a,nd told her coldly you know what: take the job offer and leaves Meanwhile Reynolds call Vincent to talk about the beast that they were tracking and told him that NYPD has the beast's name and that they have a security breach. Vincent told him that it's not from his side but Reynolds asked him if he was sure about that, like he made him doubt himself than he remembered catherine being there. He called Catherine pretending that he got flashback about them in a swimming pool in a hotel and that she bought him the swimsuit,OMG you can see her face she was so happy and emotional so he proposed that they go there again to seeif if they can jog his memory. And then here Catherine felt like something is weird, so she called directly JT & asked him if he told vincent about them being in the pool and he said yes.. I think it was here where Catherine went so cold turkey and was so frustrated that he lied to her using their memories together and she knew that he discovered that she was at the boathouse and that he gave her the appointment at the hotel so he can get rid of her Whoa......Wait a Minute! Did you just imply that Vincent wanted or planned to kill Catherine? He wanted to take her to the pool to "get rid of her"? more like get her out of the, i think..

from me here starts the best part!!! Catherine, Tess and Gabe arrives at the Art Gallery and we see that Vincent is already there. And THEN HE HEARS her heartbeat... He returns and see her..she approaches him with a sarcastic laugh, he tells her what are you doing here??? she said am gonna ask you the same thing... we see the dancing scene they were so adorable together even though we can feel the tension between the 2 of them and that Catherine was mad at him especially that he lied about the flashback no wonder she looked sooo pissed in the trailer

And while they were dancing vincent tells her that she's doing all this simply to get revenge and she was what??? Revenge, how could you say this?? she tells him that she put a scarf the whole day simply to cover what he has done to her, and she 's doing all this because she cares about him but he, he used to lie about their memory in order to get rid of her... she was so upset... oooo vincent 2.0 is bad! could he get to be more of a jerk??!! (ok, my son just complained as i was typing this. he said if he was talking to me and i ignored him, i AM definitely with something on batb on the pc)

the last scene was so heartbreaking, we see Vincent on the fire escape and then Catherine comes & opens the window & asks him if it's JT who told him about the fire escape.. he said no he simply remembered and that he really remembers her but Catherine was so distant, she told him like she's so fed up with all the lies in her life, how her parents lied to her and that she cannot do it anymore, he tried to convince her and I guess I can understand her reactions, because she told him we are lying to each other, where in their relation before they never did.. And I guess the hardest thing is when she closes the window & he was still on the fire escape oh oh.... i have a huge feeling i'm DEFINITELY be needing some tissue

OK, my turn so here's my 2 cents worth! I really like S02, the story just keeps building! This was not a good time for Catherine or Vincent! The whole mess came together like the Perfect Storm!
Catherine has bruises on her neck which she tries to hide with makeup & a "non-regulation scarf". She lies to Heather about her neck. She is really pissed off! The agent, Tucker, working with Reynolds is killed. Very gruesome! Double Yuck!!
Vincent feels like a total <edited>! Goes to JT's to ask if he'd seen Catherine. Yes, he calls her by name!! Asks him to tell her that he's sorry. JT, bless him, thinks he means not remembering her. That's when he gives the "relationship highlights". Vincent says, "I hurt her". JT is shocked, asks "Physically"? Vincent says he feels terrible, it won't happen again & he'll stay away. He doesn't want to hurt her & he can't tell her the truth, "just please, check on her". For me, it was a heartbreaking scene!
Catherine gets Tess to teach her how to beat a polygraph so she can lie to Vincent! She picks the houseboat's lock & checks his computer for info. Vincent finds her there & she says door was open & she came to talk about their relationship. He apologizes to her about what happened. [IMO, heartfelt] She's a very good liar! They make a date, he'll come by her place at 7pm. Vincent: "Catherine, thank you. For giving me another shot".
Reynolds phones Vincent, says they have a security breach. He says, "not at my end" but he knows Catherine tapped into his computer.
Heather tells Catherine about their Dad. Catherine is very upset! She gets home & Vincent is knocking on her door, with a bouquet of flowers. When he senses that she's lying, she blurts out about what Heather just told her. He says, "let's just take a raincheck". Goes to houseboat & finds her prints on his keyboard. That's when he lies about the pool memory & meet at hotel. She asks JT if he told Vincent about the hotel pool.
The lies just keep piling up!! From both of them!! It really is very sad to watch it unfold. This is getting very long, so I'll continue in another post.

So many emotions the hurt look on Vince's face when she closed the window on him I really did just want to hug him I get and agree why she did it because yes she lied but it was about work not about something special between the two of them and like she told Vince on the dance floor he chose to do that on his own and that's gonna hurt that she once again thought that they were getting somewhere to find it they were backwards again instead of going foward. Agree about Cat and Heather it was beautifully done they portray sisters so well even though Heather can be annoying you really felt for her in this episode keeping something that important and big from Cat couldn't have been easy. Totally agree to about Cat putting walls up there is only so much a person can take and as she tells Vince she's reached her limit which is why I felt for him finally he satrts to remember things and promises to not push her away but it's to late she's been told one to many lies and at this moment refuses to listhen to anymore even from Vince becuase she will still susupect that he is lieing and maybe getting his info from JT like she did with the fire escape and not beleiving him when he told her that it was a memory, i'm hoping though that she does ask JT just to put her own mind at rest on that score. Now I know not everyone agrees with having Gabe as a potential love interest for Cat but for me I think it would work better than just some random ex popping up in Cat's life and the reason I say this is becuase Vince had trust issues with Gabe before thinking that he was into Catherine and fancied her which made him jealous now let's say that they do put Cat and Gabe kinda together ( straight off have to say I don't want that it's Vincat all the way for me) it would in turn make Vince realize even more how much he has hurt Cat by the lieing and pushing her and so make him work even harder to win her trust, love, understanding back. Becuase like she told him in the relactionship he can't fully remember they never lied to each other. Having now seen the dance part in full for Jay in a suit and also for the sheer chemistry and sexual tension that was coming off them Vince was so suprised by Cat's ballsy attitude it was brilliant to see. Have to say to loved how they showed him his first memories and the hug was just because even though he had hurt her when he beasted out on the rooftop this time he had beasted out but she just looked at him the way she used to and that was nice to see. I did like to that Cat knew he was at the window but hesitated by the bed before going to open it and see what Vince had to say and then did a small step back when Vince came of the stairs and leaned on the window sill. she really has her walls up now and defences and boy is Vince going to have to work hard to get them down and stay focsed on his mission too, you could see for me anyway that he is starting to struggle with it when Reynolds phoned him and Vince thought it was Cat just the look on his face was ' oh it's you not her ' All in all I loved and hated the episode the only hate part was how broken both Cat and Vincent looked at the end and when she closed the window on him and just walked away that was I do hope though that someone does that moment in slo motion to rally show the impact it ad on Vincent he looked like someone had stolen his puppy

I'm back. Had to wriggle my fingers & fill the glass. They both know that the other one is lying!!
Next is the dance scene. Catherine ends up in an elevator & get hauled out the ceiling by Sebastian, the killer beast! They're fighting on top of the elevator, Vincent comes & kicks him down the shaft. Vincent catches Catherine's arm as she teeters at the edge & he gets real flashbacks of him saving her in the subway, forest & hanging out on the fire escape.
The last scene brought tears to my eyes, my heart broke for Vincent! He tells her about the flashbacks & she doesn't believe him. Vincent: " I know they're just flashes but I do, Catherine, I remember you. And I'm not borrowing from JT this time, you can ask him." Catherine: "Even if it is the truth---" Vincent: "It is & I'm sorry for pretending. I didn't trust you because I didn't remember you but now I---" Catherine: "There are so many lies in our relationship than just one pretend memory. There are so many things I can't ask you"
Vincent: " Catherine, for everything you've been through, I'm not going to push you away anymore" Catherine: "Maybe because my parents lied so much, I've reached my lifetime capacity for it" Vincent: " This isn't going to be forever, OK" Catherine: "It's too late. That relationship we had, we never lied to each other. I just can't handle it. I just can't live with any more lies. It's too hard." She closes the window & walks away.
If that isn't a heartbreaker, I'd like to know what is!!! I just want to hug both of them & cry with them!! This was such a powerful scene that it's hard to believe it was in a weekly TV Show!!
I suggest that everyone tape or PVR this episode because you'll want to re-watch it several times. Probably crying each time! I know I will!!

lol hadn't thought about the laptop/celltop scenes, so they didn't bother me but thinking about it there were quite a few werent there? did you like the episode? compared to the previous two? lol, since ep1 I prefer less laptop/cellphone scenes more action! feels like a filler just to keep the episodes moving along. I liked this episode, though no romance but Vincent slowly feeling his humanity side through Catherine in spurts. liked the reminders that he knows she's near him by her heartbeat... when he saved her & grabbed her arm flashbacks coming back. I didn't think their dance would end like that with cat walking off lol.. but they needed this episode to counter the first two that it's not all rosy between them & she needed to stick it to him about the lies angle. look forward to Vincent working hard to salvage things with Catherine moving forward. need to watch it again, and gather more thoughts. yes felt the same

lot less action for vincent this time in this ep but we did have a reveal that vincent is on the "kill list" this ep nicely sets up vin char to trust "NO ONE". after seeing his boss lied to him it is gonna create more rift bw the two of them[/quote lol obviouly he would be on the kill list last on the list so he kills everyone else before but still on the list regarding vincat i actualy think the episode sets uo them to start slowly but steadily start trustin each other

catherine goes to the boathouse and then vicent comes in and finds her he was surprised but happy to see her, so she lied and told him that she came to talk about their relationship.. you're gonna say how he didn't discover that she was lying that because she asked Tess to train her how to pass a test on polygraph and to put a pin in her shoes so when she wants to say a lie she simply press the pin and her senses are high..Anyway so they decided moto have a 2nd chance and vincent said that he 'll meet her at 7 By that time she goes to meet with Heather That tells her that she got job offer in Miami but she was unsure if she's gonna take the job.. and then she told her remember when we gave blood at the hospital for dad, ur blood wasn't a match and here catherine was choked and start to ask questions And blames Heather how she stayed 3 months without telling her this is sooo great! the writers actually didn't leave room for us to be questioning them about how Cat can lie to Vincent when he can detect her lying oh yes that was good

Episode Review. I don't know where to start. I watched the episode twice, decided to write a review thinking I processed it all but I guess not. Haha. I'll start off with Heather/Catherine scenes. I like how they mirrored Heather's exit with Nicole's exit. It leaves room for the possibility that she will come back to visit. The coffee shop scene when Heather tells Catherine, I teared a bit especially when Heather was trying to tell Catherine that they are still sisters but Catherine leaves and tells her to take the job in Miami. I think the scene was pretty good. How else would you tell your sister that their father is not her father. It really isn't something to just blurt out without thinking of how to tell them.I like the sister dynamic with Nicole and Kristin and they do look like sisters. I know there are some questions regarding if Thomas knew or not and such. This episode was just to have Catherine know that her father isn't her biological father. I'm sure more will be answered in the future episodes. JT and Vincent scene. It was nice to see them in a scene together. I love how JT was surprised when Vincent came in and he was exercising. He looked so happy to see him. What I really loved was that Vincent went to JT to ask about Catherine and asked how she was. He also opened up about what happened and just how he felt. It was like the old JT and Vincent talking, that's what it felt like to me. Even though it was short I still liked it. JT and his cliff notes "crashing her dad's wedding, that was a big moment" which was! Haha. The whole pool thing and bathing suits and not having to pay him back. I can't wait for more scenes with them. This is another relationship other than with Catherine, that Vincent needs to reconnect with and I think it will not only be funny but also heartwarming. Also more back story on their friendship. Beast of the week. This beast was really interesting. He had different powers than Vincent. He seemed more faster but at the same time it was revealed that he use to go to magic shops with his father. So I was thinking that along with his super soldierness he uses some magic trick of being in one area to another. At least there was a bit of a story to the other beasts. They had lives and were "human" before being a beast. Even though they are doing bad and stuff, I can't find the right words to explain, like knowing a little back story of them shows that they weren't bad to start with. They are victims. I don't want to seem like I am justifying what they do. But they were victims and it's sad to know that they were used to be these killing machines, to used by people. I felt that the beast died a bit too easily? I thought he would be able to like i don't know something with agility or something. The small bit of beast vs Catherine looked cool with being on top of the elevator and all. The yellow eyes were more visible this episode. Ohh how he killed Agent Tucker! Oh my gosh! It was gruesome his hand through the guy's body and grabs the phone and back through the body. Excuse my language but DAMN! the beasts are ruthless. The List part. I like how we have more information about what Agent Reynolds is doing and Vincent is starting to question and being more aware of what he is doing. I think Gabe is starting to suspect something of Agent Reynolds after their meeting at the crime scene or at least maybe the FBI. I just wonder how Sebastian knows about the list. Hmm more questions come to mind with this revelation. I wonder if Vincent is really on the list and goes back to the question of why Vincent, was it because at that time he was the only one they knew of or something more? Vincent and Catherine scenes. Ugh I don't know where to start! Ok. I love how they cannot really one up each other. Catherine started with being undercover and getting information. Vincent thinking he has a second chance, then finding out that she was snooping in his computer, then him faking..faking! ( not very happy about that) a memory to have her out of the way. First she thinks it is real then when he said to meet up for a swim she knew he was faking. Which leads to the art gallery and the dance. I love the dance scene. I have mentioned about reminding me of Mr and Mrs Smith dance scene in the movie. Watching it with the whole episode, not only with excitement and chemistry in the scene I felt there was more of trying to figure each other out and the part where he says this is revenge for her and she goes on and talks about she lied because she cares. When he saves her in the elevator shaft, the flashbacks. I was like finally! I liked how it was how they started. Him saving her. The hug and the look with each other, in beast form! He is not growling at her or hunched over like he is going to attack her. The window scene . My heart was seriously breaking. Yes it was reminiscent to Cold turkey, but more more heartbreaking. It's like yes!, a memory, proof of their relationship and knowing and feeling that connection for her. He says he knows her now, well I think starting to know of their relationship how they started. That whole scene, Vincent finally understanding her actions and when he says after all you have been through I am not going to push you away anymore, he was trying to show her trying to fix what was done and to get another chance. But she couldn't because of not being able to know what is going on with him, also the fact that he lied about remembering the pool date and add on to finding out her father isn't her father, a lie that has been her whole life. I understand her putting her walls up even more and not giving in. There is soo much that she can take, which starts the road of her Who am I journey. There is so much more I want to say I just don't know how. I'll post more on that when I am able to process more or maybe someone will be able to say it better after watching the episode tomorrow. Haha. On a bit of lighter side, hopefully in the near future when they plan to have a date, I hope it actually happens. At least he was able to give her the flowers. Next it would be give flowers, go to destination of date but not be able to start because something came up, then later on another date night in the middle of the date something happens, then later on they try again and finally will be able to finish their date night. Haha Hopefully that made sense. Tess and Gabe interesting interactions. It was nice to see them joke around at the end. uh oh Gabe with a crush on Catherine? hmmm not sure how I feel about that yet. Oh the pajamas, I don't think it's the birthday present. The birthday present was more red and not hood while this one was more red and grey and had a hood. Overall loved the episode. But seriously broke my heart. What are they trying to do to me! Haha. My mind is just jumbled. thanks for the review, I have only watched it once (about to watch it again now) but it is true it was a sad episode. while it was sad it also created hope, but I did feel sorry for vincent today
