WEll I saw chimestry when he saved her In the SUB... Me, too. Then when she touched his face and later when she showed up at the warehouse all dressed up. I'll admit I didn't think I would follow the show after the pilot, I guess I couldn't figure out where they were going, but the last scene of Vincent watching her from a roof top sold me.

^ Briefly or NOT she slept in his BED! That alone is an Okay, I'm going to be the party poop here. Doesn't count because it doesn't flow with what we actually saw on the screen. Vincent asked her to leave and we saw her go.

Would have made it clear from episode one how he has been watching over her after the night her Mom died. He comes across as very protective just from this photo alone!

If they changed the way it was going to go like they did they problably changed the script after it was shot....this would explain why things turned out differently, I think it was the writers choice to change it after it was shot.IMO

BAck in October, when I watched the Pilot, I was midly bored. I said to myself, "this series is going to get cancelled." However, there was something about the show that kept me coming back. Maybe I'm just a sucker for romance esp. when there are things in the way for the couple! I've watched the pilot several times now esp. that part when Vincent grabbed Catherine to save her from the train. Oh soooo knight in shining armor!! LOL!!!! And then CAtherine said, "You're him." I about melted!

Funny you should say that because the same thing happened to me, I was not a massive fan but I did not hate it either. I was pissed that the show I liked got cancelled ( The Last Resort ) and was shocked that BATB won the People's Choice. So I watched it with intrigue. Then one day soon after, I was watching Bridesmaid up and then all of a sudden Vincent walked through the doors in that black suit. I sat up and just went nuts for the show after that. I went back and watched them all from the beginning and thought how did I miss this and not pay attention from the beginning .... The chemistry of vincat is off the chain! I have a feeling that more and more people are having the same experience and the show is going to become a massive hit.

To say I was pissed when it got cancelled would be an understatement. It was so good. So I'm glad this show has been pushing on if they dream of canceling this one, I don't think I'll cope.

After that I went on amazon and purchased the previous episodes, and have been purchasing them ever since!

This show had me at hello. I've watched Gray's for 8 years, and after watching the pilot, I started watching BATB over Grays every week. I still DVR both of them, but I always watch BATB first (and usually 6 or 8 times before I watch anything else). They had me at the scene in the train station, when he saves her from the train and she says "you're him" ... I was hooked, and the scene afterwards at the warehouse when he tended to her wounds... hook. line. sinker. I mean, I was worried it was going to be cancelled too, but I was totally hooked.
I was not ever "meh" - ever.

Funny, that most of us were hooked with that same scene. I loved that metro fight scene, it was super good and still is! That moment when they were leaning against the tunnel wall, looking at each other... That was the second I knew I will be in trouble with this series
