Finally they are back and OMG! This first episode was so so good! it is really refreshing to see a new episode not again and again the same videos or pics since several months. I need to regain control of myself for now!

Love it. Finally I could not wait any longer. Was so good to see them together on the screen. They did not lost the magic and chemistry. Vincent in restaurant and at the end in rooftop scene remind me little bit of Vicent from s1, that look .... I am in la la land .

Awesome. I missed it so much. This episode was full of love. Its different. I liked it. Now, if they could stop repeating that Vincent would lose himself if he killed someone, I would be the happiest person. Its now redundant and in the begining he killed people and never lost himself. I think he has developed enough emotional balance to be able to come back to himself after killing someone. Its not necessary to keep saying it.

Oh my god! love, love, love, love this episode! So excited about it! Finally proper vincat without annoying love triangles! I thought the balance between romance & that little bit of drama was just right.. Just it did bug me a little, they are making it out to be Vincent has to be dependent on cat to bring him back from crossing the line...I don't know... I would have liked to see him control himself without her there; even if it were just a flashback of him thinking about her..But to have her actually there made it like he definately would've killed the guy & cat is the only way to stop him :/ I know they are trying to make it a 'fate/destiny' thing & that they are meant to be together for more than 'love'. Hmm...on the other hand, I thought the effects were really good. I could see that when he was hanging on the building, he had to take a step further towards a 'beast' & force to lose humanity..which Cat helped him regain. Otherwise his general transformation, he seems to be able to control himself. I can see why they took this take, otherwise if he entirely was in control of the beast...then there is no challenge. Oh & Vincent the doctor or should I say Jay! Totally hot! Drool LOL. Actually the wardrobe choices for Vincent, I like it! I wish they would've gone further haha...like give Cat more of a massage. Also like that he kind of used his beast skills to find out what was wrong with the agent. Totally agree with you on the Vincent being able to control himself. I just wrote something about it before I read your post. We are on the same wavelength. I believe his emotionally stable enough now not to lose himself, if he killed someone. its just repetitive and needs to stop.

I think they are trying to emphasise how much their love keeps them together and how much they need each other. Also v was reprogrammed in s2 and even though he could handle killing people in s1 and not losing his humanity that was always an issue in s2. So I personally don't have an issue with that though I do agree of course that there is generally lots of repetition.

can someone elaborate on this whole humanity thing (didnt watch full season 2) . also they need to step down the "you kill one person u kill humanity" thing. i understand it is a love story but i still dont seem to understand how cat is the only person trying to calm vin. also in this season i liked to see vin having control over that crossing the line without cats help.

Personally I'm okay with the "repeated" scene of her trying to stop him from killing the guy, but because it's first episode of a new season and we can consider they wanted to show the "thing" to potential new viewers. I just thought when looking at Cat's face in that moment, that it really looked like it was the same scene when he was about to kill her Dad... Of course I hope we won't get it ten times in season 3!
But honestly with all that was around that scene, and that was so what I expected and dreamt about, I'm okay with this repetition here.... Know what I'll do first thing when back home, even before giving bath to kids and anything : rewatch that last scene, they were both so fabulous..................................................................hummmmmmmmm

Well I think it has to do with what happened last season. He was reprogrammed and he went really far into "beast" as opposed to regular Vincent. So I think Cat's afraid that he will be too far gone once again, so they keep emphasising the humanity aspect. However, as much as I totally agree with you anapi -season3baby :) that they are trying to emphasise how much they need each other, it's not as if Vincent didn't play a part in regaining his "humanity". He had to decide for himself not to go "full beast" and forsake all traces of who he was outside of beast. Catherine played a big part in this but I don't see it as she is the only reason he regained his humanity. But I also think that in this ep Vincent mentioned that he hadn't beasted out in two months which I guess is a while for him to not invoke that side of him, so that could also have been worrisome for both him and Cat that he might regress and go to far into his beast side again.

Episode EVER!!!!!Loved it from start to finish, there was action, romance, drama....time just flew by. I can't remember how many times I've seen it already, and I plan to watch it as many times as possible How perfect that it started (hot scene ) and ended (romantic scene) on THE ROOFTOP, just died and gone to Vincat heaven . Our Babies/ Vincat are back in a BIG way, YES, YES, YES!!! Loved how every character interacted with each other, they all played their part so well. Wonder what's in store for JT??? He always comes up with the best lines..."McBeastie".. So excited for this Season, definately can't wait for the next episode The Ending was more than I could have imagined, it was just BEAUITFUL and PERFECT!!!! And a big thankyou to texasscotian and VinCat❤Destined

I'm ecstatic! What about the emotion of him in asking the hand to Cat doing, in the only place that could happen, their roof, the sanctum of their romance. Jay expressed his great agitation and when she tells him yes is disbelief, it is a truly magical moment between them. The episode is well filmed, well written and well acted, for me the S3 started really well‼
