape That is going to be heartbreaking to watch both of them. Thanks ckay for filling us in on the episode, that was so sweet of you! Looking at the promo pics....can we all assume that those are the pajamas that Vincent gave her for her Birthday last year? We have seen them before. Curious?

We have seen them before. Curious? They are the same PJ's she wore at the beginning of Cold Turkey - eating ice cream and watching TV when Alex showed up to ask "her permission". Blech! I think we were supposed to "know" or "assume" those were the V PJ's.

a,nd told her coldly you know what: take the job offer and leaves Meanwhile Reynolds call Vincent to talk about the beast that they were tracking and told him that NYPD has the beast's name and that they have a security breach. Vincent told him that it's not from his side but Reynolds asked him if he was sure about that, like he made him doubt himself than he remembered catherine being there. He called Catherine pretending that he got flashback about them in a swimming pool in a hotel and that she bought him the swimsuit,OMG you can see her face she was so happy and emotional so he proposed that they go there again to seeif if they can jog his memory. And then here Catherine felt like something is weird, so she called directly JT & asked him if he told vincent about them being in the pool and he said yes.. I think it was here where Catherine went so cold turkey and was so frustrated that he lied to her using their memories together and she knew that he discovered that she was at the boathouse and that he gave her the appointment at the hotel so he can get rid of her Whoa......Wait a Minute! Did you just imply that Vincent wanted or planned to kill Catherine? He wanted to take her to the pool to "get rid of her"? Vincent was trying to throw her off his trail. He found out that Catherine lied to him and got information from his laptop about the case and all. So he used JT's cliff notes to lie about having a memory so Catherine won't be at the gallery. He would never kill Catherine.

Ok guys - I watched the episode. Need to collect my thoughts and process it all! i will also need to watch it once more before I write my review. Initial thoughts, only having watched it once, it was a very good episode but sooo sad. End scene as we had somewhat predicted was heartbreaking - cold turkey kind of heartbreaking though probably even more. what was also sad is that they lied to each other for the whole episode about everything, not just vincent, catherine as well. that was necessary I thought to move the story forward.. vincent is slowly but surely gaining his humanity and his feelings for catherine are getting stronger, I think from this episode onwards the tables have turned and now vincent will have to prove himself to catherine, she seemed very determined at the end of the episode.. he will need to be more honest with her about his current life and mission before they can consider getting back together. oh and apparently (again some had called that) Gabe fancies her, boooorrrinnnnggg.... anyway, proper review to come up later, but I did really like the episode though it was pretty heartbreaking

cat and mouse episode between Vincat. not much action this time, LOTS of exposition dialogue I guess to set up for the next episodes. especially with cat's dad & Vincent's role under him. is it me or there way too many cellphone/laptop scenes so far kinda dragging it out? writers already planting small seed about gabe possible crush on Cat by him staring at vincat dance & Tess teasing him at the precinct to take the lie detector test. Heather/Cat scenes were good here, not OTT... we already know her closure moving onto a job in Miami. Vincat discussion at the end was inevitable, Cat's had enough of the lies & walking away closing the window on him leaving him to ponder what he needs to do in future to make amends.

Cold turkey type of heartbreak but more heartbreaking. In cold turkey she just walked away but this one she closed the window on him and the look on his face, on her face. I really like how Vincent has to prove himself this time around. Also need to process everything for a better review.

He found out that Catherine lied to him and got information from his laptop about the case and all. So he used JT's cliff notes to lie about having a memory so Catherine won't be at the gallery. He would never kill Catherine. Just to be completely clear, Vincent knew that Catherine was close to working out what his Mission was ... time, place, etc ... So he created a false date scenario, to put Catherine out of harm's way. Vincent lied to protect Catherine from showing up and getting herself hurt. Of course Catherine did show up and nearly get's herself killed, which Vincent was trying to avoid in the first place. The flashback scene was amazing and very well done, might I add!

I liked this episode, though no romance but Vincent slowly feeling his humanity side through Catherine in spurts. liked the reminders that he knows she's near him by her heartbeat... when he saved her & grabbed her arm flashbacks coming back. I didn't think their dance would end like that with cat walking off lol.. but they needed this episode to counter the first two that it's not all rosy between them & she needed to stick it to him about the lies angle. look forward to Vincent working hard to salvage things with Catherine moving forward. need to watch it again, and gather more thoughts.

catherine goes to the boathouse and then vicent comes in and finds her he was surprised but happy to see her, so she lied and told him that she came to talk about their relationship.. you're gonna say how he didn't discover that she was lying that because she asked Tess to train her how to pass a test on polygraph and to put a pin in her shoes so when she wants to say a lie she simply press the pin and her senses are high..Anyway so they decided moto have a 2nd chance and vincent said that he 'll meet her at 7 By that time she goes to meet with Heather That tells her that she got job offer in Miami but she was unsure if she's gonna take the job.. and then she told her remember when we gave blood at the hospital for dad, ur blood wasn't a match and here catherine was choked and start to ask questions And blames Heather how she stayed 3 months without telling her this is sooo great! the writers actually didn't leave room for us to be questioning them about how Cat can lie to Vincent when he can detect her lying

Episode Review. I don't know where to start. I watched the episode twice, decided to write a review thinking I processed it all but I guess not. Haha. I'll start off with Heather/Catherine scenes. I like how they mirrored Heather's exit with Nicole's exit. It leaves room for the possibility that she will come back to visit. The coffee shop scene when Heather tells Catherine, I teared a bit especially when Heather was trying to tell Catherine that they are still sisters but Catherine leaves and tells her to take the job in Miami. I think the scene was pretty good. How else would you tell your sister that their father is not her father. It really isn't something to just blurt out without thinking of how to tell them.I like the sister dynamic with Nicole and Kristin and they do look like sisters. I know there are some questions regarding if Thomas knew or not and such. This episode was just to have Catherine know that her father isn't her biological father. I'm sure more will be answered in the future episodes. JT and Vincent scene. It was nice to see them in a scene together. I love how JT was surprised when Vincent came in and he was exercising. He looked so happy to see him. What I really loved was that Vincent went to JT to ask about Catherine and asked how she was. He also opened up about what happened and just how he felt. It was like the old JT and Vincent talking, that's what it felt like to me. Even though it was short I still liked it. JT and his cliff notes "crashing her dad's wedding, that was a big moment" which was! Haha. The whole pool thing and bathing suits and not having to pay him back. I can't wait for more scenes with them. This is another relationship other than with Catherine, that Vincent needs to reconnect with and I think it will not only be funny but also heartwarming. Also more back story on their friendship. Beast of the week. This beast was really interesting. He had different powers than Vincent. He seemed more faster but at the same time it was revealed that he use to go to magic shops with his father. So I was thinking that along with his super soldierness he uses some magic trick of being in one area to another. At least there was a bit of a story to the other beasts. They had lives and were "human" before being a beast. Even though they are doing bad and stuff, I can't find the right words to explain, like knowing a little back story of them shows that they weren't bad to start with. They are victims. I don't want to seem like I am justifying what they do. But they were victims and it's sad to know that they were used to be these killing machines, to used by people. I felt that the beast died a bit too easily? I thought he would be able to like i don't know something with agility or something. The small bit of beast vs Catherine looked cool with being on top of the elevator and all. The yellow eyes were more visible this episode. Ohh how he killed Agent Tucker! Oh my gosh! It was gruesome his hand through the guy's body and grabs the phone and back through the body. Excuse my language but DAMN! the beasts are ruthless. The List part. I like how we have more information about what Agent Reynolds is doing and Vincent is starting to question and being more aware of what he is doing. I think Gabe is starting to suspect something of Agent Reynolds after their meeting at the crime scene or at least maybe the FBI. I just wonder how Sebastian knows about the list. Hmm more questions come to mind with this revelation. I wonder if Vincent is really on the list and goes back to the question of why Vincent, was it because at that time he was the only one they knew of or something more? Vincent and Catherine scenes. Ugh I don't know where to start! Ok. I love how they cannot really one up each other. Catherine started with being undercover and getting information. Vincent thinking he has a second chance, then finding out that she was snooping in his computer, then him faking..faking! ( not very happy about that) a memory to have her out of the way. First she thinks it is real then when he said to meet up for a swim she knew he was faking. Which leads to the art gallery and the dance. I love the dance scene. I have mentioned about reminding me of Mr and Mrs Smith dance scene in the movie. Watching it with the whole episode, not only with excitement and chemistry in the scene I felt there was more of trying to figure each other out and the part where he says this is revenge for her and she goes on and talks about she lied because she cares. When he saves her in the elevator shaft, the flashbacks. I was like finally! I liked how it was how they started. Him saving her. The hug and the look with each other, in beast form! He is not growling at her or hunched over like he is going to attack her. The window scene . My heart was seriously breaking. Yes it was reminiscent to Cold turkey, but more more heartbreaking. It's like yes!, a memory, proof of their relationship and knowing and feeling that connection for her. He says he knows her now, well I think starting to know of their relationship how they started. That whole scene, Vincent finally understanding her actions and when he says after all you have been through I am not going to push you away anymore, he was trying to show her trying to fix what was done and to get another chance. But she couldn't because of not being able to know what is going on with him, also the fact that he lied about remembering the pool date and add on to finding out her father isn't her father, a lie that has been her whole life. I understand her putting her walls up even more and not giving in. There is soo much that she can take, which starts the road of her Who am I journey. There is so much more I want to say I just don't know how. I'll post more on that when I am able to process more or maybe someone will be able to say it better after watching the episode tomorrow. Haha. On a bit of lighter side, hopefully in the near future when they plan to have a date, I hope it actually happens. At least he was able to give her the flowers. Next it would be give flowers, go to destination of date but not be able to start because something came up, then later on another date night in the middle of the date something happens, then later on they try again and finally will be able to finish their date night. Haha Hopefully that made sense. Tess and Gabe interesting interactions. It was nice to see them joke around at the end. uh oh Gabe with a crush on Catherine? hmmm not sure how I feel about that yet. Oh the pajamas, I don't think it's the birthday present. The birthday present was more red and not hood while this one was more red and grey and had a hood. Overall loved the episode. But seriously broke my heart. What are they trying to do to me! Haha. My mind is just jumbled.
